GG's Place Ă  Sandpiper Village ~ NOUVEAU!

Maison Ocean Front dans le prestigieux village de Sandpiper. Cette maison de plain pied 3 chambres 3 salles de bain a Ă©tĂ© mĂ©ticuleusement entretenue. Grand espace de vie ouvert avec cheminĂ©e et grand bar. La grande cuisine avec beaucoup d'espace de comptoir et d'armoire, a eu une mise Ă  jour rĂ©cente avec tous les nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable. L'accĂšs Ă  la plage ne pourrait pas ĂȘtre plus facile car il est juste sur le pont arriĂšre de la maison avec un joli sentier tout droit sur le sable.

The kitchen was very well stocked and there was a hall closet that had just about any countertop appliances you could want including a blender and a slow cooker.This house has 3 nice bedrooms with a bathroom for each one and you don't find this very often.I would highly recommend this house.

Great Beach House

Second time I’ve stayed at this lovely beach house. I really like the fact that all 3 bedrooms have their own bathroom. The house is very roomy and is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need.

Trip to the coast

The property was very nice, comfortable and clean. It was great to be able to bring our dog and she loved looking out the windows. It was great to walk off the back porch and down a very short path and be on the beach. We would definitely like to stay there again.

Beach Front/Ocean View

Amazing views of the ocean from multiple vantage points. Yard leading to the beach is perfect for a dog. The house is quite comfortable. We will be staying again.

Great Storm Watching Spot!!

Overall great spot for a family vacation. Amazing storms for the week we stayed and we had a front row seat for the show. Comfortable beds and supplies in the kitchen to make anything happen. Plenty of room for everyone! Some problems with door latches and lighting brought down the rating.

Lovely!

Very clean. Loved the easy walk to the beach and the comfy chairs on the deck - with a great view. Perfect place for dogs and beach combers. We really appreciated the warm water hose to wash off dogs and people feet. Nice quiet neighborhood.

We could tell the owners try hard to give their guest a well appointed home to enjoy the Oregon Coast and all it has to offer. We always have fun at GGs. Beach access great. Pool table and ping pong are favorite with the older and younger grandkids. Ocean Odyssey is the only vacation management company we will use!

Perfect Getaway

It was all I was hoping for. The location and views are amazing with direct access to the beach which is perfect for early morning walks. So peaceful and relaxing. It was the perfect re-set I needed. The home was spacious and well stocked with all the essentials including kite's and activities for the kids.

Girl’s Getaway

Beautiful views, great location, easy access to beach. Bedding was very nice, comfortable living room, big kitchen. Broken kitchen fan (missing blade). Washing towels and putting them in dryer was a checkout requirement. This was difficult as we had a long drive and were hoping to get an early start. Ended up sitting and waiting for towels to finish washing . But this was the only drawback to what was a great stay!

Great stay at GG's house

This house had everything! Very clean and well-equipped. Pool table, ping-pong table and kites were a bonus. Finishes on the furniture and cabinets are gently worn but not a problem. Access to the beach was great. The only thing that should be added is more information about the area: points of interest, restaurants, etc. We are from the East Coast and could have used more direction on local attractions.

Great house!

We had a great stay at GG’s Place!! The house was very clean except for a few cob webs we swept off the ceiling / no biggie. 2 master en suites and another bedroom with an adjoining bathroom you can close off to the hall which made a 3rd en suite. Perfect house for 3 couples! The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, but needed to buy garbage bags. Now for the views! OUTSTANDING! And the private walk to the beach was perfect and really only a few steps long! We will definitely stay here again!

Family bday

Place was clean and good but the there was no main light for the kitchen. The light bulb was burnt out so we had little lighting in the kitchen for the weekend. The bedroom door can be upgraded since the veneer was peeling off and the door was very hard to close.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve rented many coastal vacation homes, mostly in The Waldport area, and this is one of the best. It is comfortable throughout. The beds were great, and the kitchen was very well equipped. I cook a lot and really appreciated that. The views were amazing, and the beach access was easy. There is a resident in the home on the south side of GG’s who lets her two dogs run all over, including into the back yard. So just know that if you’re bringing a dog. Overall, it was a great experience, and we’d definitely rent GG’s again.

Unmatched Views!

This house had the best view and beach access!! We had my aunt who is wheelchair bound and it was easy to get her chair around the house without having to carry her from place to place which was a real plus! The ONLY down side was that the doors to the bedrooms don’t latch super great so or the exterior door for that matter, the exterior doors would latch but not without som actual effort. It also had a lot of cleaning fees, which would not have been an issue except you are also asked to clean the house and have at least one load of laundry going preferably finished before 11am check out. We were able to accomplish all of this it just felt a little icky when we were charge the cleaning fees regardless. Other than those two things this house is a literal DREAM!!!❀
