Magnifiquement rénové au rez-de-chaussée propriété Bayfront Bridge Street avec quai

Récemment rénové, une chambre à coucher sur la baie à distance de marche de Bridge Street avec une vue imprenable sur la baie et à pied de la plage en quelques minutes. Quatre plex au rez-de-chaussée rénovés avec détails et qualité. Louez-en un ou louez-les tous pour un rassemblement plus important. Promenez-vous sur la plage, pêchez, nagez, bateau, puis profitez de la zone de la rue du pont. Faites une longue balade à vélo le long du sentier nature. Cette maison a une vue imprenable sur la baie et à quelques minutes à pied du golfe du Mexique. Cette maison est située au 110, 5e rue sud à Bradenton Beach sur l'île Anna Maria. Ceci est sur un terrain d'angle avec un grand vieil arbre avec beaucoup d'ombre. Ce chalet a été mis à jour avec tous les nouveaux appareils électroménagers, laveuse et sécheuse, réfrigérateur, nouveaux systèmes split mitusibshi, nouvelle cuisine et toutes les salles de bains de marque. Rien n'a été oublié ou épargné. Plancher en bois de porcelaine, lit king-size ainsi qu'une grande télévision connectée. Wifi inclus également. Nouveau quai installé en juin 2019. Apportez votre bateau et profitez des eaux environnantes.

Great little place to stay

All was fantastic, The only things this place is missing is a pool, and a decent place to sit outside.. the porch is not big enough for two people to sit in chairs, otherwise location, amenities, and cleanliness was perfect!

Can’t beat the location. Walk to beach have coffee on porch looking at bay. Perfect for a couple. We stayed in unit 1. Would definitely stay again.

Great little spot with dock!

Part of me wants to leave a bad review so that this place is always available for us! However, I couldn't do that because we the owners clearly but a lot of love into this remodel. We will be back again and again. Perfect for us!

One bedroom stay

This one bedroom apartment is cozy and close to the beach and the bay. Close to the hop off hop on trolley and some really great eatery’s. Walked to a really nice coffee place and eat ate the bistro and a wonder Brazilian restaurant. Wendy Is easy to communicate with. Our questions were answered in a timely manner. She let us do an early checkin which was awesome.

Sunrise/ Sunset

This tiny little beach bungalow, was nicely renovated. Everything you could need was neatly packed in. The couch was not very comfortable for sitting to watch a movie in the evening . Loved the location, walking distance to fun restaurants, the beach is just a few minutes walk… You can see the sunrise in the morning & the sunset in the evening.

Great Location With a Few Issues

Great location as advertised. King bed was extremely soft. Closet door on backwards made it difficult to use. Door locks could use replacing as they do not work smoothly. Again, location very convenient with a gorgeous view!

close to downtown vibe

the property is close to the downtown Bradenton Beach vibe. If you enjoy walking to bars and restaurants and the beach, this is a great choice. Property included the amenities expected. The seating is somewhat limited, but known upfront. If you plan to watch TV or eat at home, this is not the place for you. We enjoyed the dock and had a few snacks and drinks by the water. I truly appreciate how the owner planned the space to include the amenities provided. I would highly recommend for a couple wanting to explore Bradenton Beach!

Cozy little place

This cozy cottage is cute and comfortable for one or two people. The bed was really comfy too. Kitchen is small but functional. My daughter, son-in-law and grandbaby stayed at another cottage on the next street but we ate most dinners together at this place, cooking most meals. It was a little tight but completely doable. The only real complaint I have is that the air outside on the bay side of the island is very stale with almost no breeze whatsoever making it so much hotter outside than on the ocean side of the island. Inside the cottage is quite cool and comfortable.

Thank you for booking and your review. This unit is for two guests, not four. Of course it will be a tight space for dining or anything else. 'It is not intended to have four guests in the home.

Amazing-Kayakers dream

This is one of those times were the pics don't do it justice. It is really a well done remodel and a beautiful property. Location is amazing, specially if you are a kayaker cause you are right in front of the bay. Bars/restaurants are also really close by. Just can't say enough how nice this place was!

Awesome Experience

This is the perfect place to stay in the beautiful Bridge Street area. A quaint cottage dream beach getaway. The interior is immaculately maintained and tastefully decorated with a summery beach vibe. All the amenities of home are available and you’re a short walk from live music, shops, restaurants and one of the most beautiful stretches of beach on the gulf. The shower is excellent, bed is super comfortable, great wi-fi, a Keurig coffee maker AND a drip coffee maker…with extra coffee! The owner is super helpful and was able to be flexible when I had a schedule change. Parking is literally steps from the door and the gorgeous bay view was an unexpected treat. I highly recommend this property and hope to return.

Location, location, location!

This is such a perfect little property for a couple. It is small, clean, and has everything you need. You can sit on your porch and watch sunrise over the bay. The beach is a 2 minute walk! AND shops and restaurants are also a quick 5 minute walk away. The property has all the comforts of home. My only issue would be the access to the closet is a little bit tight. Otherwise, we will be back!

Cute Beach Apartment

The apartment is very clean and charming. Wendy was very obliging; answering emails promptly. The location is great! We were across the street from the bayside and one block from the Gulf and beautiful Cortez beach. In addition we were only a short walk from the Cortez Pier and Bridge Street. On Bridge Street there are restaurants, shops, etc. We really enjoyed our stay!
