Water pressure and consistency in the shower was very hit and miss. The listing mentioned a washing machine and drier in the filters but did mention in the post that it was no longer available - I’d strongly suggest removing that as an available amenity. Otherwise had most things available, good parking and clean! Thank you

Great place

We had a quick girls weekend. We drove to the keys for the day then had a beach day. This little apartment was the best. Clean, easy access to beaches and other fun activities. I recommend this property. Great location.

Great location

The location was absolutely great! A short walk to downtown restaurants and only a 10-ish minute drive to the beach. We are active, so none of this bothered us. The washer/dryer was removed and should not be reflected in the listing because we were really looking forward to packing light, but we made it work. Sam was very responsive when it seemed that the A/C wasn’t working, but it was just a small matter. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the unit, but everything was great. Lots of spices to choose from, we purchased a spatula (not a big deal), and left coffee behind because there was some there already. Be sure to pack beach towels, or you’ll have to buy some. Overall, it was a great place. We really enjoyed it!

The stay was great, however if you plan to stay more than a day or two I would recommend bringing your own towels. There is no washer or dryer which was disclosed after booking. The internet speeds are horrible and there were no baking pans. The rest of the apartment was ok.

The property was great. It was in a quiet neighborhood and it was close to everything we enjoy while in Florida. I would recommend renting this property.

Strangest VRBO experience we've had so far

So my partner and I have stayed at many VRBOs in the past, but this one was one of the strangest. On the first night, around 11:35pm a homeless person came knocking at the door, gave us a good spook since we were not expecting anyone. We were a bit paranoid after that each night. We noticed a lot of homeless people and their activities pick up at night around the area. There was also leak in the bathroom sink. The host was nice and got us a repair man the next day since we noticed the leak late at night, but the handyman was odd. He used the restroom and didn't fully close the door, so we could hear everything. He was also burping up a storm, and proceeded to touch everything after using the bathroom and he 100% did not wash his hands. He also left a nice mess for us to clean up afterwards. Aside from that, the place is a bit more run down than the pictures show. There were also a lot of ants all over, both my partner and I got ant bites, one of us in bed and the other while using the restroom. Nothing against the host as they communicated with us and were polite, but we have a duty to be honest about our overall experience here. We wouldn't stay here again.

Nice residential place

It was a nice residential neighborhood, down to a neighborhood cat. The apartment is a perfect bachelor pad or place to live w 1 person. Super cozy for a couple on a short stay. It was exactly as advertised. There is a local restaurant row nearby.

Nice place

Very nice place to stay for our short stay in Hollywood. Very clean and good location to several nice restaurants. Very nice kitchen with amenities. Couple disappointments were that the washer wasn’t fixed prior to our arrival and the pull out sofa mattress needs to be replaced. Very uncomfortable to sleep on.

This cute little home was exactly as listed. The neighborhood was quiet and not a far distance to anything we desired to do. The owner was very responsive when we had a few questions. Very pleased with our stay.
