# 45 Ocean Club OCEAN FRONT Rez-de-Chaussée - Nouvelle Location

Condo Direct Ocean Front situé sur la plage très recherchée de South Forest. Cette unité au rez-de-chaussée est située avec une vue directe sur l'océan, un accès très facile à la passerelle (à moins de 10 pieds du patio) et à 100 pieds de la plage et de la nouvelle piscine chauffée. Il n'y a pas d'escaliers, ce qui rend cela très facile pour les familles avec de jeunes enfants aux personnes qui ont des difficultés à monter les escaliers. La pelouse face à l'océan, la table de patio pour 6 personnes et les chaises capitaines offrent un espace extérieur parfait idéal pour griller ou jouer à des jeux comme le trou de maïs (fourni). Les rénovations récemment terminées comprennent le nouveau revêtement de sol, les mises à jour de la salle de bain, l'électronique et les meubles. Chaises de plage / chariot, jeux et parasol sont fournis. Câble numérique et wifi avec de nouveaux téléviseurs intelligents pour votre plaisir. Il y a des matelas nouvellement achetés dans chaque chambre. Une nuit de sommeil très confortable vous attend!

We had an incredible stay at Ocean Club for our first trip to Hilton Head. The location could not be beat. The walkability to the beach was wonderful having two young children. Our girls loved playing along the beach walkway and finding lizards. We enjoyed sitting on the back patio enjoying all kinds of wildlife. The unit is exactly as advertised and we would definitely stay here again in the future.

My father and I had an excellent stay at this property. Everything was as advertised, place was extremely clean and well maintained. The host was also very quick to respond if needed. The highlight was the location with proximity to the beach and the town for restaurants etc. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautifully remodeled property

Gorgeous property with everything you could possibly need for a week at the beach. Remodeled property is beautifully done. There are even beach chairs, a beach wagon, boogie boards and more included for use.

This was the most amazing trip for our family of 5. Easy access to beach, heated pool and shops/restaurants. The host though if everything from beach needs to household supplies. We’ve already booked again for next year!

Could not have imagined a better stay. Fully updated and clean place with no detail left untouched. Beautiful beach view with a secluded feel but still close proximity to coligney plaza. We plan on making many more trips to this amazing home!

Great stay!

This condo had it all!! It was clean, decorated nicely, and more than comfortable for my family of 4 (2 adults, 2 and 3 year old). The walk to the beach was right outside the back patio door and the pool was a couple steps through the front door. We would love to stay here again next time we come back. Highly recommend ocean club 45!

Great Oceanfront Villa

Beautiful condo in Ocean Club. Nicely decorated. Very comfortable. Incredible location. Beautiful views. Listen to the waves in the evening and enjoy the sunrise in the morning. Can’t wait to get back to Ocean Club 45 again soon.

Great Spring Break in Hilton Head

This is a great place to stay for a beach vacation in Hilton Head. The location was perfect. Close enough to walk or bike to Coligny Beach but just far enough away to avoid the big crowd on the beach. This condo is equipped with everything we needed and nice and updated. My only issue was the pillows were all super flat and uncomfortable but other than that everything was great.

Absolutely wonderful

We have been coming to HHI for over 10 years and this is the first place that we have wanted to book again for next year. The location was fabulous, the condo itself was perfect for our family of 5, we loved the extras like beach chairs and toys, gas grill, extra pillows and blankets. The upgrades are beautiful and the master bed felt like a cloud. We hope to come again next year - we were all sad to leave.

Literally perfect

Perfect location, perfect unit. Heated pool out that front door, ocean out the back door in a small, quiet complex. We had two teens with us, and they loved the freedom of being able to walk out to the pool or beach depending on their mood. Coligny Plaza shopping and restaurants were walkable. The back gate to Sea Pines was right down the road, making it easy to get to Harbour Town and South Beach Marina for lunch at The Salty Dog. The unit was updated and clean. We definitely would stay here again in a heartbeat.

John and Donna Ballas live just north of Charlotte NC in the Lake Norman area. We love Hilton Head beacause of the laid back atmosphere. The beaches are beautiful and there are plenty of outdoor activities and restaurants to enjoy.

We love Ocean Club because it is a small community of only 52 units. Also, South Forest Beach is convenient to everything. We love that it is a small community and has a heated pool.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

We feel that having a ground floor oceanfront unit gives us access to the beach as well as having outdoor patio space to grill out and enjoy games on the lawn. We can walk right in without going up an elevator and walking down long hallways. Because Ocean Club is only 52 units you don't have crowds at the pool. Also the pool has been redone and it is heated. The pool furniture is also new.
