Blue Surf 16B: vue magnifique sur le golfe; Étapes de la plage et de la piscine

Cette unité de deux chambres à coucher a subi une rénovation majeure en novembre 2016 et à nouveau en avril 2018: nouveau plancher en vinyle, nouveaux escaliers, nouveaux comptoirs de quartz, mobilier et décor neufs, ainsi qu'un nouveau lit king-size dans la chambre principale. Cette unité a deux balcons avec une vue fantastique sur le golfe. Chaque chambre et salle de bain sont situées à un étage séparé et à différents côtés de la maison en rangée pour offrir une intimité maximale à deux couples ou à un couple avec enfants. Une nouvelle douche de luxe avec une tuile de métro gris clair et des accents de galets a été installée dans la salle de bain principale à l’étage. Les deux salles de bains disposent d'un sèche-cheveux mural de style hôtel. Blue Surf 16B dispose également de deux places de stationnement désignées et du service Internet haute vitesse privé de Cox Cable. Vous ne devriez avoir aucun problème à accéder à Internet ou à diffuser du contenu multimédia avec ce système wifi privé. Vous trouverez les instructions d'accès dans votre lettre d'enregistrement.

Au Blue Surf, vous profiterez de vastes terrains, d’un accès à la plage, d’un aménagement paysager tropical luxuriant, de barbecues au charbon, d’une piscine chauffée en saison, d’un terrain de jeu de palets et d’un accès pratique aux restaurants de la région, aux boutiques, aux terrains de golf et à d’autres activités. En plus de l'accès Internet sans fil privé, l'unité 16B propose une variété de jeux de société, de puzzles et de vidéos pour votre plus grand plaisir.

De mi-mars à mi-novembre, un service de plage quotidien gratuit comprenant deux chaises et un parasol est mis en place pour vous sur la plage. Pompano Joe's, un restaurant de fruits de mer emblématique sur la plage, n'est qu'à quelques pas.

Great beach getaway!

The property was clean and had everything we needed for our stay! It was a short walk to the beach where chairs and umbrellas were included in the stay. The grounds were very well maintained. We also enjoyed several of the restaurants - all within walking distance! Communication with host was excellent.

Great Stay

Our family enjoyed the condo during busy labor day weekend. The property matched everything in the description along with great views and walking distance from the beach right across the street! The property owner was nice and even let us check out an hour later upon request.

Great times

We loved the location, the free umbrella and chairs as well as the updated 2 story floor plan. If the pool wasn’t so small then we would have given it 5 stars across the board but very nice place.

Seaview retreat

We had a great stay here at the condo while our home build was being completed. Michelle was wonderful and very flexible with our crazy schedule and the condo was well equipped, comfortable and quiet....just the way we like it and the view is amazing. Would recommend to friends for sure!

Much needed sunshine!

This property was wonderful. From balcony you could see the beautiful gulf waters and enjoy relaxing breezes. Beach access was directly across the street where we had an umbrella and 2 chairs waiting for us to enjoy. And if you wanted to enjoy a beverage Pampono Joe's ocean bar was a dew steps away. It was an awesome vacation!

Amazing!

We had an amazing time at this unit!!! The owner was so responsive and easy to communicate with. The condo was so nice and perfect distance to beach and super great view or beach and pool! Love that the walk was so easy and we didn’t have to mess with elevators or anything! Highly highly recommend!!

Love this place!

We have stayed multiple times in those unit (and other units owned by the owners ). They have been amazing to work with even when issues arise out of their control. They are very upfront with any issues, and the manager/housekeeper is AMAZING!! We’ll be back next year and are counting down the days!

Family getaway

This townhome was a great layout for two couples. Beautifully decorated and clean. Rated as a 4 due to exterior construction off the townhome. However, this was outside the owners control and without asking she offered a free night for the inconvenience. Pet friendly places are hard to find so thankful this was a great option.

To now expand our business from Louisville to Destin, FL is a dream come true.

Blue Surf is located in Miramar Beach and is in the perfect location for getting to so many different things while there, either on foot, by bike, or by car. You are only 100 yards to the beautiful white sand beaches and the crystal blue waters of the Gulf. The ever so popular beach hang out Pompano Joe's (a landmark seafood restaurant) is right across the street from Blue Surf. Kenny D's, Surf Hut, Whales Tail, Captain Dave's are all within walking distance as well. Grocery shopping is just a very short drive away, as well as the outlet mall. You can't go wrong with the Blue Surf location.
