Crystal View 102 est un magnifique condo pour une réunion de famille avec 3 chambres et 3 salles de bain, ayant le plus grand balcon de la région avec une vue panoramique sur le golfe. Cet accÚs au rez-de-chaussée est incroyablement pratique pour les familles et les animaux domestiques.

La chambre principale a un lit king et un lit de jour avec lit gigogne et une vue magnifique sur le golfe, une grande salle de bain avec douche séparée et baignoire de jardin.

La deuxiÚme chambre est une suite avec lit king et lits superposés intégrés pour les enfants et une salle de bain attenante

La 3e chambre a un lit king et la 3e salle de bain est idéalement située juste devant la porte.
La capacité maximale du condo est de 14 personnes lorsque les canapés-lits du salon sont utilisés.

I would like to give the property five stars, but it is showing wear and tear on doors and cabinets which can be a bit unsightly for me when it is such an easy fix. The mattresses are also in need of replacing. Two of the beds have large body indentations so be aware if you have back problems. The other is the terribly heavy sliding doors to the porch area. The door is so cumbersome that the handle broke off while trying to open. I did give five stars for cleanliness and having everything needed to enjoy a three-night stay. Also, it is HUGE! There were five of us and the living area had enough seating for everyone to be comfortable. The beach is beautiful and the complimentary beach set up is a plus. This property is great as far as location and private beach access. We brought two dogs and the dog area was very convenient and waste bags were also supplied. All in all, this is a very nice property with lots of plusses.

This is our second time staying at the Ladybird. It is a beautiful place, very well kept, extremely spacious, and perfect for our family. We really enjoy the relaxing on the balcony, and the proximity to the beach! We will definitely be back again!

Beach Paradise

This lovely condo was everything that our family expected. We celebrated our 3 year old granddaughter’s birthday and even saw a group of manatees on her special day! We will look forward to our next family beach trip and hope to stay here again!

Perfection!

Very clean and beautiful condo directly across the street from the beach. Everything was as pictured and advertised except the pool was not heated as promised. It is December so that was very much needed. Needless to say the kids were bummed. When I contacted the host she said she wasn’t aware and would send someone to check it out. She was extremely nice by the way. But I was never contacted again to tell me any updates and pool was still cold when we checked out this morning. Other than that it would be the perfect family getaway!

Tremendous highly recommend

We had such a nice trip here at Crystal View 102. The weather was nice for december but the condo was so comfortable and inviting we enjoyed lounging around and taking it easy. Kitchen is well stocked, beds very comfortable, decor was on point. I loved the artwork and the patio was just so nice with big comfortable chairs and a great view. thanks for allowing our yorkie Teensy, She loved it too.

Originally my family is from the Birmingham area of Alabama,
Mom bought condos here in the early 2000s and by 2005 we had opened our company which has steadily grown by word of mouth over the years. Living here really is a dream come true. Crystal View is amazing! We have managed 5 other units in this building for quite some time now. As a matter of fact my mom owns unit 302 two floors up from this condo. When this condo came on the market, I jumped at the chance to own at Crystal view. Especially ground floor, pet friendly gulf Front. The beach at crystal view is never crowded, and that wrap around balcony and the views are just amazing.
