L'appartement dispose de 2 chambres et 1 salle de bain et est au 2Ăšme Ă©tage d'un petit immeuble calme Key Biscayne situĂ© Ă  moins d'un pĂątĂ© de maisons de la plage. L'unitĂ© a de nouveaux tĂ©lĂ©viseurs Ă  Ă©cran plat dans le salon ainsi que la chambre principale. La chambre principale a un lit queen size et la 2Ăšme chambre a une taille rĂ©elle avec un lit gigogne double. Le condo a sa propre piscine privĂ©e et calme pour vous dĂ©tendre dans l'aprĂšs-midi. À moins d'un pĂątĂ© de maisons se trouve l'entrĂ©e privĂ©e et fermĂ©e de la plage oĂč vous pouvez pique-niquer, jouer ou simplement vous dĂ©tendre prĂšs de la plage.
Key Biscayne a beaucoup Ă  offrir. Il est bien connu pour avoir accueilli le Miami Boat Show en fĂ©vrier. Il abrite le Miami Seaquarium oĂč vous pouvez voir des orques, des dauphins et des lions de mer. Vous pouvez louer un bateau de pĂȘche, louer des vĂ©los ou des kayaks, faire une randonnĂ©e au parc d'État de Cape Florida ou voir une trappe de tortue au Key Biscayne Nature Center.

Light, clean, roomy apartment in great location near beach and local ameneties in quiet neighbourhood. Woukd definitely stay again if we came back.

Great location and property

Great condo well appointed and with everything you could need. The pool is always sparkling and mostly empty. The location is perfect close to the beach and shopping/dining area in Key Biscayne. Highly recommend.

Great Getaway

Location is fine with beech access and easy walk to main shopping area. Excellent facilities - nothing wanting in the condo! I would highlhy recommend it! I had a golf cart and that was fun - no need for a car at all.

Perfect getaway for two

The unit was really clean with adequate towels and kitchen supplies. If any necessity is missing or lacking the owner, Rebecca, was prompt to respond, such as toilet paper, lol. We used the kitchen for making some meals but it is walking distance or a "freebee" ride on the app to many restaurants. It is close to the park and lighthouse and the beach is just steps away. The beach is adequate with chairs and kept clean of debris and trash. We would definitely look into staying here again.

This place is not to be missed.

We absolutely love this property. It was exactly as advertised and more. The size was perfect, the kitchen was well-equipped in fact the best equipped kitchen of any place we’ve ever rented. The location was central within walking distance to everything you need. The beaches were beautiful. We went for runs every morning on the beach and spent time exploring the island and going into Miami. So much to do. Fabulous restaurants. Elizabeth the owner was so responsive and accommodating. Thank you!!

Wonderful stay in Key Biscayne

My husband and I just completed a one month stay at this comfortable unit in Key Biscayne. The location is perfect- one block from the beach and a short walk from restaurants, the Winn-Dixie, CVS, etc. The building has a lovely pool and is very quiet. The unit is nicely decorated with everything we needed for the beach, cooking meals, working and relaxing. The washer/dryer is not in the apartment but in a laundry room on the first floor and is coin operated. Liz supplied laundry detergent. We really enjoyed our time in Liz’ place and are planning to return in 2025!

Fabulous

This property is beautiful....the location, the furnishings and the property manager. Everything was just fantastic. The property manager was very responsive, extremely accommodating, and so pleasant to work with. The condo was very well furnished with everything you need to cook meals in, chairs and umbrellas for the beach along with a bag if kids sand toys, a nice balcony with two chairs and a small table for coffee or cocktails and the beds were comfortable. The location doesn't get any better than this place. The private locked beach entrance is around the corner, the grocery store is at the end of the street and many restaurants are within walking distance. Actually, everything is walkable...the town is only one square mile. We did not rent a car but rode bikes for our visit. Thru Bill Braggs State park and the lighthouse all the way into Virginia Key for a drink and sunset. I can't recommend this condo or Key Biscayne enough. It is a magical place!

Perfect, quiet, convenience

Was looking for the perfect place to unwind for a week and feel human again. This was absolutely perfect! Quiet neighborhood, quiet neighbors, easy walk to magnificient coffee and restaurants, groceries and the beach! Perfection! Condo was perfect size for the two of us, loved the pool, cable and internet, beach towels and chairs for the beach, kitchen had everything we needed; the accommodations were clean, well decorated/appointed, and modern (no old musty linens/furniture/appliances... IMHO). Loved the kitchen! For those interested in low-key stay: while it came with a reserved parking space, we went with zero intent to play tourist, we just enjoyed local amenities with an airport dropoff and pickup (recommend Uber/Lyft; taxis are twice the price). Beach and pool are a quick walk. Grocery store is just less than one city block away. The restaurants in the grocery shopping center Mestizo ($), Novecento ($$), and El Gran Inka ($$$) are all phenomenal. We went to Mestizo for coffee, breakfast, and dinner; they are great! Would love the opportunity to stay again very soon (hopefully for a longer duration)!

Relaxing Key Biscayne

This was the second time we stayed at this clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and well stocked two bedroom apartment. The building is quiet, one block from the beach with private access, has a pool and within walking distance of everything we needed for a relaxing stay in Key Biscayne. It was easy to communicate with Liz. Highly recommend!

Great Condo & Location!

Elizabeth’s condo is beautifully maintained, clean, and has all the amenities you need for your stay. It is walking distance to the beach and very close to many shops and restaurants, as well as the grocery store. It is also worth nothing that this unit has a balcony, whereas not every unit in this building does. Elizabeth was also extremely responsive and easy to get in touch with when we had a question. Hope we can go back and stay in her unit again!
