Best stay ever!

This was such an amazing stay. The host met us at check in to show us around and went above and beyond when the gate got stuck due to bad weather. It was so serene and the perfect place to stay for a few families and our kids.

Fantastic gathering place for special events.

We had 1 infant and 14 adults in town for a Fighting Texas Aggie graduation on 5/17/25 and we all stayed at Whoop Acres. Communication prior to arrival, was great with the property manager and Fred, the owner. They were very accommodating and check in was extremely simple with the detailed instructions. The house had everything we needed and provided a big place for all of us to gather after graduation. Great memories were made. Whoop Acres is an excellent place to stay!

Project kickoff

We enjoyed the home. Uses our stay there for team building event and project kickoff. Home has everything you would need for a quiet country stay and ideal for large groups. Great outdoor environment, social gathering areas, and still provides some private space needed, highly recommended.

Wedding Weekend

Me and my family came in for my brothers wedding weekend and this home was perfect for our huge family! Host was communicating the whole time and very attentive to any questions we had as well as Greeted us when we arrived! The best stay we have had and definitely recommend for any huge families!

Amazing weekend

This house was perfect for our large group of 5 families for the A&M v tu football weekend. Plenty of beds for the kids. Fun outside activities, and lots of space for the adults to hang out as well. Excellent communication with the owner throughout. We felt blessed to be there.

Perfect Wedding Weekend Stay

Beautiful home and location

This was a great place for our large, diverse, 3 generation family. We even gave up one of our outings to “stay home” because the house was so comfortable and lots to do. The location felt very secluded, safe and quiet, but yet we were close to things we wanted to go do. We would definitely stay again if we are in the area again.

Perfect family spot

Family Friendly

This was an amazing place to stay with our whole extended family! We had several little ones and it was so helpful to have space where they could get all their energy out outside on the playground area and front driveway! The host was very attentive and answered all our questions in a very timely manner. We would definitely stay here again when we are all visiting College Station!

The owner did lots of research on the best quality sheets, mattresses, and bedding for a vacation rental. You are sure to find this home comfortable, relaxing and entertaining. Check out Messina Hoff Winery, The George Bush Library, Texas A&M University, Century Square or Miramont Golf Course just a short drive away.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

This property is 7 miles from the middle of town and yet so secluded. I loved this property because the home was one level and all ages and walks of life can enjoy this home. With our larger homes we get a lot of grandmothers that dont like stairs and want to be part of the group. This home has two living, two dining and a large covered porch. The large shady trees help keep this yard cooler on a hot summer day. This home has entertainment built in to last a month! Stay tuned.... This home will soon have a new barn and precious alpacas for the guests to feed and enjoy!
