House very clean. Perfect for us with all the trundle beds!! We had a wonderful time.

It was a good place for multi family stay while visiting relatives. The tall adult men reported that the footboards prevented them from stretching out on the beds, and would recommend better quality mattresses.

For an Aggie reunion, this was a great place. We arrived to a fully decorated house for the holidays. The owner was welcoming. Both inside and the backyard had plenty of room to hang out. We cooked out several times over the weekend. We could have had more utensils, dishwashing detergent and paper towels, so it’s better to bring extras yourself. All around it was a lovely time. We will definitely be back. Thanks!

Place was just as described. Plenty of room for our large group of big kids and grandkids. Place was stocked with plenty of towels and dishes. It was clean. Would definitely stay here again

It’s a nice house out from the hustle of the city but not too far. Can’t walk to anyplace but not too far to Kyle Field in the car.Beds were comfortable and the couch too for watching TV. The Keurig coffee maker was brand new but didn’t work, bummer as I had brought my flavored coffees. The host brought out a new drip one that evening.My only complaint, and it’s a small one, is the lack of wash clothes. Only one in a bathroom. Lots of towels though. I would stay there again.

Excellent location and house only problem was the trash was not picked up prior to us being there so we had 3 trash cans full of trash. We could not throw away ours. But the place itself was excellent would definitely recommend.

Fantastic property. Separated from the busyness of the city but so close to everything. The property offers a large backyard, fun for kids to run around.

Fantastic house!

We cannot say enough wonderful things about this house! Big bedrooms, lots of room to spread out, very clean, well supplied and stocked! The beds were super comfy. The backyard was perfect for young children to run and play. We were able to prepare meals easily for a large group of people. The location is close to campus too! Perfect match for our family!

TAMHN Summit

Group of executive board memebers staying at this location. Allowed us to have people come over after the conference/summit to eat and hang out with each other. Wonderful place. Was well represented in the description. Not far from campus and with plenty of room for all of us Already looking to reserve for other dates we need!!!!

Perfect family getaway in a quiet location

Our entire family loved this property! Everything was very clean, beds were incredibly comfortable, and though we had 12 people, we never felt crowded! The room with double queen trundles is HUGE and we all loved it. Having 3 bathrooms was a plus because we could cycle through showers faster, and everyone could find an open restroom when needed. Host was responsive to a last minute request and the property is in a great location - close enough to anything you need, but still set off the main road and very quiet with a huge yard. We intend to book this house again next year!

2025 State Track Meet

This was a great location for our track meet stay. The home was large enough for several families to combine. The back yard is massive and allowed for plenty of play and cookout space. There are plenty of comfy beds, fresh towels, linens, dishes, appliances, supplies, and more, which made cooking a breeze. Also, another family commented on the freshness of our VRBO vs theirs, which felt "old" and had an "old smell." Thay was definitely not the case with this renovated beauty!Check-in was pretty rough, but it was one of those perfect storm situations where you truly have to account for the fact that we're human and can forget 1 thing in the midst of 10 million things. But they absolutely made it right...and quickly. Email communication was challenging, but once texting was introduced, communication was fast and friendly. Would we stay here again? Without hesitation! In fact, our team was so impressed with our home that there's talk of asking Hayley if she has several properties together for a bulk rental. You've literally changed the way we plan to do state track meets from now on. Thank you for an amazing time!

Roomy house

The property was as it stated..except we brought food to cook and the house had no skillets or pots to cook with. Yes , they had new baking dishes but that’s only to use in oven. I contacted rep and she stated there were new pots and pans there but we looked and there was not any to be found to use on cooktop. Also, the house was warm bc the rules said not to put thermostat below 75
that’s to warm for the Texas heat. Also, lots of live bugs throughout the house and dead ones ..and we killed a scorpion inside the house. Water pressure and temp was not that great in the showers.

The house is beautiful. It slept my whole family comfortably. We were there for my ring ceremony. We also had our family Thanksgiving while there. The kitchen is well stocked and had all the utensils we needed. Three coffee makers came in handy with our big group. The host was very responsive to our questions. She responded immediately. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels in each bathroom. The bathrooms had soap and shampoo and other miscellaneous items in case you forgot anything . There wasn’t a detail left out. Excellent house and very welcoming. Decorated beautifully for Christmas right now.
