Le condo Sea Shell est situé dans le complexe confortable Sunset Cottages de 19 unités sur l’île Okaloosa à Fort Walton Beach, en Floride. C'est "Gulf Side", à un peu plus de 200 pas du sable, donc pas de route à traverser et vous pourrez vous détendre sur la plage en quelques minutes!

Le Sea Shell a une vue partielle sur le golfe au 2e étage depuis la fenêtre de la salle à manger et un grand balcon. À l’intérieur, il y a un espace de 750 pieds carrés pour vous détendre et vous détendre qui comprend; grande chambre spacieuse, grande chambre et salle de bain, complexe de condos construit en 2000. Le décor rappelle les couleurs douces et reposantes du sable et de la mer, et bien sûr des coquillages.

La grande et grande pièce comprend une spacieuse cuisine entièrement équipée, un coin repas avec une table à manger pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes et un coin salon. Le salon comprend un canapé-lit queen-size, une causeuse, un téléviseur SMART mural de 49 pouces avec câble complet avec système DVR Contour COX / On Demand, un lecteur DVD / magnétoscope et plus de cent films pour tous les âges. La grande salle a deux grandes fenêtres et portes françaises ouvrant sur un deuxième balcon avec une vue partielle sur le golfe du Mexique.

La grande chambre a sa propre entrée privée supplémentaire à la salle de bain, son propre balcon privé, un lit king-size avec un nouveau matelas confortable et incroyable, un téléviseur HD 32 ", un lecteur DVD et un câble complet. Il y a un couloir spacieux avec des lits superposés jumeaux intégrés avec des rideaux coulissants pour plus d'intimité pour ceux qui dorment dans la zone de la couchette.

Le condo peut accueillir jusqu'à six personnes.


L'unité est équipée avec laveuse, sécheuse, séchoir, planche à repasser et fer. De nombreuses autres fournitures de base sont fournies pour votre confort et votre commodité.

Le complexe Sunset Cottages possède une piscine privée chauffée en saison, des toilettes de la piscine, une douche extérieure et une grande terrasse avec deux grilles intégrées pour le chillin et le grill.

Le Sea Shell est situé à moins de 16 km des bases aériennes d’Eglin et de Hurlburt.

L'aéroport régional du nord-ouest de la Floride est à seulement 18 km et l'aéroport régional de Pensacola Gulf Coast est à 75 km du Sea Shell.

Le meilleur de tous le condo est situé à quelques minutes de divertissement en famille, y compris: parcs d'attractions, excursions en bateau, pêche en charter, jetée de pêche d'Okaloosa Island, golf, karts à roulettes, The Gulfaruim, mini-golf, parachute ascensionnel, centre commercial Silver Sands Outlet, plongée et plongée en apnée, location d'embarcations nautiques, parc aquatique Big Kahuna et certains des meilleurs restaurants et fruits de mer du monde!

You can tell so much thought and care has been put into making guests feel comfortable.One of our favorite things was how organized everything was — and I mean EVERYTHING was labeled! It made it so easy to find what we needed and truly feel right at home. Our stay at the seashell

This place is decorated beautifully, just as pictured. The owner was in contact from the day of booking and replied to any and all questions asked very fast! It had everything you’d need for your stay! Was just a two minute walk, if that, to the beach! Would definitely stay here again!

Great beach getaway

Overall, everything was excellent highly recommended. The only issue we had was the air conditioning would cut off at 1:30 in the morning and we would get warm but great host great location very safe.

Sunset Cottages Sea Shells WONDERFUL!!

Perfect condo for a family of 4!

The condo is perfect.. It is a short walk to the beach. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking in and the beds are very comfortable. The WiFi worked great and the TV worked wonderfully. The only negative is you can hear people walking upstairs at times. We would definitely stay here again!!

Dear Ryan, The Sea Shell isn't ocean front, but you are correct, it is a very short walk, only minutes to the beach. I try to make sure I provide many great amenities for my guests, WiFi, SMART TV, New Mattresses, kitchen supplies ready for cooking. and many more. I am sorry about the loud guests upstairs, I wish I had know about the issue. I would have resolved it for you. I pride myself on quickly responding to my guest's needs. Great Location!

My girlfriends and I had a great getaway to this beautiful sunset cottage over spring break. Very spacious living/kitchen area. Plenty of space for 4 adults. Lisa was extremely kind and helpful. Looking forward to staying here again with my family of 5 this summer. Worth it! ~MO Girls Trip '17 (Sandy, Kelly, Sarah & Angie)
