This is an older property but has been well maintained and was very comfortable. Easy beach access. Lots of room to spread out be it in the living area, the kitchen or the two sitting areas facing the beach. There is a table outside on the other side but we did not sit there just because it was hotter on that side of the house. We LOVE St George Island and the laid back feel. House was also dog friendly and our springer had a great visit too! :)

Great summer get away

House was clean, in a great location, and perfect for our yearly beach vacation. Highly recommend for those who want to be near the beach and also have plenty of space for the kids and mother-in-law to spread out.

Annual family vacation

Property was in great shape as always, owners have always been flexible if something arises that is outside normal rules set for the rental. Would highly recommend, well furnished house with easy access to the gulf.

Wonderful Vacation

Thank you for a wonderful stay at SGI! My golden retriever and I had a blast, enjoyed being right beside the beach and loved all the island had to offer. We really enjoyed this clean, cozy, dog-friendly home!

A little bit of beach heaven

What a fun house- lots of space, well equipped and just steps from the beach. The decks are wonderful, the island is beautiful and the people are friendly. We will be back.

Perfect Family Home

The house was beautiful, with a large comfortable seating area where the entire family could sit. Big table to play games and build puzzles. So close to the beach it was almost insane for the price. I had a torn meniscus and had to walk gently, luckily it was a easy walk. Would definitely come back to this home. St. George Island is the perfect family beach.

Great escape

My parents, 24 year old daughter and her boyfriend, as well as, my 17 year old son stayed here. The house was great for a multi generational group. Great location and wonderful house. Well equipped for cooking and easy beach access. Very clean. Loved our stay here.

Fantastic week

My family and I were blessed to enjoy this great property with wonderful views, plenty of room to spread out and just a short walk to the beach! Kitchen was very well stocked, decks were enjoyed daily and the kitchen island was perfect for pouring out our low country boil onto butcher paper and gathering around to enjoy! Thanks for great accommodations!

Great Quiet Location for Families

Smooth and easy check in. House had plenty of bedrooms and sleeping options. Great ocean views and outside deck space. Close proximity to the beach with private neighborhood beach path. Easy access to the bike path for a 2 mile ride to center of SGI. Would definitely stay here again!
