Spring vacation

We stayed 5 weeks at this condo and enjoyed every day. The view is amazing and the host was always available and helpful. We would recommend a stay here.

It was an amazing experience! The communication with the host was phenomenal and the view was absolutely stunning. The property looked exactly how it was listed and included all access to the amenities. This is a perfect rental for a nice getaway with friends & family. Definitely will be planning another stay in the future 10/10 experience!

Great Christmas Vacation

This surfside property is a great location & directly on the beach which is a nice touch. Walking distance to many restaurants on Harding street as well as the bal harbor shops and bay harbor area. The unit is spacious, beautiful views of the ocean and is fully stocked with all you need. Although the pool was not usable during our stay, the hosts were transparent with us in advance. Beds were comfortable with brand new linens!

Surfside getaway

We had a great time. Beautiful view! This is the penthouse level and has a large balcony. Beds were comfortable. Construction noise next door was disappointing. But we enjoyed walks to town and on the beach. The owners are very responsive and helpful. They sent us a device to fix the bedroom tv which was most kind. Our granddaughter came to visit. We were really happy to have the community center close by since the condo had no working pool. She enjoyed that immensely. You must submit a copy of your lease. There was a nice pool and beach chairs with umbrellas all set up. The owners do provide beach chairs, umbrella and toys. Surfside is full of great restaurants! All in all it was wonderful.

Amazing ocean view

The view from the balcony was incredibly beautiful and probably the best we've ever experienced at a condo. We spent so much time out there enjoying the warm weather and the view of the Atlantic. It was wonderful to be able to step right out there and soak up the morning sun. We had a fabulous time swimming and splashing in the ocean waves. Felt like a kid again. The beach was very clean and my granddaughter was so excited to play in the sand and surf. It was great having all the beach chairs and sand toys right in our unit to use. The condo itself was quite spacious and lovely. It had everything we needed, including a nice se read. e felt very comfortable in the condo with lots of soft comfy bedding and pillows. Also, having a washer and dryer right in the unit was super convenient. We truly enjoyed the condo building itself and chatting with friendly staff members and guests when coming and going. The swimming pool was the perfect temperature on hot days. My granddaughter loved it. Also, we so appreciated the convenience of being able to walk to Publix and The Grove for groceries. There were SO MANY great places to eat and shop right within walking distance. Loved it. I can't forget to mention how awesome it was to be able to walk right down the walking trail to the Farmer's Market on the weekends! Enjoyed my first coconut water IN A COCONUT. So tropicalsh produce and foods were amazing. Tacos, empanadas, cachapas and arepas!!! Thank you Keith & Frances! Diane
