Magnifique condo sur le golfe le long de la zone communautaire populaire de Scenic Gulf Drive. Réveillez-vous dans l'eau bleu-vert et voyez les dauphins nager réguliÚrement. Profitez du beau sable blanc de la plus belle plage du monde.

Le condo a été entiÚrement rénové en mars 2012 avec toutes les nouvelles cuisines et salles de bain, de nouveaux meubles et détails de haut en bas. Des meubles confortables sur le grand patio pour encourager votre famille à s'asseoir et à lire, à parler, à prendre une boisson fraßche ou chaude et à écouter et regarder le surf. Le patio du rez-de-chaussée vous donne un accÚs facile à la plage qui n'est pas à plus de 50 mÚtres du patio.

L'unitĂ© comprend un parasol et 2 chaises Ă  la plage par notre service de plage professionnel pour chaque jour que vous ĂȘtes ici de mi-mars Ă  fin octobre.

La chambre principale fait face au golfe et a un lit king et une trÚs grande salle de bain avec une baignoire de jardin et une douche séparée. Il y a un coin bureau pour ceux qui ont besoin de faire un peu de travail ou de suivre les e-mails pendant leur absence.

La suite lit king-size a accÚs au bain d'invité. Il dispose également d'un coin bureau.

La chambre avec lits superposés séparés a une couchette pleine en bas et une couchette double en haut.

Le salon et les chambres ont tous des téléviseurs à écran plat et des DVD.

Les équipements de la propriété comprennent également une zone de grillades au charbon de bois communautaire, un centre de fitness et une belle piscine avec un spa, une fontaine et un paysage luxuriant.

La longue promenade de 5 miles / piste cyclable est également une grande attraction le long de Scenic Gulf Drive. Profitez de la marche de votre animal de compagnie, du vélo, du patin à roulettes tout en profitant de la vue sur le golfe du Mexique.

Il y a 3 restaurants à distance de marche de Beach Retreat si vous ne voulez pas conduire. L'un d'eux est Pompano Joe's qui propose des animations en fin d'aprÚs-midi / soirée qui conviennent à toute la famille.

L'expérience communautaire est joyeuse et relaxante. Ne le manquez pas.

Family Vacation

We really enjoyed our time at this property. We received check-in information prior to our trip and everything went smoothly for us. The condo was spacious and clean (beautiful decor) and had everything we needed. We had our morning coffee on the patio everyday and enjoyed the view of the ocean and the calm breezes. We were blessed with a rainbow view one morning :) We will definitely want to visit this property again in the future!

Amazing place, best Air Conditioner we have had in Florida. Only minor inconvenience is the water heater isnt big enough to fill the large tub completely and also allow others to shower.

Perfect for our family.

This was our granddaughters first beach trip (one turned 2 today and 1 turns 2 July 6th) and they had fun! Super close beach access. Nice pool for swimming. Condo was nice, we just had to put the breakables up lol. The only complaint we had is that we had to leave to go back to reality in Arkansas :)

Great condo- great location.

We stayed here during spring break. Great pool, easy walk to the beach- even for my 80 year old grandparents. Very big balcony and nice outdoor space for the kids to run around a little bit. Condo has everything you would need and is beautiful. One suggestion- the kids top bunk does not have a ledge to keep the kiddos from falling out, therefore we didn’t let our kids use it and they had to share a bed. I would put a rail on it for certain. Otherwise great property.

This condo was so convenient being on the first floor, it was very clean and had all the essentials we needed. Also, our dogs were allowed to come with us, which made it better! Hopefully we can stay again next year!

Great stay.

My family had a great stay! The location was fantastic, just a quick hop to the beach. Made swimming super easy. Also, this was a great unit for our doggo's. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent stay!

We absolutely loved our stay here. Very close/easy walk to beach just across the street. No trouble at all getting across the street to beach with traffic. The beach was not to crowded. We will definitely be back!

What a clean wonderfully located condo! The outside patio is such a great way to start and end your day. The beach , gulf and surrounding areas are so beautiful. Many fun activities and great restaurants. We enjoyed staying at Beach Retreat.

Morning coffee on the patio was wonderful with family. View was perfect as was the condo. Clean and well supplied with what you need. Slept very well on comfortable bedding. Property was very well manicured and secure. Will be back!

Beautiful Early Spring Retreat!

This condo was perfect for a week of vacation. The first floor location worked perfectly for the two of us and our small dog - she loved the easy access to smells and views! We loved the size, decor, cleanliness, and accessibility of this condo. The location is perfect for us because we can walk for exercise, BadAss Coffee, and Capt Dave’s restaurant. The pool is in a perfect location too bc if it’s very windy this secluded hideaway is warm and inviting. Just a great facility, location, and such an easy way to vacation! We will return!

Loved Every Bit of This!

We had to cancel two other planned vacations, so at the last minute we decided to throw the kids and dog in the car and head to Florida. We were grateful enough to find a place, but THIS place was amazing! Great location, pretty views, perfect for the dog, tons of space, and a kitchen that was incredible! We’d never been to Destin, so we had no idea we’d booked a place that was convenient to restaurants and shopping. I have to add, the sunset and sunrise views from right across the beach are incredible! And the main bath made me feel like a princess! Thank you for your hospitality!

Amazing Holiday with Gulf view

We had such an amazing Christmas holiday this year. We decided to do something different since my mother’s passing 8 weeks prior. We had not spent the holiday with my dad for several years & what a wonderful stay we had. The views each morning and afternoon were breathtaking. We enjoyed watching all the walkers and bikers each day. Especially my little dog. The passer by’s kept him quite entertained. The open space of the unit made it easy for everyone to get around in the condo. The kitchen offered everything we needed to continue making our Christmas memories and traditions. The large round dining table was big enough to use as a buffet table for horsdourves on Christmas Eve and a full dinner for all of us to sit around on Christmas Day. Our family wouldn’t have been complete without having our little Yorkie, Baxter with us, and I appreciated the fact that our host prepared for him by providing covers for all of the upholstery. It was a Perfect stay and I hope to be able to stay there in the future.

Beautiful Condo on the inside!

Lovely newly remodeled condo! The kitchen was gorgeous as well as the furnishings! The pool area was nice as well! The only things that we didn't like was that the location of the condo. Its was right on the main row and there was a lot of traffic. There is a lovely walking path though and that helped especially for our little dog. THere was also amazing shopping as this condo is in the heart of Destin.

Great condo, perfect location!!

We have stayed in the Miramar Beach area about 5 times in the past several years, and I think we have found our forever vacation condo! It was very spacious and we loved being on the ground floor and being able to walk across the street to the beach easily. Bathrooms were really nice and kitchen and bedrooms were spacious. Great pool and hot tub on this property as well.

I began purchasing property along the Scenic Gulf Drive area in 2001 and have loved the area. As time went on, the opportunity to move to Destin and manage my own properties became I have changed careers from Physical Therapy to Property Management and Real Estate Sales. I established Beach Condos in Destin and in 2009, my daughter Laura Johnson joined me in the business.

Beach Retreat is an uncrowded community with a deeded private beach. The floor plan is great and easily accommodates a family.

My guests love that they can bring their pets and have a luxurious place to stay. The beach is not overly crowded as with many high rise condo complexes and the community feel of the area is relaxing while being close to everything at the same time.
