Elevators ruined the trip

The condo itself was good but the elevators are absolutely horrible. I will not stay here again. The staff members are also not helpful when it comes to the elevators and were rude about obtaining carts to carry luggage. There are tons of other places that are cheaper and much better.

Family beach vacation

The condo was great, no complaints. The beachfront was perfect, not over crowded and the water was warm and clear! However the only reason I would not consider staying at any condo in Tidewater is due to the elevator fiasco. The building management truly needs to upgrade the elevators. We waited as long as 30 minutes at times and there are 7 elevators in the building. At high peak times an elevator operator would have to manage each elevator due to the high demand, lines forming in the hallways and the elevators stopping at random floors with no one waiting to get on. I would have zero complaints if the elevator situation was better.

Tidewater

Place was great, the rooms was juat as advertised. We loved the location right on the beach, made for a beautiful view every night and moring. Only thing was our tvs didnt work in all the rooms and i texted the nunber for the manager to come and fix them, said they was on the way and never showed up. That was kind of aggravating, but other than that we loved our place and the location!

Beautiful view!

We loved the view with the ocean from the front and side of the condo. It was awesome. The unit was as described and very clean. Definitely would return!

Loved It

Great condo, lots of room for 6 women! Clean, comfortable, had everything we needed. Great view of the ocean; if heights bother you, you should pick a lower floor. We were on the 23rd floor. Beds were super comfy; couches too. Only negative, which was expected, was that elevators r a little slow. We thought we were going at off season but it was Columbus Day, so everywhere was busier than anticipated. If you have a big family or group this place will be perfect.

Not happy

Ee hsd stayed here a few years ago and it was a good experience, however this time was lacking. When we arrived the place did not appear to have been cleaned, the kitchen closet door was broken, the fridge was not working properly. When it rained the ceiling was leaking and there was mold in the shower.

The elevator made it not worth it

The condo itself was ok - it’s super high up so if you don’t like heights, choose elsewhere. The elevator situation made it absolutely not worth it. Longest waits I’ve ever experienced. We literally waited over 45 MINUTES one time just to get an elevator. Beach was very crowded, which is to be expected during peak summer season but this condo is just way too big to have such a short beachfront.

Fall break

Just got back from our week in PCB for fall break. I will be honest I was so nervous about the elevator 's but we didn't wait longer than 20 seconds the whole week! Avoiding the first week of fall break I think helped us since it wasn't very busy when we were there. We had 2 families and everyone enjoyed the condo. If I had to suggest anything it would have been nice to have more dishtowels and a starter liquid dish soap but to be honest the condo was clean, comfortable, and the views were breathtaking. Would definitely recommend! We had a great time!

The only thing that I have to complain about was the elevators all of them were broke down except for one I’m walking up and down from the 23rd floor is not ideal for vacation

Long awaited family gathering

Due to Covid, this stay was important as I hadn't seen lots of my family in over a year. There were so many of us and the property size was perfect. The view of the ocean from the winding outside balcony was beautiful. Everything you need is here, just bring yourself. My only complaints would be 1. The carpet in the bedrooms is horrendous. They are dirty, filthy and musty. The outer rooms have vinyl and so should the bedrooms, the carpet makes the unit stink. 2. There was loads of water in the hallways causing us to slip and slide and track water into the unit. 3. The elevator waits are the WORST. Most waits are anywhere from 20 minutes to an hour, no kidding. So as far as the unit itself, if they get rid of the nasty carpet in the bedrooms, it'd be 5 stars. We still enjoyed our visit and I would recommend this spot for sure BUT, that carpet needs to go.

Great unit

We loved the unit. The views were incredible, beds were comfy and furniture was nice. We loved the decor. Pantry door was broken and a couple of little maintenance issues but nothing that hindered our stay. We definitely would rent the unit again!

Awesome vacay

Clean and spacious giving plenty of room for the 8 of us and room for more. Great access to the beach plus indoor- outdoor pools. Plenty of glassware and dinner ware but would like to see updated cookware. I would definitely stay again!

TERRIBLE LEASING SERVICE

The customer service was terrible. Arrived an hour early(forgot about time change). Spoke with panhandle getaway and was told they would see where the inspector was to know if we could enter early. No one ever called back. No inspector came by to check if clean. 4pm came and still couldn't enter due to issue with lock. 45 minutes later maintenance finally arrived. Upon entering. The master toilet was busted and clogged, mold in master shower. And fridge was warm. Placed tickets that night. 24 hours later was still waiting for service. I was offered a late check out for the numerous issues. Check out came and I was then charged an additional $500. When I called to ask why, they stated housekeeping stated I was staying another day! I was half way home when this charge hit. I told housekeeping at 10am that we had a 2pm checkout. She didn't understand bc she didn't speak English. She tried to communicate by having her iPhone translate. I rent through vrbo at least 6 times a year. I have never had any of these issues with owners who have properties. I expected 10x more from a company! What a headache

Hell-A-Vators

We stayed in a great 4 bedroom condo, on the 23rd floor. Stairs shouldn’t have to be considered. The kids regularly took the stairs, and all the adults, except 2, did at least once. It was common to wait 30 min for an elevator, only to have the doors open, and it’s full. So start the wait again..
