Maison Ocean Front dans le prestigieux village de Sandpiper. Cette maison de plain pied 3 chambres 3 salles de bain a été méticuleusement entretenue. Grand espace de vie ouvert avec cheminée et grand bar. La grande cuisine avec beaucoup d'espace de comptoir et d'armoire, a eu une mise à jour récente avec tous les nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable. L'accès à la plage ne pourrait pas être plus facile car il est juste sur le pont arrière de la maison avec un joli sentier tout droit sur le sable.

This our second stay at this address and we love it! The three bedrooms and bathrooms are great for three couples. The kitchen, dining and living areas all have great views along with a nice deck and yard for our dogs. The home is well equipped for cooking in which is what we like, or a 15 minute drive to Newport to eat out. Highly recommend this property.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was almost perfect. It was very clean and maintained except for porch lights not working. The kitchen was very well stocked and there was a hall closet that had just about any countertop appliances you could want including a blender and a slow cooker.This house has 3 nice bedrooms with a bathroom for each one and you don't find this very often.I would highly recommend this house.

Yes Kitchen was wonderful.Yes Room with a beach front view was excellent.has the other room were very comfortable, told from the other guests.Very Clean. Love the stay.

GGs in the best!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: GG’s. Warm and inviting. Clean and updated. We could tell the owners try hard to give their guest a well appointed home to enjoy the Oregon Coast and all it has to offer. We always have fun at GGs. Beach access great. Pool table and ping pong are favorite with the older and younger grandkids. Ocean Odyssey is the only vacation management company we will use!

Girl’s Getaway

Beautiful views, great location, easy access to beach. Bedding was very nice, comfortable living room, big kitchen. Broken kitchen fan (missing blade). Washing towels and putting them in dryer was a checkout requirement. This was difficult as we had a long drive and were hoping to get an early start. Ended up sitting and waiting for towels to finish washing . But this was the only drawback to what was a great stay!

Great Storm Watching Spot!!

Overall great spot for a family vacation. Amazing storms for the week we stayed and we had a front row seat for the show. Comfortable beds and supplies in the kitchen to make anything happen. Plenty of room for everyone! Some problems with door latches and lighting brought down the rating.

Great Beach House

Second time I’ve stayed at this lovely beach house. I really like the fact that all 3 bedrooms have their own bathroom. The house is very roomy and is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need.

Trip to the coast

The property was very nice, comfortable and clean. It was great to be able to bring our dog and she loved looking out the windows. It was great to walk off the back porch and down a very short path and be on the beach. We would definitely like to stay there again.

Fantastic Beach House

Making New Memoeies at GGs

We are so fortunate to be able to come back and relive some of those memorable times and make new ones with family each year. What a blessing!

Great stay at GG's house

This house had everything! Very clean and well-equipped. Pool table, ping-pong table and kites were a bonus. Finishes on the furniture and cabinets are gently worn but not a problem. Access to the beach was great. The only thing that should be added is more information about the area: points of interest, restaurants, etc. We are from the East Coast and could have used more direction on local attractions.

Perfect Getaway

It was all I was hoping for. The location and views are amazing with direct access to the beach which is perfect for early morning walks. So peaceful and relaxing. It was the perfect re-set I needed. The home was spacious and well stocked with all the essentials including kite's and activities for the kids.

Family bday

Place was clean and good but the there was no main light for the kitchen. The light bulb was burnt out so we had little lighting in the kitchen for the weekend. The bedroom door can be upgraded since the veneer was peeling off and the door was very hard to close.

Lovely!

Very clean. Loved the easy walk to the beach and the comfy chairs on the deck - with a great view. Perfect place for dogs and beach combers. We really appreciated the warm water hose to wash off dogs and people feet. Nice quiet neighborhood.

Great house!

We had a great stay at GG’s Place!! The house was very clean except for a few cob webs we swept off the ceiling / no biggie. 2 master en suites and another bedroom with an adjoining bathroom you can close off to the hall which made a 3rd en suite. Perfect house for 3 couples! The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, but needed to buy garbage bags. Now for the views! OUTSTANDING! And the private walk to the beach was perfect and really only a few steps long! We will definitely stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented two houses on the spit for family Christmas. This was the larger of the two. With two master suites it was perfect for two couples and a single. The kitchen was large, with a huge counter for laying out the feast and the dining room table was big enough for all 9 of us from both houses to eat together. The little yard worked for the dogs and the path to the beach was in great shape for an easy walk. Water was hot and plenty of it. The pictures show carpet, but the floors have been redone with hard surface (I couldn't tell if it was vinyl or hybrid; either way not laminate and I love them!) Downsides: the outlet by the coffee maker only half works, and the dishwasher, while it "works" doesn't really wash the dishes. They have to be pretty much spotless going in. Also, tall people beware, the shower head in the bathroom we used, while fine for me, hit my husband about mid chest!

The only thing I would say that was really a violation of our privacy was the two cleaners coming to clean the house were across the street staring at us like vultures waiting to get into the house to clean it, that’s unacceptable that’s just not cool and they were there at 10:30 and check out was 11 and just the way they were staring at us not cool
