Moderne, trois chambres, trois salles de bains avec une vue spectaculaire sur le Rio Grande, les montagnes Sandia et les lumières de la ville d’Albuquerque. La maison a été récemment rénovée et dispose d'une cuisine merveilleuse, d'une vie en plein air fantastique avec un barbecue, un bain à remous et des coins salons. La chambre principale a une vue magnifique, télévision, grande baignoire, lit king size. La deuxième chambre a un lit double et une salle de bain, la troisième chambre a un lit double. La maison dispose d'un garage pour deux voitures et d'un système d'alarme. Idéalement situé, à quelques minutes de l'I-40 et du centre-ville. Great place to stay! There is a lot of spaces to relax and unwind. Beautiful views and was decorated for Halloween so felt like a home away from home! Highly recommend this place.

We loved the house and the backyard. We came for the Balloon Fiesta and could see them launch from the backyard. The house was perfectly clean and loaded with amenities, even a outside refrigerator with tons of drinks. If we ever are in Albuquerque again, we would definitley check to see if this place is available without hesitation.

Great place for the Balloon Festival

Very nice accommodations and kitchen very well stocked with anything you may need. Beautiful view of the balloons during festival. Comfortable beds and room to roam. Very nice choice!

Amazing stay

The house was immaculate, with many amenities, comforts, and added touches that made it a very special stay. We loved the beautiful space and the perfect view it provided of the mountains, downtown, and the Rio Grande. We stayed during the International Balloon Fiesta and saw many hot air balloons from property.

Great place

Super clean, well equipped home with a great yard and great views. Magdalene was very responsive and so easy to work with. The location is very convenient to all Albuquerque has to offer. You can't go wrong with this home.

Short Albuquerque Family Visit

Our family of 5 grown ups enjoyed the majestic views and exceptionally well appointed New Mexico home on the bluff of the Rio Grande River. Hot air ballons and amazing sunrises greeted us each morning. The host was highly attentive, including leaving a sympathy note upon our arrival (we were in town for my father's funeral). Excellent place to stay in Alb.

Amazing View and Comfort Too!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The view was just as promised, the location was convenient for us and the house was easy to find. The home was quite clean, very well provisioned, and decorated outside for the holidays as an added surprise! Plenty of space and very comfortable. Not "just a rental" - it's a lovely home. We hope to stay again sometime.

Visiting ABQ for first time in over 30 yrs for some, 1st time for others. Living room, kitchen & dining all capture great eastern views of river, city & mountains. Master BR very comfortable. Property met our needs very well -- we enjoyed our stay.

This place has everything!

This place was perfect! Maggie was so accommodating when we had a mix up in our travel plans, she rearranged some of her plans so we could stay another night. She was in constant communication the entire time just to make sure we had everything we needed - which we did. House is beautiful and looks just like the pictures. Don’t hesitate, just book it!

Amazing Dream Property

This property was the best we have ever stayed at. The host was great, the house was better than a model home, the back yard was jaw dropping, voice activated lights and entertainment, and the refreshment refrigerator was over the top (a store quality glass front Coke cooler). Free beverages of course. State of the art everything. This is a dream property.

We enjoyed our stay at the house it was perfect size there were some things that we were surprised about like the camera in the living room was invasive and the master closet was completely full of owners stuff in fact the owners stuff is everywhere in drawers snd closets and garage completely full we couldn’t use it and there was a truck parked in driveway

Sorry for any inconvenience the listing does indicate that it is my personal home… one bar of the master closet was totally for for your convenience …five large drawers and six small drawers were empty to used in master bedroom. The garage is available upon request. I would’ve gladly taken the cars out of the garage and relocated them upon request..

Great VRBO!

We stay in 5+ VRBO’s every year, and this one should be on your list. It’s exactly as advertised, beds/linens/furniture is in good condition, comfortable and clean! 3 full baths. Garage parking. Homeowner had decorated for Halloween which was a treat. Outdoor areas do have traffic noise from the interstate but the house is quiet and restful inside. Views are lovely.

Don’t hesitate. Book.

Great location, great house. If the wind is right you can see balloons!! 2nd time staying. We leave early and come home late so don’t cook or use much kitchen gear. Had issues with bathroom electrical and the home owner proactively communicated the issue and resolved quickly.

Wonderful Property

The house is great! Very spacious and comfortable. The open concept between the kitchen, living room and outside patio is great and takes full advantage of the fantastic views of Albuquerque and the Rio Grande. The kitchen is updated and well-equipped with everything you need to cook a meal. The bedrooms and bathrooms are appointed and relaxing. The tech set-up for music and tv/movies is awesome - Sonos and Alexa worked perfectly. The owner, Maggie was very responsive and helpful. Location is easy access to river bike trails and hiking. 5-stars from my family.
