Cette unité de coin est au premier étage sans voisins et est située dans une rue calme, à quelques pas de la plage. L'unité est un deux chambres, deux salles de bains qui ont été entièrement rénovées en 2016 TOUT NOUVEAU. dans un motif de plage relaxante. L'appartement dispose également d'un grand salon confortable avec TV écran plat, DVD, 2 chambres confortables, 2 salles de bains et une grande terrasse privée extérieure où vous pourrez, vous détendre et profiter du calme et de la tranquillité. La copropriété vient de subir une rénovation majeure de la piscine privée et des espaces communs en 2018/2019.

Vraiment à proximité se trouve la plage, où vous aurez le sable à vos pieds et le doux bruit de l'océan pour vous détendre. Le déjeuner peut être apprécié au club de plage à proximité, au Ritz Carlton ou dans le village au célèbre Sir Pizza.

Key Biscayne a tellement à offrir à toute la famille, y compris le golf au Links l'un des meilleurs parcours de Miami, le tennis au Crandon Park Tennis Center (où se joue le Sony Ericsson), le Miami Sea Aquarium où se trouvent les épaulards, charter pêche en bateau, planche à voile, visites de sites, randonnées, location de vélos et des kilomètres de pistes cyclables pour vous emmener à travers l'île.

Au bout de l'île, vous avez la belle maison lumineuse, qui surplombe la célèbre plage où les tortues marines viennent à terre pour livrer leurs œufs. Incroyable.

The condo is wonderful. Nicely decorated and clean. The location is convenient to the beach. I have stayed in this building many times over the years. It’s so nice with a beautiful pool that’s well maintained as is all of the property

My family had a great time in this well appointed condo, the proximity to the beach is as described and only a 4-5 minute walk. The patio is private with all of the lush plants and the pool area was never crowed with only 1 or 2 other guests some of the time; side note -the little orange flowers that blow around by the pool area were really pretty

Restful and Relaxing

The property is furnished in fun beach decor and has a light and airy feel to it. It is a short walk to a very beautiful beach and many nice restaurants. Highly recommend it!

The best beach stay!

This place was clean, easy to find, and only 4 minutes walk from the beach! Such a beautiful and quiet area. We did travel into the city one night and as should be expected, traffic was really terrible, so not the easiest for accessing the things in the city but if you are looking for a spot with access to gorgeous beaches that is quiet and relaxing this is it!! Host was communicative and great to work with.

Perfect for families

We are a family of 5 with kids from 2-11. We had plenty of space and really liked the location. The beach is a block away which was fantastic. Close to great food, groceries, cvs. We loved the patio and the kids enjoyed the pool. Everything was great here.

Clean and Comfortable with short walk to best beach

Easy to find and access with direction from owner. Actual living area very nice. Kitchen had basics to fix easy breakfasts and restaurant leftovers. No view at all but amazing access to best beach around with friendly people all around. Family friendly area. Comfortable place to return to each evening.

Loved it

We absolutely loved our stay at Rick’s place. He was super easy to communicate with. The unit is gorgeous. We were there on Christmas Day, and the kitchen was a pleasure to use. Very nice high end appliances and everything you could possibly need. We love Key Biscayne and come once or twice a year. We will be back!

KB March Break

We had a fantastic stay at this unit. It was clean and well stocked with kitchen supplies, towels and sheets. TV and WIFI access. Very easy access to the beach just a short walk away. Ground level unit with a parking spot just steps away. Pool was heated and great to use. We spent 7 nights here, with our 4 kids. Great neighborhood; quiet and safe. Definitely will repeat next year!

Beautiful condo and a great location in Key Biscayne

The only reason the review is not 5 stars is the exterior of the building was under construction during our visit. The owner alerted us that there were delays to the building construction prior to our arrival so it wasn't a total surprise. The condo itself was very nice and was perfect for our family of 3. Our daughter loved the room with bunk beds and it was nice to have 2 bathrooms and laundry in the unit. It is on a nice quiet street and an easy walk to the beach. The exterior work looked like it should be done soon so I would anticipate a 5 star rental for anyone looking for a great spot in Key Biscayne in the future.

Sisters Getaway

It was a good stay for what we needed... three sisters ages 49-55... Great location and the beautiful private beach access was a highlight. We did have an issue with the top bunk not having a bunk board to support the mattress from the rails underneath, but fortunately the sofa was a pullout that my sister used instead so it worked out. The owner was responsive to our questions and provided good information. A good value.

Owning a place in Key Biscayne has been a life long dream for us both, and now we enjoy the condo with our son and families. Living in Miami is fast paced, Key Biscayne is a secluded island we use to escape and relax. The key helps us getaway form the grind, without really going anywhere.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Key Biscayne is an amazing place. It has beautiful beaches, an amazing golf course, great fishing charters, great food, incredible tennis center (where the Sony Erickson is held). It is quite and relaxing with a lot of things to do for the whole family.
