Great stay

I had a great stay here. The front desk was especially helpful and easy to reach. Everything was clean and as it appeared in the listing. I would stay here again and recommend it as a good place to stay.

Beautiful Property

Totally enjoyed the beautiful rental. Spacious, surrounded by nature, short walk to the beach and beautiful exclusive Village of Key Biscayne. Totally Highly Recommened!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ RATING STANDARD

Great Location!

Couldnt love the location more. The room is a little basic but fits all your needs! The only critique i have would be to add a fan upstairs. The lower level is extremely cold but you sleep upstairs and it's HOT!

Grat location....little dated.

Overall, we had a great stay. Location is great. Access to the beach is 100 mt walk A few things to Improve: -The apartment was clean, but it is dated by now and clearly needs a some upkeep and attention to detail...e.g. a tile was missing in the bathroom wall, there was no microwave when we arrived (had to ask for one next day), the toaster did not work at all, the safe closed when we arrived and the manager could not open it, and other small things. - I was surprised we could not self-checkin...We had to be there before 10pm...no problem for us, but might be a problem for other travellers.

Cold pool

This is a great location just blocks from great restaurants and shops. The pool was chilly! Good thing it was in the upper 80’s. The property is showing signs of wear, like the elevator. The apartment itself was very basic with no stocked items. Only one bath towel and one hand towel, no wash cloths. And be prepared to walk up a flight of stairs to get to bed in the loft. Location is the best thing about this place.

Its well located but very outdated, and not everything works right

The hosts are super nice and they try to accommodate you well. The place has a great location, 5 min walk to the beach. They offer bike rides to enjoy the islands. The building is old and not in great shape. The apartment is very outdated, and few details were off. There were no lightbulbs on the lamps, not hot water the first two days (they fixed it once we asked), the knobs of the shower fell, the toilet paper holder kept falling... There were little details that didn't do great. Otherwise it was a good stay.

Dated and in disrepair. Nice location.

The first unit had a bad smell. We bought scented candles to be able to stay. It was dated, water stain on ceiling, and didn’t have hot water. We had to shower quickly. We contacted management and moved to a different unit. Same smell, candles to the rescue. Dated as well, shower knob was missing the screw and would fall off, tub was rusted down the middle. No battery in upstairs smoke alarm. Single day of hot water then it went cold again. No further assistance from management. Booked 10 days, stayed 7. Had to call it. The good: location is nice, walkable and close to great restaurants.

Ok stay

Firstly, the unit we were given was not represented in the photos in regards to the furniture and accessories. However, the layout was the same. The kitchen was sparse with just 2 coffee cups and two glasses. We also had to scrounge for towels as only 2 were given for 4 nights with 2 people. There were absolutely no face clothes. The pool area was okay, but the ledge around the pool used to collect debris needed to the cleaned. There is no signage to where the check-in area is, so you just have to park and walk around aimlessly in the sun. I asked a lady cleaning rooms for another roll of toilet paper and she told me to ask management. Really? The elevator was dirty, slow, and very noisy. We asked to borrow beach chairs and were charged $5 per day per chair. Normally rental units include the use of beach chairs for free. Overall, the stay was okay. Not luxurious in the slightest. Very basic. Would I stay here again? No

Excelente. Muy a destacar la especial colaboración de Alejandra que nos ayudó en todo lo que pudimos necesitar. LLegamos a la 0100 después de un retraso por avería del avión de 6 horas y estaba todo preparado para nuestra llegada.

Nice Apartment

We booked 2 rooms 1 is 1 bedroom and another one is 2 bedroom. Unlike the 2 bedrooms this loft feels so good with the design and space. The apartment is very clean and close to the beach. We really enjoy our stay.

Kinda Really Terrible. Photos Misleading.

The Good, the bad and the ugly: The good: Charming, relatively well-maintained 1970’s courtyard building. 5 min walk to beach. Housekeeping cleaned and provided fresh towels on Day 3 of 5 day stay. Relatively clean and spacious. No bugs. Pay laundry machines avail on premises. Ample parking. The bad: photos misrepresented unit. We thought we rented a 2br loft w 2 baths. One bedroom units have lofted bedroom. 2br do not have loft. Basic cable provide 10 stations, 5 of which were in English. Wireless internet was spotty and slow. Kitchen included basics but no paper towel, no garbage bags, no dish soap/sponge and no dishwasher detergent. The Ugly: Stormy day resulted in major ceilings leaks which fully flooded master bath (unusable) and soaked twin bed (dirty (yellow/brown) leak water) in 2nd bedroom. Maintenance “repaired” by placing plastic trash can under leaks. Housekeeping did not clean up. Management did not offer to move our room. Plus, low quality sliding doors rattled loudly during winds/storm. Unable to sleep. If I was in college, I’d think this place was fine. I’m 53 with kids. It was really kinda terrible.

We had a wonderful stay, the acomadations were excellent very comfortable and quiet . The pool was enjoyable and 2 min walk to ocean. We will return thanks to the staff for all they did to make our first visit to Key Biscayne so enjoyable...
