Rénové en 2018 - tous les nouveaux meubles - 2 chambres / 2 salles de bains avec coin détente

Le condo est frais et propre avec tous les nouveaux appareils et meubles. Il a une belle chambre à coucher principale donnant sur la rivière Lamantin, les estuaires et terrain de golf. Cette chambre a un lit queen, walk-in et 3/4 salle de bain. Le salon principal est lumineux avec non seulement les fenêtres avant et arrière, mais les fenêtres latérales; pas d'unité au-dessus de cette unité donc non seulement lumineux mais calme. La deuxième chambre a deux lits jumeaux et est proche de la deuxième salle de bain complète de l'unité. La tanière a également un lit gigogne (2 lits jumeaux). L'unité prévoit un coin repas et un coin repas principal. Il y a deux télévisions (zone principale et den) avec le câble. Accès Internet fourni. Au moins un mois de location et les frais de transfert de 200 $ offre aux occupants à la même adresse un accès complet à toutes les commodités, y compris le golf, tennis, pickle ball, centre de fitness et diverses piscines.

River Strand great community

Condo is very spacious and well furnished. Great views of wildlife in pond by deck and golfers on 7th fairway and green. Food in clubhouse restaurant was very good. Golf course was too challenging for us seniors. We found a nice eexecutive length course nearby that we really liked.

Beautiful Condo with water view

This is a wonderful condo. We stayed for the month of March. The furnishings are just like home. Everything felt lit was quality. Very comfortable. The area was quite nice with anything you would need close by. Robin was easy to communicate with and responded to questions in a timely manner. Would recommend.

Excellent home away from home

Lovely, well equipped property with very caring homeowners. We stayed there for the past three months and have reservations for another three months next year. That says it all!

Wonderful stay !

My wife and I stayed in this condo for the month of January 2020. The unit was comfortable, clean and convenient to all the amenities of River Strand. All of the photos of the unit, even the great view of the Estuary's 7 hole, were accurate and the morning view from our patio of groups playing the hole was very entertaining ! The owners checked in with us and answered all of our questions. We would highly recommend this unit for a relaxing getaway from the northern winters !

Amazing stay

Overall this place was truly spectacular, I received a great price from Robin and Kent. They were helpful throughout my entire stay. Anything I needed done, they address within the week. For example, on of the dink’s was leaking (not a big problem), they had someone look at it within a day. Trust me the room was stunning, the pictures do not do this place justice; come take a look for yourself. Overall I had a great experience; great neighborhood, great owners, and great view. 5 stars!
