Nouvelle ferme moderne prête à accueillir votre prochaine réunion de famille et d'amis à Bryan / College Station. Cette belle maison dispose de 5 chambres, dont une grande chambre avec lits superposés à l'étage, qui peut accueillir 20 personnes confortablement et beaucoup d'espace pour se divertir. Concept ouvert avec cuisine et salle à manger, qui offre deux tables de salle à manger pour les repas de groupe ou les jeux. Le salon s'ouvre sur la salle à manger par des portes coulissantes à double grange et est équipé de nombreux sièges, d'un jeu de palets, d'un tee-shirt doré, d'une machine Galaga et d'une télévision. Super great stay!! House is clean and super nice, great for large families to stay for the weekend. Very easy check in/check out. Family loved the privacy of the property but able to access cstat easily for activities.

We had a large group and this property comfortably accommodated. There was plenty of counter space and the pantry/laundry area added space to store all the extras out of site. Plenty of sleeping space and four walk in showers was very nice. The beds and pillows were very comfy!

This was a friends and family weekend trip and we had such a great time with everyone. There was lots of dishes to use and lots of cooking utensils. I loved how the property was secluded and we had a great time there. It was not too far from town when we needed to run into college Station or to Texas A&M. Lots of bathroom towels, and plenty of space for everyone. The house was extremely clean and we will definitely be back.

Very clean and like new large home. The layout of all rooms were perfect to entertain our large group of family/friends. The kitchen was stocked with all cooking items to prepare large home cooked meals for our two Cadet sons and a few of their friends. Close enough to all campus events but far enough to have that try country feel. We are definitely coming back!

Family Celebration Weekend

This was our second stay at this property. It was wonderful for our large family gathering to celebrate my dad’s 80th birthday, niece’s graduation & Mother’s Day brunch before check out. Weather was perfect. Kids enjoyed the outdoors. Coffee on the porch with a nice breeze looking out across the pond was picturesque. Nothing but praise. Will stay again when possible.

Perfect game day stay

We stayed with a large group of boys for State 7 on 7 football. The property was perfect for our group. Plenty of beds, games to play, and things to do. The house was nice and clean, with easy communication with the host. Highly recommend staying here!

Great house for a family gathering

We wanted a place to enjoy family and celebrate Christmas! This house was perfect for us! The kids loved the bunk room with a game system and the trampoline and play area. They also enjoyed exploring the amazing property! Everyone enjoyed the indoor and outdoor entertainment spaces! No hesitation! Plan to book again!

Excellent Experience

We stayed at this home to get together as a group of friend. All the features of the home made our trip better. We also loved the proximity to Bryan/CS but still felt like you were in a very rural location. Would highly recommend this property for any get together event.
