This home had everything needed for the perfect anniversary trip for my husband and I! We loved the heated pool and it was so nice to have all the appliances and dishes needed to prepare meals. The grill was also a nice surprise! Check in and check out was super easy and there were no issues whatsoever our entire stay. Will definitely book again if we're in the area.

Family getaway

We had a wonderful stay in a quiet neighborhood. The home was clean with all the bells and whistles. The pool was one of the selling points for us. It's saltwater which is a bonus. We were able to bring our german shepherd which was great. The backyard is not fully fenced (3 sides) so keep that in mind when bringing your furry friends. The garden tub was perfect for bathing our infant. We appreciated not having to bring our highchair. They have a pack n play but we didn't use it. The washer and dryer were appreciated as I came home with very little laundry. They have beach chairs for use as well. Situated between Daytona and St. Augustine there are a ton of beaches and other bodies of water to explore. The host was very responsive. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Cozy, lazy, and comfortable in Palm Coast

Stayed at this property in order to attend Daytona Bikeweek and Tiger's Spring Training. Honestly, wasn't at the property much, but when we were able to hang around, it was good.

Quick get away

Property was very clean & they thought of everything you would need in a rental. Beds very comfortable and bedrooms had plenty of storage space and plenty of hangers in closet. Kitchen was fully stocked , they had beach towels and chairs. Neighborhood very quiet and very friendly and safe. Would definitely rent again .

Comfortable and well stocked

We had a great experience at this property. The home was as advertised and in both a convenient and safe location. I found the kitchen and towels to be very well stocked and could easily have accommodated a larger group and/or someone who intends to cook frequently and/or larger meals. The lights outside made it festive and welcoming, especially since we were there in the fall on nights when the temperatures dropped to the 60s. I appreciated the desk/office set up in the front door (I didn't remember seeing this when I booked) since I was WFH and my daughter doing school work while we were there (and internet was more than adequate to do so).

Recommended!

The pool was very refreshing to have while working out in fl heat. There could have been more trash bags and toilet paper for a two week stay and the ac didn’t work all that well on the far side of house. Plenty of cookware and and dishware Over all any problems were minor it’s worth the stay!

Perfect

We had an amazing time and lots of thanks to the rental being perfect. The pool was great, lots of room in the house. My favorite surprise was the king size bed in the Master bedroom. We took a day trip to Daytona Beach, it’s less than an hour drive.

after initial difficulties....

(Air conditioning was broken), which were quickly eliminated, it was a pleasant stay in a house where nothing was missing! Kitchen fully equipped with everything necessary, 2 almost new bikes in the garage, deckchairs for trips to the beach, quiet neighborhood. We'd love to come back

Our Stay.

After we booked this property the VRBO was in contact with us on several occasions. They want to make sure everything was in order. When we got there it was just fantastic. Everything was as advertised, clean rooms, great pool, and a very quiet neighborhood. We would recommend this place to anyone.

House was well taken care of and comfortable. Pool was great and pool area is well lit for evening or night time spent outside. Neighborhood was quite and well kept. Home was away from the bustle of town yet easy and quick to get to town.

Very Dirty House

This house was very disappointing. It was very dirty. There was hair everywhere and stuff smeared and splattered on the walls. Very dirty floors. Mold in various places. One of the legs on the beds was bent and broke. The other furniture is worn out and broke down. Palm tree in front yard hadn’t been trimmed and one of the palm fronds fell and struck a family member in the leg as he walked past it, cutting his leg. Upon arrival the pool was filled with coarse, black hair. We netted out what we could and had to request that it be cleaned the next day. Neighborhood was the only positive in this nightmare of an experience. Definitely would not recommend. Can attach pictures.

Great quiet family summer vacation

We really enjoyed our time at this home. The property was clean, the neighborhood quiet, and had everything we needed. While the weather wasn't perfect for our trip this house gave us somewhere to have fun. The salt water pool was amazing. We made multiple trips to St Augustine, Crescent Beach, and Flagler beach. All of these places were very enjoyable. The only thing I think could be improved is the Master Bed is very uncomfortable and loud. The bed in the guest rooms are much better. The outdoor grill area you see in the picture is mostly unusable but they have put in a new small grill you can use next to it which gets the job done.
