It was a great stay but Wednesday we woke to find a sofa bed frame outside are door. Wasn’t in the way but it was random and didn’t appreciate seeing it everything we left.

Not kept

Bathroom door would not close. Had to use feet while sitting on the toilet to keep door closed. Roaches, numerous, dead and alive along with big live spiders. Otherwise the room is nice just not kept up.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was my second time staying here. My first time was on the first floor as well. There was a lizard in my room. The cabinets were falling apart. There was apparent damage. It wasn't worth the money. Close to the beach. Pool in backyard. Getting in and out of the unit was very easy. They just sent me a text with door code.

Perfect for a quick anniversary trip

We booked a few days away for our anniversary at this property as our inaugural Port Aransas experience. The room was super clean & the perfect size, with very good proximity to the beach. Unfortunately, we have a penchant for selecting the same dates as tropical storms & we had to cut our trip short due to Hurricane Hanna coming in the next day. We definitely plan to come back again when there are no hurricanes in the forecast.

We called the agent and she sent over the cleaning supervisor who provided a lavender plug in scent diffuser which helped. The semi private pool area was nice, the beach not far and we enjoyed our time on the amazing beach. Definitely go during the week.

Port A is a breeze

#112 was furnished nicely with everything we needed. The cleaning supervisor brought us a bar b que grill as there was not one that had been pictured on the units description website. (A little red one) Upon entering the unit there was a strong mildew mold odor. We called the manager and she brought a lavender smelling scent container which helped. Overall, we enjoyed the privacy of the pool area and we would definitely return for another visit.

Communication from management was great before our trip, and our late check-in process was easy and well-explained. The room was exactly as pictured on the website and was perfect for our vacation. About the size of a standard hotel room but with a full kitchen. The pool area is beautiful and has a large bbq grill available for guests. There is also a small grill on each room's patio. It's about a 10 minute walk to the beach, but we chose to drive every day. Several restaurants are very close by (some are even closer than the beach), but be aware that most close at 9 pm. We had a great stay and highly recommend!
