L'un des rares endroits "ma et pa" à gauche sur Clearwater Beach. Petit, confortable, convivial et familial exploité depuis 40 ans. Nous sommes un petit immeuble avec 10 appartements différents situés à l'extrémité nord de l'île. Le bâtiment est à distance de marche de tout. La plage, les restaurants, les magasins, Pier 60, et la marina. Le tramway s'arrête juste devant notre immeuble au cas où vous voudriez vraiment sortir. L'appartement dispose d'un lit queen-size, d'un grand salon et d'une cuisine entièrement équipée.

The property is an old building is listing with a pool. I didn't see any pool. I found Cucaracha one of the bathroom and one in the dining room. The bathroom door is so out of whack you can close it. One positive is close to the beach and a restaurant very nice host. (need to spray for bugs) bed sheets they are black colors. Don't trust it.

The location is great for being able to access the beach. The owners were pleasant to interact with. I can imagine the property was in much better condition prior to the floods of 2024. Because the unit is only a window unit, the whole unit feels a bit humid and the bedroom is always quite frigid compared to the rest of the unit. I was excited that the property accepted dogs, but my dog's food was infested with ants after the first day. Since I was there during the off season, the property was quite and there were no problems with noise at night.

First night at check in was a dead cockroach on the floor in the kitchen sent a picture to host picked up the TV remote and it stuck to my hand only one TV worked that was in the bed room and it only had a few HD channels. Sent a message to host and no response at all all weekend not even on site all weekend. Refrigerator still had tomatoes seeds from previous guest the tub drained extremely slow and there were mouse dropping all over the bedroom floor and shelves in the closet the bottom of the door didn't close all the way and there was a large gap in the top of the door the picture window had Styrofoam for the windows on the bottom half slept with lights on all weekend would not recommend to stay here will not return to this place

Great location. You are right on the inland water front and you can walk 2 blocks to the ocean on the other side. Mike and Marta and very nice and I got a chance to meet the family. Very helpful hosts. I hope to return next year but probably won’t rent a car since most locations are with in walking distance.

The location was perfect for our stay! 2 blocks to the beach and close to tons of restaurants. We especially enjoyed ending our evenings out on the little dock. Just make sure you have bug spray!

Great location, very very safe. Loved the tennis courts across street , watch people play at night! Beautiful Catholic Church end of street for Christmas Mass I loved. Very close to everything as far as restaurants and CVS , bars and beach is right there. Perfect place because even though it’s crowded it’s very quiet and peaceful. Love it. I would stay again !

Perfect location

This was a cute little place on the north beach. Right on the bay and a block from the beach. Also within walking distance to everything! Will stay there again for sure!

Perfect Vacation Location

The building is on a block of two away from the main strip with lots of restaurants as well as the beach. Check in and out was seamless and super easy.

Great beach house

Everything you need to stay in Clearwater for a weekend is this house. It’s 1 block away from the beach, super clean, it has a little dock with a couple chairs and an excellent view, private parking… just perfect

Peaceful and relaxing

This property is located on the North Side and it is more peaceful and enjoyable. It was so relaxing. I would definitely stay again!
