Livin 'Easy - pas cher!

Excellent rapport qualité / prix pour de belles vacances. Le chalet mignon est situé sur le côté du golfe de l'île et à 60 secondes à pied de la plage sur un chemin de randonnée désigné le long du côté ouest de notre maison. Les restaurants et les divertissements sont à quelques minutes à pied dans l'autre sens. La plage n'est généralement pas bondée à cet endroit et excellente pour les bombardements et les spectaculaires couchers de soleil. La douche extérieure privée est idéale après une journée à la plage. Une grande terrasse et un barbecue sont disponibles pour votre usage.

Cuisinez dans notre cuisine entièrement équipée ou attrapez le chariot de l'île à Peg Leg Pete's pour votre spécialité de fruits de mer préférée. National Seashore à proximité est un endroit merveilleux pour des vues insulaires naturelles non développées. Promenez-vous dans les magasins de plage à proximité pour acheter des souvenirs et écouter des concerts gratuits au Gulfside Pavilion de mai à août. Dans Pensacola voisine est un quartier historique avec d'excellents magasins. Venez vous détendre, regardez vos soucis s'estomper au coucher du soleil et vivez tranquillement pendant un moment.

Pleasant stay on the beach

The property was excellent in a great location on the beach. 60 second walk away from the Gulf, right on the bay where the rest of our friends were, it was an excellent time. The owner, Ms. Hess was very open to communication for anything we needed. Would recommend and would stay again!

Great Local Vibe

There are only a few of these gems still on Pensacola Beach. As a previous local who visits 2x a year, this location, overall vibe, cleanliness, and comfy beds gave us a great experience. Would rent again!!

Great place to stay in Pensacola! We had a wonderful time and were within minutes from the beach!

Couldn't ask for a better place to stay on the beach. Wonderful, clean cottage within walking distance of the beach and several shops and restaurants! Also, loved the outdoor shower! We are looking forward to staying again next Summer.

A great getaway!

A perfect place to spend quality time near the beach. As a senior adult, the beach has a bit less appeal. But the grandkids loved the closeness & I enjoyed lounging on the deck! The outdoor shower was very handy. Looking forward to a return visit…

Our Favorite Vacation

This is our second time driving from Wichita KS to stay at this rental. We love everything about it. The close proximity to the gorgeous beach, the functionality of the rental having everything we need, all the beds are so comfy, and the outdoor shower coming in from the beach is the chef’s kiss! The home was clean and inviting! Plenty of room for all of us and I especially loved the very large outdoor patio! The kids loved the bunk beds and the Netflix. We will most definately be staying again!

Gem of a Find!!

Initially, I wasnt sure what to think of the mermaid home from the pictures alone, but this will be the only place I stay when visiting Pensacola for now on. We loved the home. It was clean and larger than expected inside. It had a large deck and the outside shower was such a nice amenity to wash off all the sand at the end of the day. Location couldn’t be better! It was close enough to town to easily access restaurants, trolley, and beach, but far enough down the beach we got to enjoy the beach with few people around. We loved our stay and will definitely be back!!

Comfy and convenient!

Comfortable, cozy and convenient to eating, drinking, shops and of course, the BEACH! If you actually want to spend time together this is the place for you, plus a nice large deck area for getting away if needed :). We would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Pensacola Mermaid Lounge

The house was perfect for us. A shaded outside area, walking path to the beach and walking distance to restaurants and boardwalk. Close enough to everything so you don’t have to drive but far enough down the beach for a quiet beach experience.

Exactly what we wanted

Great location

We loved how close we were to the beach, and the house was very clean. I would have liked some extra blankets, and it took us quite a while to find the laundry room (had to wash the house towels before we left). Other than that it was a great stay.

Our stay at the mermaid cottage!

The house was very nice and close to everything. The house had everything you could possibly need. There's a pathway to the beach and its in walking distance of all the restaurants and shops. The house its self was very clean. The outdoor shower was a big help in cleaning off and it has both hot and cold water with this own privacy. There were sitting areas both in and out of the sun one even has a curtain incase it rains on your trip. The house was a overall great stay for me and my family. We will definitely look into coming back for our next beach trip!!

Beach Vacation 2023

The property was in a great location just blocks from the beach and an easy walk or drive to lots of dining options. The communication from the property manager was excellent. We knew exactly when/how to check in and what the expectations were before, during, and for checkout.

Perfect location

This house is perfect! My husband and i stayed with our children. Our youngest 2 months. And it was perfect. Fenced in backyard was my favorite. And if course walking distance from the beach.

Pensacola Beach House

We had a great time at the beach with family. It was perfect for After the beach sand removal from two little boys. The kitchen worked very well for breakfast and supper daily. Beds were very comfortable. Small patio was nice during late evening and night for a look at the starry sky. Enjoyed so very much and hope to return again.

This place is a gem

This was our second trip to the Mermaid house in 8 months. For the price you can't beat the proximity to the beach and all the shopping/restaurants in the area. Bring your bikes b/c you won't have to drive anywhere unless you go back over the bridge. Loved watching the Blue Angels from Fort Pickens!!! Thanks for another great stay Ella.
