Only minor drawback is the bed arrangement. All mattresses were comfortable, but one bedroom only had a full with a twin trundle pullout. Again, mattresses were comfortable, but that room was tight and limited on space, especially after pulling the twin out
but we were visiting for the surrounding areas, golf, wineries (Mari was our favorite), and not bed space. Would be nice to have another comfy chair in living room too but over all it was fine. Otherwise, it was clean, nicely decorated, great location, walkable to restaurants, lakefront Trail, shops, excellent authentic pizza place 1 mile from condo hidden in an alley.

Very clean, well kept space. Easy walk to downtown and the surrounding beaches. This is the second time I’ve stayed in this condo and would definitely come back again.

Wonderful location -- walked to dinner and the beach. Lots of stairs -- our group of teenagers and adults had no problems with this (and it was mentioned in another review) but families with small children or older grandparents may want to think twice. Mid level quality on beds, bedding, towels etc but we spent little time in the property and felt it fit everything we needed. Would stay again just due to the location.

Family wedding

This property was as listed. Lots of stairs was accurate. Location was great. Bedroom two was too crowded for three older kids so we were relieved to have a pull out sofa. The twin bed is actually a trundle under the other bed. We were able to walk everywhere we needed and got a ride service for the wedding which was further away. Would add a lock to the rooftop door.

Traverse City stay

Loved the property! Walkable to downtown shops and restaurants. Beautiful rooftop view of the bay. Quiet, clean, comfortable beds. A bonus to have a washer and dryer. Would happily stay here again!

Great location

Great location to everything. The property was as listed, lots of stairs. Make sure to bring extra toilet paper and hand towels as there was not enough. The rooftop had an awesome view and plenty of furniture but the we only utilized that briefly due to the weather. When we arrived there was no condo number in the check in email. Todd responded right away with the information needed. I drive a larger vehicle that did not fit in the garage space but the designated outdoor spot was sufficient and close to our door: we would stay here again.
