Ce loft de style artisanal situé dans une maison historique de 1911 est trop pour les mots, avec sa décoration élégante et son ambiance, situé dans un quartier populaire du centre-ville. Il y a une entrée privée par un porche arrière massif en pierre et en fer, un parking sécurisé hors rue entouré d'une clôture en bois de 8 pieds de haut. Cet appartement a des appareils haut de gamme et des salles de bains / luminaires exceptionnellement carrelés qui imitent les hôtels de luxe. Trois porches arrière et arrière-cour de bonne taille avec patio. Porche avant donnant sur grand parc. Doit voir et expérimenter pour croire.

This was a wonderful 2 bedroom, 2 bath, apartment beautifully decorated in Arts and Crafts style. It was clean, quiet and very comfortable. It is on the third floor of a classic mansion in a very nice neighborhood in Hyde Park. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. It was perfect for me and my girlfriend. The entry is on the back up two flights of steps. Very doable. Parking was safe and secure behind the mansion. I highly recommend this beautiful VRBO lodging and I would return again. It is very convenient to the primary tour sites in KC and near the trolley street line, which is great!

We had a 4 day event at the KC Convention Center….. 4 of us stayed in VRBO b/c cheaper than downtown hotel plus we could “spread out”, cook our own meals, and park for free. Easy drive to get downtown. It was great! We brought our dog and loved taking her for multiple walks a day b/c the neighborhood felt safe ( even at 5 am in the dark) and the architecture of the houses was breath taking. Beautiful historic neighborhood. The Arts & Crafts style of VRBO was charming. Beds were comfortable. It might be “tight” with 6 adults but was perfect for 4. We loved it! Not good for someone who can’t handle multiple flights of steps. Host was very responsive to all my questions and concerns leading up to our arrival…. Very helpful.

The loft is very nice. It is on the 3rd floor which was fine. It had a nice little balcony. The neighborhood is interesting and it is close to Westport, the Plaza, and downtown.

We stayed at the top floor of a mansion in Hyde Park. It’s a beautiful place: hardwood floors and very cozy bedrooms. We didn’t use the kitchen, but there’s everything you would need to cook. The living room is comfortable and relaxing. We very much enjoyed our stay.

The unit was clean but not well maintained. Chipped paint, window sills need paining. Door knob fell off bedroom door. Some dirty dishes in cabinet. Fingerprints on entry door. We could not figure out how to turn the volume up on the tv and we needed to watch bc there was a tornado warning. Hook and towel rack in bathrooms broken. Split in couch cushion.

Very quaint and comfortable. Stayed 6 days with my sister and husband who flew in from Arizona. Close to plaza and other points of interest. We were on the 3rd story, which was easy to reach, but since we are in our 80’s, we would get a first or second floor at this location.
