Ce condominium de 3 chambres, 3 salles de bain complĂštes, situĂ© au 4Ăšme Ă©tage de Long Beach, dispose d’un grand nombre d’espaces de vie offrant une vue sur l’ocĂ©an depuis les fenĂȘtres murales et les baies vitrĂ©es du salon et des 3 chambres. La troisiĂšme chambre du lock-out dispose d'un bar humide luxueux et d'un mini-rĂ©frigĂ©rateur pour des vacances rĂ©ussies. Les 3 chambres ont un accĂšs au balcon pour que vous puissiez profiter du soleil, du sable et des vagues. Une unitĂ© trĂšs rare avec toutes les chambres directement sur les eaux cristallines et les plages de sable blanc de Panama City Beach!

Notre location de vacances peut accueillir 10 personnes dans des lits, avec un lit king-size dans la chambre principale, 2 lits queen-size dans la deuxiÚme chambre et un lit king-size dans la troisiÚme chambre lock-out. Le salon dispose d'une télévision par cùble avec lecteur DVD. Toutes les chambres disposent de la télévision par cùble.

La table à manger peut accueillir 6 personnes et est séparée de la cuisine par un bar avec des tabourets. Beaucoup de place pour toute la famille. La cuisine comprend tous les gros appareils ménagers; micro-ondes et lave-vaisselle, vaisselle, couverts, etc. et une laveuse / sécheuse dans la zone utilitaire.

Long Beach est situĂ© sur des plages de sucre blanc au cƓur de Panama City Beach. La station est fermĂ©e avec 24 heures de sĂ©curitĂ© sur le site. Il se trouve Ă  proximitĂ© des divertissements familiaux, du golf, des restaurants, des magasins et plus encore. Depuis votre balcon, vous pourrez profiter d’une vue extraordinaire sur l’ocĂ©an avec des couchers de soleil Ă  couper le souffle, accessibles depuis le salon et les deux chambres Ă  coucher (voir le plan ci-dessous).

We booked this condo specifically for the advertised 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and balcony access from each bedroom. Upon arrival, we discovered the balconies were completely unusable due to active construction—covered in plastic and debris, and yes, with workers present physically on the “private” balcony. This was never disclosed before booking or at check-in.After raising the issue, we were moved the next day to another unit to finish our 10-day stay. Great! Unfortunately, the replacement unit was smaller, had fewer bathrooms, roaches, a heater that did not work during 30-degree weather (a work order was submitted and never addressed), and a clogged kitchen sink that we had to fix ourselves. (We left the Drano next to the roach spray.)We spent a large part of our Christmas, my wife’s birthday, and New Year’s vacation dealing with these problems. Despite this, the property management company initially resisted any refund and ultimately decided 100 was sufficient.I rated this stay 2 stars instead of 1 only because we were still on the beach in December. The lack of transparency and poor handling of issues made this a very frustrating experience.

We love staying at Long Beach Resort. This is our third year! The only complaint I have is that the queen bed closest to the bathroom in the double bed room is lop sided.

Everything was great the but a few things was the master bed shame had blood stains on it and the patio furniture had rust on the bottom and ripped a pair of shorts. But other than that the place was great, the host was great would stay again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Long Beach Resort

We stayed in Long Beach Resort, Building 1 on the 4th floor. The condo was very spacious and clean, check in was a breeze and location was great. We had to leave after only the 2nd day due to a Family emergency but would definitely rent this unit again.

Spring break 2025

The unit definitely needs a deep clean and new living room furniture. I liked the layout of the condo and the floor to ceiling windows led to amazing views but the windows need cleaned. The lock on our unit quit working on our last day and we were locked out since we didn’t want to spend our last day up in the unit waiting on someone to come fix it. Lots of police issues (Spring Break this year was not a good time to come with a family) with this unit being so close to Pineapple Willy’s.

Family spring break

The condo was absolutely perfect for our combined family. Loved the layout and everyone having a view. Definitely recommend a vacuum on site for sand clean up. I can say we all agreed we’d probably not visit again during spring break time as the younger crowds constantly forming in mass crowds and need for constant police in area made us unsettled. Also think more postings about alcohol consumption rules on the beach for the month should be noted for guests as long as other strict rules on children digging, or hours of shutting the beach down for night walks.

Family Spring Break Trip

Loved the condo. It was our second time staying there. So easy to communicate with the listing company, they were always quick to respond. Great location and the beaches are not as crowded as some other condos at PCB.

Wonderful Unit

Unit was very spacious, updated, homey, & all the appliances worked wonderfully. The view from the unit was stunning & the 6 of us absolutely loved having our own bathrooms and private bedroom views of the ocean. We were really impressed with the array of kitchen cookware & utensils provided. We were a little sad the first 2 days when the pool was ice cold but then we talked to the office and within 24 hours the pool felt like bath water and we were able to fully enjoy the condo amenities in December for our early Christmas celebration with family. We have stayed in a lot of different 3 bedroom condos in PCB & this unit was by far the most spacious & accommodating! We will definitely stay in this unit in the future. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

Great location, poor interior

We have stayed at Long Beach Resorts in previous years so thought nothing about staying again. Unfortunately this particular unit was very dirty, (walking in the condo barefooted the first night, we noticed dirty feet and socks), black mold along the patio doors, non-working outlets in the bathrooms and a huge hole in the master bathroom wall where the towel bar had been ripped off of the wall. We’ll be picking a different condo for next year

Family vacation

The condo was absolutely wonderful! There were 6 adults and a 2yr and 5yr old. Plenty of space for everyone and a table big enough to fit us all to eat together. The views were breathtaking and beach access was super easy. Hope to stay in the same spot next year!

Worn down

The unit was not as pictured. The couches were worn out and filthy dirty. The towel rack was hanging off wall in a bathroom, doors wouldn’t shut right or lock. TVs didn’t work and the floors were dirty. Baby’s legs were black after crawling and we had to leave due to hurricane prediction . No refund for days lost. Governor suggested people to leave and state was on an emergency

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was pretty clean, plenty of space, kitchen was great and well stocked. Great location. There were a few things that needs to be fixed - a few of the outlets were loose, the breaker for the heat pump for the first bedroom kept kicking off so the room got pretty warm at times, the track for the sliding doors were pretty dirty, the sliding doors don’t lock (we had small children with us), the door to the balcony in the room with the double beds was hard to lock, the door jam of the front door needs to be fixed. Overall it was a great experience. Would stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental experience was great but the overall upkeep of the place needs attention. All furniture was warm in living area and stains on furniture. Curtains had stains on them and black mold in one bathroom we didn’t use for showering.. a/c didn’t cool one room at all so we moved to living room pullout. For the price of these places I would have though on better shape. And cleanliness.
