Great room and views. The Carillon is an excellent property, especially if you are active and looking for exercise and spa/facility options. The room is as advertised, and the host (Henry) was very helpful in the reservation process and during out stay (including providing information and addressing any problem that arose). Renting through VRBO is a great value for the Carillon, and i would definitely rent again in the future.

We loved the condo. It was just like the picture. Very clean, furnished nicely, and extremely comfortable. The host gave us all of the necessary information we needed. We would definitely come back. Thanks for being such a great host Henry!!! Great view of the ocean.

Beautiful resort stay on the beach

The room has everything you need with an amazing view of the ocean. Beds are comfortable and bathroom is immaculate. The resort offers beach, pools and a great spa.

My 4th time at this property and 2nd time in this unit. Host is very welcoming and helpful. Unit is comfortable and nicely decorated. Love the view. Property is beautiful in a quieter area with conveniences like Publix across the street.

The location was perfect, we really enjoyed the pool (and poolside service for food and drinks!) and beach access, and the unit had just the right amenities for a few day get away with friends at a beautiful resort! Highly recommend!

Wonderful!!

We had the best time. The condominium is exactly as described and pictured. We loved the location as it was within walking distance to pickleball courts and lots of great food. The spa was wonderful too. Hopefully we will be back soon!

Great stay again!

This was our 4th time renting the apt with Henry and everything was perfect, as described. I strongly recommend the apartment, location, beach and beach service. Henry is available when needed and fast to respond any doubt. Nearby, you will find Publix, Walgreens and others. I will stay here again.

Peaceful, beautiful, and a good-value stay

This location was great for our first trip to Miami! We definitely recommend North Miami Beach and particularly this location if you would like a quiet stay at a good value. The apartment had great amenities (especially loved the big bathroom), and the hotel staff was very helpful and kind. Loved having staff on the beach to help with chair and umbrella setup and food and drink orders! Communication with the owner was easy and efficient.

Must Stay in Miami!

The whole experience was luxury and seamless! The property itself is absolutely stunning with 5 star amenities, and incredible beach views of crystal blue waters. However, what really made this a must stay location was the host themselves. They are quick to response and so helpful! They really made sure you not just had everything you needs for a great stay, but were so helpful to make sure you had the best stay. We would definitely stay here again, and recommend anyone to book this place if it is available!

Nice apartment with great views at excellent resort

We enjoyed our stay at the Carillon very much. The host Henry was so helpful. We loved mid beach and found the location perfect. The best about the unit is the view, both from living room and bed room. Spacious unit, fully equipped. Valet parking at no extra charge, which is great. We stayed at this hotel 8 years ago and the units are still nice. Kitchen (cabinets) and bathroom (shower) could use some refurbishment, but for us it was still ok. Would highly recommend and stay there again.

Excellent condo

This is a nice condo within the Carillon Hotel. All the perks but at a more reasonable rate. Henry was very communicative about the check in process, and was accommodating with a slight travel/arrival change. There is a grocery store right across the street and many restaurants within walking distance. You have your choice of pools and the beach. There is a bike/pedestrian friendly multi-mile walkway as well. It was an enjoyable stay!

Unit was pretty good but not 5 star. Somewhat outdated and bed and furniture need replacing. Building needs updating and refresh really bad - gloomy hallways, beat up elevators, disrepair in places outside. It looks like was once a 5 star hotel that hit financial difficulties and didn’t keep up with maintenance.Pool area pretty nice. Costs a lot extra to use spa and no access to gym.Area around hotel not great. Boarded up buildings etc
