Welcome to Midtown Modern hosted by Wander North Rentals!
Enjoy a stylish experience in this newly renovated, centrally-located condo. Midtown is steps from some of Traverse City's best restaurants and bars where you can start your day with locally roasted coffee and end the day with a stiff drink distilled right on site! When you aren't partaking in local culture, the condo will serve as your home away from home and includes everything you need to make a meal or put your feet up and relax.
Midtown Modern is a luxury meets industrial condo with a little Detroit flare. Entering the condo, there is a flight of stairs that will bring you to the open main floor which includes a newly renovated kitchen, dining area, living room, and half bath. The kitchen of Midtown Modern is designed and stocked by avid travelers who love the flexibility to partake in the local cuisine or cook a full meal at home utilizing local ingredients. It is fully stocked with pots and pans, utensils, spices, oils, and anything else you need to make a gourmet meal. While you cook in the kitchen, your guests can relax in the open floor plan dining or living areas, play games, or watch the 50-inch TV. On the main floor, you will also find a very comfortable pull-out couch that sleeps 2 and a patio with an outdoor grill
On the second floor of the unit, there are two bedrooms, two full baths with showers, and laundry available for guest use. Each bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a closet, and a smart TV. The mattresses are all new and fresh linens and towels are included in your stay. The front bedroom also has a desk for a perfect work-from-home option.
In addition to the condo, you will also have access to 2 bicycles that can be used to see all of downtown Traverse City or hit the TART trail to Leelanau County. The condo complex also has Boardman River access so you can put in a kayak or paddle board just steps from the unit. Watercraft are not included but you may bring your own or ask your host for rental recommendations.

This place was beatiful. They have everything you need in this place. The amenities were amazing. They even left a bottle of wine for you to enjoy. Host was avaliable when we needed them. Will recommend and stay here again.

Lifelong friends meeting in Traverse City
Quick fall weekend escape to Traverse City. Four adults in the condo and it was perfect! Very comfortable, clean and great location for walking or exploring the area on bikes or by car. Excellent.

Amazing Location , Amazing Amenities
We loved staying at this fun condo in TC! Being able to just walk right downtown was perfect for our stay. The kitchen was well stocked and made it easy for us to make our breakfast each morning … and we loved the local coffee and wine that was provided. It was nice having family games to choose from , especially with some rainy weather. Can’t wait to come back .

The PERFECT stay!
This place was so clean, so beautifully decorated, and so cozy ( meaning it felt welcoming and safe AND the owner even leaves certain items to help you out with the items you may have forgottensuch as water bottles or makeup wipes). We stayed here with 6 adults, so two of us had to sleep on the pull out couch, BUT the pull out couch was very comfortable so we had no complaints! The location is perfect,the comfortability is perfect and if you stay here I promise your stay will be perfect. Such a wonderful experience! Will definitley be booking again!

Great spot
Really loved our stay . Great location within easy walking distance of Front St . Rare bird brewery had good eats and brew . The kitchen for the restaurant is right below the unit so if you are on first floor of condo with tv off you can hear staff below ie pots clinking..but really only noticed it from 9-pm to 10 pm and only on first floor . Bedrooms are upstairs and didn’t hear anything. I only noticed as I sit up and read from 9-11pm or so and no tv etc . I would rebook in a heartbeat at his place. Great spot , nice place .
