SituĂ© en plein centre-ville sur Union Street, cet appartement est Ă  distance de marche de tout ce que Traverse City a Ă  offrir avec un parking sur place juste derriĂšre la porte arriĂšre. Y compris Maxbauer's Gourmet Market et Brady's Bar juste en face. Brady's est cĂ©lĂšbre pour ses ailes de poulet Ă©picĂ©es et sa nourriture de bar classique. À moins d'un pĂątĂ© de maisons se trouve Blue Tractor, spĂ©cialisĂ© dans les grillades et les plats rĂ©confortants. De nombreux autres bars, restaurants, plages et les cĂ©lĂšbres thĂ©Ăątres State & Bijou ne sont qu'Ă  quelques pas.

Les deux appartements de ce bùtiment historique ont été récemment rénovés. Veuillez noter que cet appartement est situé au deuxiÚme étage sans ascenseur.

The location is fantastic, right in the heart of downtown, with easy access to restaurants, bars, shopping, and bike paths. However, the bathtub has a very slow drain and made for a not so pleasant nor relaxing experience. The general cleanliness was okay, but it definitely needs some attention. Regular maintenance would go a long way. Internet access was spotty a few times, but it was generally a good connection. The response time was a bit slow from the host. Check-in and check-out were straightforward and simple.

The location of this property was perfect for walking around downtown TC.It was clean, and well stocked to meet our needs.It was very easy to find and to get into the property.We would definitely stay here again!

Lower Your Expectations!

-The internet wifi as listed did not exist. After multiple texts with owner, finally find another network. -The house address number is not posted anywhere on the property. -Entrance opens onto a steep staircase with no landing, covered in stained carpeting. No elevator. -Dark and windowless, except for 2 windows in the back of the apt in bedrooms that look onto parking lot. -Couch stretches into enclosed space that blocks the view of the TV and rest of the room. -The automated trash can does not work, so you will have to wedge open the lid by hand. -TV was removed from the bedroom but bolts left behind. -TV in the living room does not connect to Internet; does not allow you to hook up from your own device. No antennae channels or cable. -No outdoor light so you will enter in pitch black darkness Requires flashlight to see keypad. Owner was asked 2x to fix it and did not. -No overhead lights in bedrooms and lamps were v dim. -Wish I could attach pics! -Pic shown in listing is NOT the side of bldg you will use. -Owner alerted us after we left that we left clothes behind. They were not our clothes.

Lovely apartment in stellar location!

My husband and I stayed in this apartment for 5 nights with our 1 year old daughter and a friend. The location was so nice, a quick scenic walk by the river to Front street and downtown/the beach. It feels tucked away from the liveliness of Front street and is quiet and residential even though it’s so close. It was tidy, clean and the bedrooms and bathroom are spacious. The host was very friendly and communicative and helpful! I would recommend staying here to anyone looking for all of these attributes.

Loved the location

We loved the location, the beds were very comfortable. Only thing that was missing was kitchen towels as there wasn’t a dish washer. Had to use the papertowels.

Good location, easy parking and walking distance to Front Street.

The location was very good. It had easy parking and was in walking distance to Front Street. This is an upstairs apartment, and the steps are quite steep. Bedrooms had wall air-conditioning units which worked great, but the living space was quite warm. Thank goodness for the fans in each room.

Great location to downtown. Clean place. Note there's no sugar or spray pam make sure you bring those kinds of items. Walls are thin. Was an issue with the mini split so we got debris on us and even after we turned it off.

Great rental in town

Good apartment in town. Close to lots of wonderful restaurants, bars, shops. Perfect accommodation with another couple, 2 good size bedrooms, kitchen with all basics, and more. As previous mentioned steep flight of stairs for entry, each bedroom has own A/c unit. Would absolutely stay again. Clean. Safe. Good location.

Cute and Perfect Location

The apartment was really cute and had everything we needed. Loved having an off street parking spot that showed us to walk to the main drag. Also, we traveled before/after and having a washer/dryer (w/detergent!) was super awesome. Would definitely stay again if back in TC.
