Had a wonderful stay at Rockspray! We spent our days floating around Chalk Sound or making the short walk to Taylor Bay Beach. Anywhere you want to go on the island is under a 20 minute drive. We wanted a peaceful place that we could relax and this was it. Multiple areas to lounge in the sun or shade, breeze or calm. Beautiful sunrise and sunset views. If you are looking to relax away from the busy resort areas, this is the place.

Was everything as advertised. Had a great week and the kids loved it. Swimming directly from the property was amazing and having Taylor Beach so close was perfect. Loved it!

Truly a unique experience, it’s like staying at a villa on the water but also like being on a boat. Very remote and the views are incredible. The property is exceptionally well maintained and Judy made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommended place to stay in Provo.

Rockspray was a wonderful truly unique property located a little off the beaten path. Every room in the house has an amazing view. The home has most everything you need to stay in and cook if you don’t want to leave. Some items could use a little refresh but certainly not anything to complain about. There are also a couple of restaurant options close by to choose from too if you don’t want to make the 20min drive into town. Taylor Bay Beach and Sapodilla Bay Beach are both super close and definitely worth a visit. They are truly beaches where at the villa there isn’t a designated beach area. We had a couple little hiccups initially upon arrival but the host was prompt to address things as quickly as possible. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back to this magical little slice of Turks and Caicos heaven another time.

The house was just as advertised. Secluded, private and our own access to the sound. The water was amazing deepest point in the sound was just over 5 feet deep so we could touch pretty much anywhere we went. The water was crystal clear and warm. We use the kayaks to explore the other small islands in the area, we did not see much for wildlife that was OK. Judy was very responsive when we had issues with the air-conditioning. She got it taken care of as quickly as possible. The weather was amazing. It was 84 at 7 o’clock in the morning. Apparently the house is intend to be used with all the windows open for the ocean breeze. If you choose on the air conditioning, you have to pay based on the electric meter (I’m still waiting for that bill). Local groceries I recommend finding a Gateway grocery store. We were recommended to go to Sunny’s. It’s not a nice place, more of a wholesale store. It was off season when we visited so there wasn’t a lot going on. La Brisa’s and Little Havana were close restaurants we enjoyed. Also Turks Jead brewery had good food and good beer. The local residents of the island are not very friendly however. Anywhere we go my wife and I always greet people with a smile or a good morning. We never had a single person reciprocate or acknowledge us unless weWere at a restaurant where they had to. Also it very expensive everywhere. Maybe the most expensive country I’ve been to. Grocery prices as well as restaurant prices were very high.

We really enjoyed staying at Rockspray. The views of Chalk Sound are incredible! Opening all the doors and windows to let the Tradewinds blow through is highly conducive to relaxation...well, ok, napping. Being able to swim and kayak right off the deck are a real plus for this property. We took advantage of Sapodilla Bay and Taylor Bay beaches, which are less than 5 minutes away, almost every day. Also, it had everything we needed to cook dinners and enjoy nights in. We got kind of addicted to one the games- Outrage. So fun and funny!

Loved this property!

The house was clean and comfortable and the views were amazing. We really enjoyed being a little bit away from the traffic and crowded areas, and there were several restaurants nearby for when we wanted something closer in the evenings. We especially enjoyed watching both the sunrise and sunsets from the back deck.
