Condo de luxe 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain à The Grandview sur Grace Bay Beach (6 couchages plus bébé). Ce condo de 1850 pieds carrés est situé au deuxième étage du développement haut de gamme de 18 unités de Grandview, qui occupe l'une des plus belles étendues de la célèbre plage de Grace Bay. Étant une unité de coin à l'extrémité la plus calme du développement, il bénéficie d'une lumière de fenêtre supplémentaire et d'une grande terrasse couverte plus ouverte. Le développement dispose d'une piscine, d'un bain à remous et d'une salle de fitness sur place, et de nombreux excellents restaurants sont facilement accessibles à pied. À environ 5 minutes en voiture, il y a le supermarché Graceway Gourmet bien approvisionné et de nombreuses boutiques. Un plus grand supermarché est situé à environ 10 minutes. Une planche à pagaie et deux kayaks sont disponibles pour votre usage personnel. Le condo comprend les commodités suivantes:

- un téléphone portable prépayé pour les appels locaux.
- Cuisine ouverte entièrement équipée avec de grands comptoirs et vue sur l'océan!

This place is actually even better than the photos. Not only is the location perfect for being able to walk to all of our favorite spots but the condo itself is impeccable. Very spacious, clean, lovely decor, thoughtfully laid out, practical and most importantly, right on the beach with a spectacular view. Rachel and Regina made everything seamless and easy. This condo has everything you could need and the deck is dreamy with an incredible view of the sunset. There are plenty of chaises and umbrellas, they were never more than half full while we were there. This place is amazing and I can’t wait to go back!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the Grandview. The condo was perfect for our family of four—we especially loved that each child had their own bed, and the rose waiting for us upon arrival was such a thoughtful touch. The location was ideal, with the pool and hot tub just steps away and easy access to the beach. There were always chairs and umbrellas available, and the beach never felt overcrowded, making it especially relaxing. We also discovered (a little too late!) that there’s a bar next door serving tacos and drinks—something we’ll definitely take advantage of earlier next time. We used Regina’s grocery shopping service, which was very convenient, and both Regina and Rachel were incredibly helpful in picking up a few extra items for us. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would absolutely come back!

My wife, daughter, and I had a wonderful stay. -Everything was spotlessly clean when we arrived.-The kitchen is modern and functional for all your cooking needs.-The view is spectacular.-The beds were comfortable and cozy.-The location is perfect because you are removed from the busiest area of Grace Bay, but everything is still a close walk or drive. -The beach always had recliners/chairs available.-I loved having a gym in the building.-It was nice to have a local contact/concierge who checked in on you (via phone) to ensure all was well.I highly recommend this place!

Absolutely loved this place! Everything about our stay was amazing. Rachel is an incredible host and surprised us with a bottle of champagne—such a thoughtful touch! 🥂 The condo felt very safe, it was immaculate, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed. We had no problem getting a beach sun lounger every day, and they were incredibly comfortable.The view is unreal—watching the sunset from the patio was a highlight. The location is perfect, walkable to great restaurants like my favorite, Coco Bistro. We also rented a car to explore the island and loved snorkeling at Smith’s Reef, where we saw sea turtles and even an octopus! Can’t recommend this place enough!! Can’t wait to come back!

We absolutely loved our time at The Grandview! Rachel was a highly communicative host and Adeline the property manager was so helpful! The location can't be beat--right on stunning Grace Bay beach, walkable to town, next door to a good restaurant. The condo itself was beautiful and roomy with a great balcony, comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen, and unbeatable views. We especially loved watching the sunset from our beach. Highly recommend this place for your next vacation!

I lived on Providenciales full time for over 18 years. I loved being at the Grandview with fantastic views, easy beach access, well maintained grounds and a quiet, relaxed atmosphere. I am now based in the UK so the unit is available for rental. I have an in-depth knowledge of Turks and Caicos and are happy to answer any questions and provide tips to maximise your vacation enjoyment. Due to time zone differences (EST+5hours) there may be a slight delay in our responses, but I will always respond as soon as possible.

The Turks and Caicos is an amazing place to visit, with award winning beaches and world class diving and water sports. I have visited many other Caribbean islands and beach destinations around the world but nothing beats Grace Bay! The Grandview is located on a wide stretch of beach with expansive views across Grace Bay. Being situated on the corner, our unit has extra light and more open views. The upscale Grace Bay Club is located right next door, and has a bar and restaurant, but there are many other restaurants and bars within walking distance. The Pelican Bay Restaurant and Bar is a one minute walk and has a fun happy hour each evening. There is easy access to excursions, and many operators will pick up guests directly from The Grandview or the beach.

We offer concierge services to assist with groceries, restaurant and tour booking and ensure that you experience the best that Turks and Caicos has to offer. As the unit was my full time home for many years, the kitchen is fully equipped, all kitchen appliances have been upgraded in the last few years.
