What a View and Everything New ,5 min Walk to Worlds Whitest Beach #6A

Panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico, Santa Rosa Sound and Pensacola Bay make this 6th floor corner unit unique. Our first guest described her stay as “Heaven on Earth”. Locals say we live in Paradise. Definitely a place to relax and live in the moment.

Melanie and her crew did a great job choosing comfortable colors and finishes. No this is not a model unit. What you see is the condo your renting. The mattresses and linens are all new and comfy. The kitchen is outfitted with new pots, pans, dishes and silverware. Everything you need to prepare a meal except the food. Or don’t cook at all given there are 10 good restaurants all within walking distance. I forgot to mention all new stainless appliances too.

The beach is a 5 minute walk across Ft. Pickens Rd.
Bring your favorite beach chair or rent one from the beach service. Your boat, kayak or paddle board are welcome too. The pool is larger than most with lots of lounges. Pickle ball several days a week.

I know “no reviews” but look at comments for our other two units in the building #1233108 or 1727570. Take a chance and book today. You won’t be disappointed we guarantee it.

The host was welcoming, but the dishwasher didn't work for the entire duration of our stay, and there was a strong odor coming from it. The condo was beautiful, and the view was incredible. We will rent this condo in the future.

This is on the bay side still very nice view and definitely pet friendly. I have stayed here before and its clean quite, nice pool and plenty of grills if you like to cook out..

View and accommodations were excelllent. Short drive to everything we needed. Pet accommodation was a plus. Ron and Casey were kind and always available for help with any questions. However facilities manager was so not very helpful and was often irritated if weasked

Old building, but the unit was nicely appointed & beds were comfortable. The BBQ grill is not in the unit, but on the first floor outside, so be prepared to haul everything. Charcoal briquets & lighting fluid were available. The views from the balcony are towards Gulf Breeze & Pensacola and you're in the shade and can really feel the breeze. It's an end unit, so you can see the Gulf of America (but not the beach) from the end of the balcony. Unfortunately, there's deferred maintenance and repairs needing attention: Cracked floor tiles, popcorn ceilings, a patio screen door was not secured. Many cooking pans are dated and scratched. Cheap Black and Decker coffee maker. The host only supplied one kitchen trash liner and there was only one dishwasher detergent pod. Our unit was not adequately cleaned either. Tile floors were filthy and we had a 7 month old baby crawling around. The outdoor railing glass was filthy. We found broken glass in the living area and my son in law stepped on a broken shard of glass on the outdoor balcony. I informed the host that this was unacceptable and that our cleaning deposit should be credited. Thus far, he has offered nothing. We left the unit better than we found it, so charging a 285 cleaning fee is slap in the face. Just goes to show that you really need to do your homework before pulling the trigger for these VRBO's which is why I take the time to provide an accurate review to help those looking for options.

Clean and comfortable room. We can't say enough about the great location and view of this condo. We traveled with a pet, and the green space was perfect for her to run and play. Communication with the host was great. We actually locked out key in the room and within 5 minutes had someone on the phone to resolve it. Great condo. Highly recommend. We would definitely stay again.

Family reunion

Overall the VRBO was in great condition, cleaned, spacious, withball the amenities inluded. Close to beach, boardwalk and restaurants.

The place was perfect! Spacious, clean, and the perfect view overlooking the balcony. I booked the trip for my dog and I. My dog has been battling cancer and I wanted the perfect place that may be our last birthday trip together and it was. We truly enjoyed our stay. I would definitely book again! Ron is an incredible accommodating host! Thank you again for a memorable experience

Pensacola Beach bay view condo
