EMPLACEMENT, EMPLACEMENT, EMPLACEMENT. Cette maison de ville de plage particulière est idéalement à l'avant du complexe et offre une vue sur le golfe de la chambre principale avant et un accès facile à la plage (moins d'une minute à pied) et à la piscine. Pas d'ascenseurs pour jouer avec ici! Garez simplement votre véhicule et entrez directement.

Cette unité de coin offre un plan d'étage ouvert avec beaucoup de lumière naturelle provenant des fenêtres latérales supplémentaires. Le salon est vibrant et accueillant avec des canapés confortables concentrés autour d'une télévision à écran plat et carrelés partout. Les portes coulissantes en verre du salon mènent au porche avant pour fournir un accès facile à la piscine.
La cuisine a été entièrement mise à jour avec des appareils en acier inoxydable, des comptoirs en granit et entièrement approvisionné pour le plaisir des clients.
Une table à manger a des sièges pour la famille et un accès facile au patio pour griller à travers les portes coulissantes en verre.
Juste au coin de la rue, vous trouverez le premier étage 1/2 salle de bain qui abrite également la laveuse et la sécheuse, afin que vous puissiez garder vos maillots de bain propres!

Deux chambres de maître avec balcon privé!
* La chambre principale # 1 comprend un lit king-size avec un lit de repos intégré, une salle de bain privée complète et une vue sur le golfe.
* La chambre principale # 2 comprend une reine avec un ensemble de lits superposés intégrés, une salle de bain privée complète et une vue sur la piscine.

Gulf Winds East offre un accès privé à la plage et un kiosque en front de mer qui surplombe le sable blanc cassé. Idéalement situé et idéalement situé pour faire du shopping (Destin Commons, Silver Sands) et se rendre à pied à des restaurants tels que Captain Dave's on the Gulf, Pompano Joes, Kenny D's et Whales Tale.

Absolutely enjoyed staying at this property. Location was perfect with east access to everything. Short walk across the street to the beaches and kids loved playing in the pool.

Quiet and Beach Convenient

The three of us truly enjoyed our time at 16. Neighbors were friendly and helphul on where to dine affordably. Easy access to the private beach, which is a big plus. Pool swimmers were gone by 10pm. We recommend staying here.

We loved our stay at Gulf Winds East. Quick communication with the host. The closest and easiest walk to the beach that we’ve ever had. The pool was always kept nice and clean. The other families at the condo were very friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome place.

The place was awsome and very convenient for me and my family. Beach was only about a 3 minute walk and every thing we needed was very close such as shopping centers family fun activities, and restaurants. Would definitely book here again if we ever come back to Destin.

Wonderful Family Vacation Spot

This was the perfect spot for our family vacation - walk to the beach right across the street, or hop in the pool right out the back door. The home was clean and comfortable and the kitchen had excellent cookware which is always a big deal for me. I would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again!

Perfect vacation spot

This is our second year staying here. The condo is beautiful and so close to the beach! It’s also within walking distance of two restaurants. We loved it!
