Nestled within a gated oceanfront complex in prime South Forest Beach, this split-level three-bedroom, three-bathroom villa places you steps from 12 miles of pristine white sand, with the Atlantic just over the dunes. Whether you're here for morning beach walks, poolside afternoons, or evenings around the grill, this villa is designed for the kind of vacation that sticks with you.

 

Living space

Spread across three levels, the villa's layout gives every member of the group their own breathing room. The main living area on the middle level anchors the home with a comfortable seating arrangement and a large flatscreen TV - perfect for movie nights or catching the game. Step out onto the balcony on this level and settle in at the high-top table with seating for four, taking in views over the pool area and glimpses of the Atlantic beyond the dunes.

 

Sleeping arrangements

The upper level holds two private king bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom - one featuring a walk-in shower, the other a shower/tub combo. The lower level offers a third bedroom with two full-size beds and a den with a queen sleeper sofa, comfortably accommodating the whole group. A foosball table in the den keeps things lively when the beach day winds down.

 

Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen on the middle level comes with updated appliances - refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and a full complement of cooking basics, dishes, and silverware. Whether you're whipping up a quick breakfast before hitting the sand or cooking a full group dinner, everything you need is here. A dining table rounds out the space for shared meals.

 

Bathrooms

The villa has three full bathrooms. The two upper-level en-suite bathrooms serve the king bedrooms directly - one with a walk-in shower, one with a shower/tub combo. The ground-level hallway bathroom with a walk-in shower serves the third bedroom and den. A hair dryer and hot water are available throughout.

 

Outdoor & community amenities

The lower-level patio is set up for outdoor living, with a picnic table, umbrella, and charcoal grill ready for use. The community pool is open seasonally from April through October (not heated), and the pool deck is open year-round for sunbathing. The gated complex offers direct private beach access on site.

 

Practical details

A full-size washer and dryer on the lower level make longer stays easy. The villa includes dedicated workspace, air conditioning, heating, smart lock self check-in, and a private entrance. Parking is available under the carport, with space for one large vehicle and a second vehicle parked closely behind or alongside.

 

Location

South Forest Beach puts you in one of Hilton Head Island's most coveted spots. Coligny Plaza - with its restaurants, shops, ice cream, and grocery options - is an easy walk or bike ride away. Lowcountry Celebration Park is just as close for family-friendly fun. When you're ready to explore beyond the island, Charleston and Savannah both make excellent day trips.

Community pool is open seasonally April - October (not heated). Pool deck is open year-round for sunbathing. Parking: carport accommodates one large vehicle; a second smaller vehicle may park just outside or alongside. STR Permit # 71290.

Getting Around:

Biking is very popular on Hilton Head Island, known for the many award-winning trails. There are recommendations for bike rental companies within your Guest App. You can reserve in advance and they will deliver to you or bring your own! Almost everything you will need is within walking distance, so bring your walking shoes! There are free trolley stops at various locations throughout the island.
