The water was hot, the bed was comfy, the Internet was fast...clean and well-maintained updated home in a quiet, older neighborhood near the stadiums. We've stayed here many times over the years and it feels like a second home. Highly recommended!
This home and host are so great! This is my second time staying at this home and it was even better than the first time! I can't wait to plan my next trip, I'd definitely stay here again. It literally feels like home!
Property is in a good location and wildlife in the backyard is a big draw, but we were delayed entry for an hour in 29 degree weather because the host did not send entry information nor respond timely when contacted.
This house was well renovated and had nice extras like coffee pods and some pantry items. The location is centralized to just about everything. The host is responsive and friendly. I would highly recommend this property. If traveling here in the winter you may want to bring an extra blanket. The thermostat goes to 72 but if you aren't used to the cold it will still feel chilly.
Lovely stay at this renovated farmhouse. Ryan was extremely kind and easy to communicate with. The rooms were very comfortable and the kitchen and living room were large, but cozy. Our favorite part of the home was sitting on the back porch enjoying coffee in the morning.
Cute house. Layout is a little funny but itâs an older home that has had remodels done so to be expected. I think it would be more ideal to keep all the cleaning supplies and extras in a designated space/closet instead of taking up room dispersed throughout and taking up space the bedroom closets, but thatâs just more of a suggestion for the host and wasnât a big deal. Kitchen was great to be able to cook. Loved seeing and feeding the birds and squirrels in the am. Super close to stadiums which was great.
The location of the property was perfect for easy access to Kauffman Stadium and a Kansas City Royals game - less than 10 minutes away by car. The property was spacious with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The property is in a quiet neighborhood with a huge backyard - we even saw some deer (a doe and two fawns)!
Nice property had all the essential items for a comfortable stay. This was very close for a night at the ball park. Also it was convenient for downtown activities: farmers market, museums, casinos, comedy club, and an assortment of great restaurants! All this is a quiet neighborhood tucked away in Ray town with a great backyard with deer, rabbits, squirrels, etc.
What a find this property was! While easily accessible to the stadiums and nearby amenties, it's in a quiet neighborhood and backs up onto an open field where we enjoyed watching wildlife while we relaxed on the patio. The property was pristine and Ryan was very responsive to our questions.
We all enjoyed our stay. It was comfortable with, large couch! One of the ways I believe they could do better is there was no shampoo, body soap etc, they only had a small bar soap on sink. No hairdryer and it would have been nice to have a towel rack or something in the bathroom to hang your towel. Loved the open kitchen and dining area. Convenient location.
This is our second time staying at this house. Very clean and comfortable inside. Not far from downtown KC and many other places which is nice. Host is helpful and quick to respond! Overall enjoyed our stay and will more than likely return.
This location was perfect to allow easy travel throughout the city. Very convenient for MLB and NFL stadium. Well stocked kitchen. You do need to bring toiletries as hand soap was all that was provided.
My wife and I fell in love with property when we first saw it. The house was built in 1924 and has been completely gutted and renovated. The previous owner poured 2 years of hard work and love into this home to make it what it is today.
House is in a secluded area with no neighbors behind the house. It sits on an acre lot in the middle of town, close to the stadiums. Everyday you'll see a family of 5 white tailed deer, foxes, blue birds and cardinals.
