Kelsey's Tree loft est situĂ© dans une rĂ©serve naturelle Ă  distance de marche de Harbour Town, des restaurants, du tennis, du golf et des magasins. De nombreuses fenĂȘtres vous permettent de vous sentir comme si vous viviez dans les arbres tout en Ă©coutant l'ocĂ©an.
Cette maison de 970 pieds carrĂ©s est extrĂȘmement confortable avec 2 chambres et 2 petites salles de bain complĂštes. La cuisine est entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e pour que vous puissiez cuisiner quand vous le souhaitez, mĂȘme si vous ĂȘtes entourĂ© de nombreux restaurants. La chambre principale a un lit queen size et une salle de bain attenante tandis que l'autre chambre est Ă©quipĂ©e d'un lit escamotable queen size et la 2Ăšme salle de bain est juste en face du hall. Les draps et les serviettes sont tous de haute qualitĂ© et vous trouverez tout ce dont vous avez besoin dans cette grande cabane dans les arbres pour vous dĂ©tendre et profiter de vos meilleures vacances. Les zones de terrasse extĂ©rieures sont les meilleures et les plus idĂ©ales pour les repas dĂ©contractĂ©s et profiter du plein air. Cet incroyable espace de vie extĂ©rieur compense la taille du grenier. Il y a mĂȘme une table de billard extĂ©rieure. Cette propriĂ©tĂ© est conçue pour s'amuser.
Le propriétaire est un montgolfiÚre avec une riche histoire dans le sport. Le décor reflÚte cette histoire et rend l'expérience encore plus magique.
Kayaks, raquettes de tennis, clubs de golf, chaises de plage et serviettes de plage sont fournis. Il y a des frais de 20 $ Ă  l'entrĂ©e de la plantation pour le pass The Sea Pines. Ce pass vous permettra de voyager n'importe oĂč ouvert au public dans la plantation. C'est un laissez-passer hebdomadaire. Les laissez-passer quotidiens sont plus chers. Host was responsive but the property was run down with broken deck furniture, molded seat cushions and deer food. The front door frame was rotten with a piece of plywood to walk onto. Cool location but needs some love and updates.

We had a really nice time. We loved the area and how beautiful and quiet it was. There were lots of extras that came with the house. The owner was very nice and helpful. We had a toilet issue, she had fixed the next day. That being said, a lot of things need updated or fixed in this house. There are some safety hazards that need addressed. The house seems to be old and needs some TLC.. The cleaning lady needs to do a better job. The houses are unique and sea pines is a great area to stay in. Lots of deer, we had 13 deer by the deck. They love some fresh fruit! Overall we enjoyed our stay.

We were very pleased with our stay. It was pet friendly, so we could take our dog. The woodsy setting was beautiful. Loved watching and feeding the deer.

What a wonderful change of pace staying amongst the trees. Perfect location in Harbor Town and seeing deer was a nice bonus. Kitchen and bedrooms all very nice.

Deer Island Sea Pines Treehouse

We stayed 11 nights on Deer Island. Our Deer Island treehouse came with a lot of deer and a lot of character. It did not disappoint. To interact with wildlife like this, was an experience we will never forget. We enjoyed feeding the deer every day. We were at the very end of Deer Island Road, and it was so quiet and peaceful and beautiful. It was just what we needed, a relaxing vacation. Our dog absolutely enjoyed himself too, he also loved watching all of the deer. It was so nice to take walks down Deer Island Road to Harbour Town. We bought groceries and grilled out, but we also went to a few restaurants to enjoy the local cuisine. If you get chance, and you are looking for something totally different, we recommend trying this place out. Hilton Head overall is an amazing place. So, do yourself a favor, and plan your next vacation here. Lastly, thank you to our host, she was so sweet and so kind, we truly appreciate her. Ohio folks and our furry family member love Hilton Head!

Great stay!!!

This is our 3rd year at Carols property and we love it! So quiet and lots of deer and birds. The privacy of deer island is not to be beat! Love getting to bring our pups as well. Deer island is close to Harbor town but still has a private feel.

My husband and I had a mixed stay with our dog for two days. First the good. We enjoyed the location on Deer Island. Deer do in fact visit the property and eat the deer pellets that are provided. It was a special treat to see the deer so close! Deer Island is a short, walkable distance to Harbor Town, where we took a boat tour with our dog and ate at Quarterdeck. The home itself is quirky. We loved the outside area and all the windows. and we also liked that there was a washer and dryer on the property. Now the not so good. When we arrived in the evening, we noticed right away that between the two bathrooms, there was only 1/4 roll of toilet paper. Period. No extra rolls anywhere. There was also only one bar of hand soap between the two bathrooms, lightbulbs were burnt out, and no paper towels. I contacted the owner right away to let her know the urgent need for toilet paper. Her initial response was actually intended for the house cleaners, so I corrected her. Then nothing. No response that night or even the next morning, even after I sent 6 messages. Luckily we brought travel soap and a small roll of paper towel, and we conserved the toilet paper. New TP finally magically appeared at noon the next day without notice. We were also told to bring our own blanket to cover the furniture for our dog, but the furniture was already full of dog hair. Outside, most of the toys/furniture are dirty or unusable (ex. the pool cue tips are broken). And be sure to bring your own coffee!

Adorable property

Note: Bring cash for the resort pass at the gate. We absolutely loved staying here. We were looking for a private place to stay close to the beach & restaurants that would welcome our little furbaby and we were fortunate to find this place. It was absolutely adorable. The window all around bringing so much light & views of nature. We were so happy to see a fully functional kitchen as we were able to run to the grocery store for a few items so we can enjoy occasional breakfast and lunch at the property. Cleanliness; nothing puts your mind at ease when staying at a rental like walking in to the property & you are treated by the sent of cleaning products.lol I loved that I could tell not only by visual inspection but it smelled so fresh and clean. We really enjoyed the having the deer visit. I felt like I was living in a Disney movie. Sitting outside downstairs & hand feeding the Deer who were very polite and not shy to come up if you hold your hand out. I didn’t touch them but fed them the our nutty cereal w/ strawberries in a disposable cup. I was in love! I would recommend bringing your own bikes. The ones on the property are inoperable unfortunately however they do have a bunch of beach accessories downstairs! You can walk or ride your bike to harbor town and enjoy some restaurants & shops! There is parking if you choose to drive. There are free trolleys that come through harbor town about every 10 minutes that can take you to the beach other areas of Sea Pines resort.

Relaxing

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the treehouse! We were blessed to have not one but 2 fawns with their mothers visit us regularly during our stay!! The home is lived in and lovley!! We were there for a wedding on the island and had every thing we needed!! Thank you for sharing your quiet space.

Whimsical and cozy!

We loved our stay at this very unique and cozy tree house loft. It's very colorful and clean. All essentials were supplied. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Washer and Dryer is a plus! Kitchen fully stocked with supplies needed. The Owner, Carol responds quickly with any questions we had. Definitely recommended! Lots to do nearby for all ages!

Enchanting!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this "treehouse"! Carol had it well equipped with everything we needed. The location is enchanting with the abundance of birdsongs and visiting deer! Its an easy walk to Harbour Town where we had a nice Valentines lunch.

Another wonderful week!

This is our second time at Kelsey’s treehouse and it was again wonderful. The property is quiet and secluded with beautiful trees all around and lots of wildlife. We saw deer every day! Easy walk to Harbor Town and a 15 minute bike ride to the beach with easy access to other places in Sea Pines. The fact that our dogs can stay is a bonus. Porch was a perfect place to sit at any point and just rest and enjoy the surrounding. Carol is a great host!

I purchased this property decades ago so that I could enjoy being in the hub of Harbor Town, the most exclusive marina and area on the island and in Sea Pines Resort. It is located in walking distance of so much and yet when in the tree loft you feel very private in a wooded setting. I am glad to be able to share this with you and your family.

The tree loft sits in the woods providing the feeling of great privacy and being surrounded by nature and fresh air yet is walking distance to everything in Harbor Town and the walking and biking trails.

The outdoor decks are great additional living space. I spend more time on my deck than I do inside the house. It is amazing to be outside and in the trees. I can sit on the large deck and watch birds and squirrels or read. I can walk to restaurants, shopping, the marina and much more.
