Il est livré avec l'utilisation gratuite de 2 kayaks (une personne et deux personnes) et 3 vélos pour profiter de toutes les activités de plein air St. George doit offrir. Contactez-nous pour des arrangements. Situé au milieu de l'ßle, à distance de marche des magasins et des restaurants. Le restaurant Blue Parrot ou le Little Donut Shop de Weber sont accessibles à pied. Le premier niveau de ce confortable condo comprend une cuisine spacieuse, une salle à manger et un salon avec une vue magnifique sur le golfe depuis votre propre terrasse privée. Un excellent moyen de se détendre et regarder les dauphins! Le deuxiÚme niveau comprend 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain. La chambre principale a une terrasse privée pour admirer les magnifiques levers et couchers de soleil. Piscine communautaire et promenade sont à quelques pas de la magnifique plage de sable blanc St George Island.

This is a great place to enjoy the St. George beach! It's right on there beach, much closer to the water than many places. There were squadrons of pelicans working the waters right in front of us. Two days the dolphins visited, lingering near us for some time, not just passing through.Plan to get up early at least one day and enjoy a horizon filling, fiery sun rise. The changing colors as the sky fills with sun light of a new day is worth the stay all by itself.And the condo is comfortable and well equipped. Highly recommend John's place!

The condo was great and spacious. Loved the 2 balconies facing the ocean. The kids loved using the bikes and kayaks that were provided. The pool was nice to use after a long day on the beach. The whole property was nice and the groundscwere clean. I would definitely recommend staying in the Villas.

Great Ocean View!

This beach front condo is relaxing and refreshing. The host is kind, and the condo is well-supplied. We have stayed 3 times and hope to return again.

Great Stay

This property is a great beach stay. It's right on the Gulf so you can see and hear the waves, see the birds work and see really wonderful sun rises. The property is centrally located and most everything you might need or want is in walking distance. The newly upgraded balconies have perfect views to the water, are great for sitting and reading or sharing a glass or two of wine. Highly recommend this property.

Perfect Location & Beautiful Views

We loved our stay in this townhome on SGI! Exactly as described - clean, well stocked, beautiful views, easy access to beach and pool, comfortable beds, centrally located and great perk with bikes included. Communication with owner was quick and friendly. We would definitely book again!

Amazing views

This was our first time to Saint George Island and we were there to attend a wedding so we made it a week! We found this condo and it was the perfect size location and price. It exceeded our expectations. John was quick to respond whenever we had a question and the place was beautiful. It was exactly as described and pictured. The views from the balconies were spectacular and we spent every evening eating dinner while listening to the waves out on them. This was so relaxing after a long hot day on the beach acting like kids playing in the waves! We will definitely visit again and I would recommend this place to anyone!

Beautiful beach view

We absolutely loved this place! Loved everything about our first trip to SGI. The closeness to the beach and pool is incredible. We also loved how there wasn’t a crowd on the beach in front of the complex. Only two things I would mention and both could be an oversight on my part. First is that I did not realize from the pics online that there would be an initial set of stairs right inside the door to climb in order to get in the unit. Made unloading our car a long process. Also, any beach trip is not complete without lots of sand cleanup. I was not able to find a broom anywhere is the unit. Only a vacuum cleaner which I used, but wasn’t the most optimal for cleaning up sand. Neither of these are deal breakers by FaR!!!! We will be back.

Relaxing beach getaway

This was our second stay in this unit. New flooring and furniture were nice! They have everything you need for a relaxing week at the beach. I would definitely stay here again.

Beachside Condo

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful beach property Two levels with gorgeous views. We rode the bikes that were included and explored the island. I would recommend this property for your St. George Island vacation. The host was responsive to all our needs.

Amazing view of the gulf.

Very nice place for a family to stay. Beautiful view off the balconies. Lovely listening to the waves crash on shore during the night. It was cool during our stay so did not need to use the air conditioner and had the patio doors open allowing fresh ocean air to circulate throughout. Be sure to bring kitchen supplies like dish washer detergent , garbage bags, Clorox wipes & what not. Plenty of dishes, pots/pans & utensils as well as other small appliances to use. Also if you plan on doing laundry during your stay, laundry pods are not allowed so will need liquid detergent. Property manager very prompt responding to questions. Very nice pool however not heated so something to be mindful of during the cooler months. Definitely would stay here again.
