Im großen und Ganzen hat es uns gut gefallen, die Sauberkeit war ausreichend und die Ausstattung insgesamt Okay!Die Kommunikation war nach der Anreise sehr gut!Uns hat gefallen dass direkt hinter dem Haus ein kleiner See war an dem wir ohne Fishing Licence Angeln durften!Die Gegend war sehr ruhig und wirkte auf uns sehr sicher und Familienfreundlich, das Hard Rock Stadium und jede Menge Einkaufs und Shoppingmöglichkeiten liegen in unmittelbarer NĂ€he!Wir wĂŒrden die Unterkunft im großen und Ganzen weiter empfehlen und 4/5 Sterne geben!

Nice Place But....

House is in a nice neighborhood and very clean. Had a few negatives. House was very warm when we showed up 78 degrees that should have been our warning. Struggled to find thermostat its hidden behind a tree. The house would cool down overnight but never got down to the thermostat setting and was hot everyday when we got back from running around. Owners communication was spotty and last night stayed they changed batteries in thermostat even though clearly if paid attention would have noticed its not a thermostat issue the AC couldn't keep up with heat of day. No surprise it didnt fix it and got a message saying it was the condeser fan that went out Was told we would get a gift card or something for our troubles but have not yet received anything. The dishwasher is not bolted down so if you have both drawers out the dishwasher tips forward and dishes go flying. Ceiling fans with lights in bedrooms suck to use the remotes they dont work half the time. Also there is no community pool to use as advertised as an amenity they are both drained.

Disappointment VRBO

One nice thing about this home was the location and screened porch. This home is very run down and in desperate need of a deep clean. Only made one special request to have the BBQ operational. Host did not bother to fill the gas in the grill. Sent our host a-message on Friday regarding our issues. She did not get back to us until nightbefore we were leaving.

Pre Cruise Stay

As a Travel Advisor I am very skeptical about booking homes but I was very pleased with my stay here. We had a small issue on arrival with linen and the owner was very responsive and resolved the issue. This property is located between Fort Lauderdale and Miami. It's about 30 mins from each. There are stores close by. Walmart is about a 2 min drive. No issue with bugs or anything like that. We felt safe. Overall it was a nice stay. I would stay here again and recommend it to my clients looking for a short stay that is not in the hustle and bustle of the busy surrounding cities.

Perfect for attending events at Hard Rock Stadium

My group stayed here for the Eras Tour. It was the perfect distance from the stadium (20 minutes) and the opposite direction from major traffic. Also great for getting ready with a group of girls with the big mirror in the dining room area!

Pleasant Stay

The property is in a nice neighbourhood and close to shopping. The owners were very accommodating for any request we had. It was clean with all basic necessities provided by the hosts, for example toilet paper, paper towels, cooking basics, coffee, etc. It is not a new home so there was understandable wear and tear. Had a very pleasant stay.

Winter in Florida

This property was perfect for our long term stay in Florida. Plenty of room for two of us, close to stores and restaurants, nice neighborhood for our daily walks. It was a great location for an easy drive to the beach. Frank and Melissa were great hosts, easy to communicate with, and responded quickly when we needed something taken care of.

Wonderful Property

My family and I came to the area for a family reunion and the house was centrally located to our events. Our stay was more than we expected, especially our early mornings on the back patio overlooking the lake. I was definitely book the house again when im in the area and I highly recommend staying here. Great communication with the owners.

Beautiful Home and Accommodating Host

The home was beautiful
 nice neighborhood and well maintained. The hostess was very accommodating and very responsive. We were attending the rolling loud concert and location was very convenient. Also we were close to other attractions we visited. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend. Thank you again!

Nice Little Place

My wife and I stayed here during my 50th birthday celebration where we attended a two day concert at Miami Gardens. We were close to the concert venue and didn't spend much on the Lyfts that took us there and other Miami Garden attractions. The neighborhood is nice, clean and quiet. Walking distance to a couple gas stations and a Walmart (about a mile away). The house was clean, with a nice patio off a pond; this is where we spent our quiet mornings drinking coffee. Beds were comfortable and the AC worked well. Other than a couple little areas that could use some touchups we were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely book again. Lastly, the host was extremely gracious and communicated with us well. Especially when she gave us a couple extra hours to stay when our flight got pushed back.

Miami 2023

I wasn't supposed to be alone on my trip but it ended up turning out that way. T he property was SAFE! I could see the security from across the pond in the back. Not a whole lot of noise and beautiful. Being alone in an unknown area sometimes brings about anxiety was not present at all. The property owner checked in on me multiple times which made me even more comfortable.

Cozy house with nice amenities

Location of house is close to many attractions, property manager promptly communicates. Beds were comfortable, ice machine worked and air conditioning was great. Overall, we had a short stay but will keep property on our favorite list when we travel to southeast Florida again!
