The room was very clean, nice white crisp sheets, took 4 minutes to walk to the beach and far enough away to not hear any loud activities. I would definitely recommend staying here. The price was good.

Perfect location

Overall great experience at this VRBO. Loved being right on the water. Very cute historic motel. Bathroom needs some updating.

Perfect location!

We enjoyed our stay. Location to shops, beach, and restaurants was amazing. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Check in and host communication was great and easy. Parking was a breeze. No real complaints to speak of. It has a small bathroom but totally manageable. TV quality was seriously awesome! We will absolutely stay again!

Awsome time there in Sunny Cottages.the cottage was clean an equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our stay so much. Host was gracious an easy to communicate with. Thankyou. See you again at either site.

First time user

This is my first time ever using vrbo and the property made the experience seamless. The property was clean, in a safe area, and the contact for the property is extremely nice and helpful. If you’re waffling on which property to stay I would champion you to choose this one.

Management promised they would have a door code and unit number ready by 3 PM check-in time and well Uber an hour and a 1/2 after still had no response from management period had to go to verbal customer service for assistance period

2 night stay

Ok room, good stay, but the room was not as pictured, no chairs, blank walls, poor lighting. Light switch behind door.Plus’s - Looked clean, 1st floor room with a short walk to the beach.Room darkening shades only, a mini fridge /freezer. 2 beach towels, comfortable bed, but the top sheet was not made into the bed! Instead it was laying on top of the duvet, which did not have a cover on it. Toilet seat moved, it was only partially attached & the tv mysteriously came on 2x! Bathroom door is right next to the bed & had to stay open for the ac. Small bathroom. Good AC didn’t get to try out the pool.

Misleading. Things a hotel, no dishes or anything no electric plug in bathroom

Walking distance to beach, four blocks , not hardly ocean front property. It’s a hotel, no silverware to use when eating, hardly a vacation buy owner. . No where to use laptop and not even a plug in for blow dryer in bathroom. Had to use a hanging extension cord behind tv to blow dry. Bed was clean, but over all, primitive dwelling. Was embarrassed to say I stayed here. Seems like a spring break college crash pad with low ceilings . Won’t be back. It does have free parking, just hard to find an outlet, no light switch in the bathroom, switch is located in bedroom. I have done much better for the same money other places. Window ac unit didn’t cool well enough at night.
