L'unitĂ© a un balcon avant d'oĂč vous pouvez voir l'ocĂ©an, et un balcon arriĂšre d'oĂč vous pouvez regarder les enfants dans la piscine!
Situé à Sunset Cottages, un petit complexe de 19 unités, il est calme et familial. Il y a une piscine et un espace barbecue avec salon. We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this location and look forward to booking again in the future! Clean and bright, everything was just as described. Kitchen is well equipped, and the clothes washer/dryer were great. One of the things that stood out was all the extra linens and pillows! Such a nice touch to make sure everyone is comfortable! Grocery is close by, and restaurants aren’t too far away at all either. Accessing the beach from the unit was a breeze, especially with the milder temps the week we stayed. The chair/umbrella service included was a godsend when we already had our arms full with 3 kids beach toys. Owner was quick to respond when I asked about extending our stay by a night, and we had no issues during our stay whatsoever, but if we did, I can imagine she would’ve had it taken care of ASAP.

Beautiful & on the beach!

The pictures match exactly what the property looks like. If I recall, when we booked it, they actually had repainted it almost right before we came. The owner made it look more modern and it looked even better than when we originally booked it! It’s a very short walk to the beach, just cross over a tiny bridge and there it is! We had beach chairs and an umbrella to enjoy. Very quiet property, not a lot of others around and felt very safe. We would stay again!

Great little condo!

This is a great little condo in the heart of Okaloosa Island! Very clean and adequate. Our neighbors got a little rowdy one night with a 1:30 AM pool party but it was an isolated event. Great finishes with comfort in mind! Would certainly consider staying here in the future.

location, location, location!

2 min walk to the beach, all the amenities you could ever need, close to all shops/restaurants but far enough from the large crowds. Just watch out for any tenants/guests above- thin walls and can hear everything

This place was just like the description, cute, clean, cozy. Short walk to beach and short drive to all the attractions. Josee was a great host , the people above us were loud but after texting Josee she got with their rental manager and fixed the situation. Thank you Josee!

Can't wait to go back!

This was our first vacation with our newborn. The rental was exactly how it appeared online. The spot was perfect for families. Most days we had the pool to ourselves and the beach was remarkable. The rental is centrally located, there are several restaurants and attractions within close proximity. Josee was a great host, she responded quickly and the rental was very clean with all that you need!!!!

Compton's Indiana

Everything as advertised. Attention to detail was above expected. 5 minutes to numerous activities and 20 to all of them. White sand beach, assigned chairs and umbrellas made it easy to walk 1 minute and then enjoy. Ample close by parking, pool cleaned daily, would recommend and definitely stay again. Thanks Josee!!!

Nothing flashy, close to beach.

Overall it was an okay stay. We had anticipated more of the beach view, and disappointed in the fact that our balcony faces the beach but view was blocked by condo in front of us. Perfect space wise, could use some updates in decor.

Fabulous Weekend Getaway!

Thoroughly enjoyed our weekend in Fort Walton Beach for a cheer competition! The condo was perfect for our needs! It’s in a quieter area, but only minutes from everything, and the beach is steps away! Perfect place for a beach getaway!

Perfect little getaway

Our condo was immaculate, the description online was perfect. The owner was very helpful through my entire process. She watched the weather for us the week prior due to the threat of a hurricane. We will definitely be back! For the two of us it was the perfect amount of space. I could not be more happy with our experience.

I work with my husband in his Life Insurance agency: If you have heard the "Big Lou" commercial on Sirius Radio, that's us!. In my spare time I make soaps, which I sell at the local market. I also manage a few Airbnb's, this one is my third rental. I have 5 stars ratings on all my properties, so you are in good hands!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

I fell in love with this condo the moment I saw it. It is full of light and to me, happy. It is in a quaint setting, only 19 units in the complex, has its own pool. Its proximity to the beach makes it that much more appealing! It also came decorated, and I loved it! Okaloosa Island is an incredibly nice vacation area; it has the most beautiful white quartz beaches on a background of Emerald colored waters. it has sidewalks and bike trails, lots of activities and restaurants around, yet one feels totally on vacation. I hope you will feel the same about it!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Because the unit is not directly on the water, but only a few feet away, you pay a lot less for your rental. You still get to see the ocean from the balcony, and you can be there in less than a minute walk. The small inner court with the pool and barbecue area is ideal for families and relaxation away from the crowds at the beach.
