First, I caution anyone with small children as the deck is difficult to navigate with uneven and rough boards. The house has lots of random furniture all over but it’s oddly hard to find a good place for a group of 10 or so to hang out. The deck furniture is in rough shape. Basement is sort of dingy-bedrooms are fine. Getting in to this community was confusing-there is a specific address where you have to enter. The kitchen is good-two refrigerators were very helpful. Paying extra for the pool seems ridiculous to me as the extra cost is not to heat the pool (it’s not heated) it is to clean it! Doesn’t that have to be done whether you swim in it or not? With all this being said, the host was excellent-answering questions quickly! I would also say the condition of the house allows you to not worry you’re going to ding something. It’s a large house and bedrooms are plentiful and comfortable.

We appreciate your feedback regarding the deck and basement, as it helps us prioritize our seasonal maintenance. We are having our team inspect the deck boards and evaluate the patio furniture for updates. Regarding the community entrance, our neighborhood has a secure, gated entry that requires a specific routing address, which we provide in our check-in instructions to ensure our guests' safety. Regarding the pool, we separate this amenity fee specifically to keep our standard nightly base rates as competitive as possible. Active pool usage requires significantly more frequent chemical balancing, skimming, and filtration maintenance than an unused pool, so this structure gives guests the freedom to opt out if they do not plan to swim. We outline this on the very first line of our house rules prior to booking to ensure complete transparency. We truly appreciate you choosing our home for your family's stay and have reviewed your notes with our team to ensure the property remains in top shape for future guests.

Absolutely loved the house so many amenities we barely had time to get to them all and the goat couldn't be more accommodating and accessable would absolutely stay here again!

Relaxing Stay

Sharon was very helpful and communicative throughout the process from before check-in to during the stay itself. The upstairs is much nicer with amount of natural lighting. That's where our group spent most of our time

Great outside space and pool

Relaxing and Spacious

Friends Weekend Getaway

My family and I had a great time. The house was beautiful, very spacious, clean, in order and lots of fun things to do in the house and in the community. The host Sharon was great, available when we needed her and made sure our needs were kept up with in our stay. We cannot wait to return again, this will definitely be one of our getaway homes.

Perfect family getaway!

This house was just what we needed to escape our year long COVD Quarantine! The house was clean, and spacious. We loved all of the amenities; the beautiful decks, sauna, hot pool, fire table and fire pit. Sharon was a great host, very attentive and responsive host.

Loved it

The entire experience from booking to checking out was exceptional!! The property manager was flexible, prompt in any questions we had, caring (wishing us safe travels). The property was clean and very accommodating. Everyone enjoyed the stay even our teenagers!! We are so happy we stayed here and the property manager was fantastic!! Plenty of space

We had three families stay at the house. A total of fourteen adults and kids. There was more than enough space for the kids to have fun, and the adults to relax and chill by the fireplace. The host Sharon was wonderful and hands-on. It was a delightful ski trip and the house was perfect for our needs.

NYE Family Memories

The host Sharon was a pleasure to interact with. Attentive and responsive. The house was exactly what we needed as a group with adults and children ranging from teens to little kids. The house was well stocked clean and warm when we arrived. The hot tub was set up and ready for us beforehand. My family and I are planning to visit again in warmer weather.

Wonderful home!

The property was exactly as advertised but bigger in person! Sharon has clearly put a lot of thought and effort into her home. Well supplied with essentials and was very clean. She was very communicative, thorough, and took the time to check in with us during our stay. Her attention to detail was extremely evident and made our stay seamless from start to finish. Would definitely recommend for young families and groups of friends.

House was very large in size & accommodated 12 of us very well. House needs a little TLC inside with loose moldings, paint, & outside where stair riser lights are located. The property is in a gated/secured community so it made access & ordering deliveries a little inconvenient but host was very helpful with coordination. Overall we had a nice stay & the whole family enjoyed our stay.

Easily accommodated the 10 of us. There had been a snow and ice storm the night before and when we arrived the driveway was not plowed nor was the deck shoveled.. we shoveled the deck so we could get to the hot tub. Aside from that it was a good stay

Great getaway for a family

Our family of 12 people( including 3 kids) enjoyed our stay at this property very much. The property manager was very easy to reach at anytime throughout our stay and was happy to answer all the questions. The house itself is very spacious with lots or entertainment for adults and kids . We didn’t even notice how 3 days passed. The most memorable moment during our stay would probably be 3 deers slowly walking right infront of the house. Kids were screaming with delight. It was super fun and comfortable. Thank you for a great getaway.

Beautiful spacious home!

I went on vacation for a couple of days with my family. The house was absolutely perfect. It’s not only beautiful but full of entertainment. It rained every afternoon/evening we were there so we really took advantage of the pool table, foosball table, ping pong table, and the board games. The hot tub was also a hit with those that found the pool water too cold. Sharon was so helpful and attentive. I definitely recommend this house for any family gatherings!

We had a great time at this house. Wow! It was definitely built for entertaining. We were happy with all of the amenities available. Between the pool, game room, and the boardgames/puzzles our family was able to have fun rain/shine. We loved that Sharon had a whole list of useful places in the area too. Restaurants, local groceries, and fun activities. :) Sharon was super on top of things - checking in with us and also super responsive, even though she was traveling herself.We appreciated all the guidance she gave us - not only did we know what to do by when, but the rules made a lot of sense and keep the closed community nice for a good experience.
