Ce grand condo peut accueillir confortablement 10 personnes, avec suffisamment de salles de bain pour minimiser les embouteillages.

* 2 suites Master: chacune avec un lit king size et une salle de bains privative.

Le maître en bord de mer propose un bain à remous.

La 3ème chambre a un lit queen et une grande télévision à écran plat.

La 4ème chambre a des lits superposés avec une télévision à écran plat.

Le canapé du salon se retire dans un lit queen.

Toutes les chambres disposent de grands téléviseurs à écran plat et il y a beaucoup de placards et de commodes pour répondre à tous vos besoins, pour toute la durée de votre séjour.

Cette unité est au 2ème étage (pas trop haut comme beaucoup d'unités mais toujours avec une vue magnifique sur l'océan), une hauteur parfaite pour profiter des couchers de soleil à couper le souffle, regarder les dauphins, ou écouter les vagues relaxantes de l'océan sur le très grand balcon, ou du salon et de la chambre principale. Le balcon donne également sur l'une des piscines et sur le bar-grill Majestic H20 situé sur la terrasse de la piscine!

La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec des appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable et répond à tous vos besoins si vous choisissez de cuisiner.

Le Majestic Beach Resort offre la plupart des commodités de tout complexe sur la plage de Panama City:

Cette unité est gérée de manière professionnelle et locale. Beaucoup de condos sont gérés par des propriétaires extérieurs qui ne peuvent pas répondre aux besoins immédiats.
Chaque chiffre d'affaires fournit de nouveaux draps, draps et serviettes. Vous savez donc que vous séjournerez dans l’unité la mieux entretenue et la plus propre!
Vous aurez du mal à trouver une unité récemment rénovée de 4 chambres avec toutes ces commodités de villégiature situées ailleurs sur la plage de Panama City, et cette unité réservera rapidement!

As soon as we checked in, it smelled of a nail salon. It was unbearable. Turns out they had opoxy resined the floors beneath our floor and the fumes were awful. However the owner responded and tried to help the scent. It needed a few days to air out and after that it was a rather pleasent stay. There was no dustpan so everytime i swept the floor i had to just put it in a pile next to the trash can. Over all once the condo aired out it was very decent. Palm trees block view of the ocean but we knew that coming into it.

The resort is top notch! The condo needs a DEEP CLEANING! Mold in master bath needs attention! The furniture in livingroom is filthy dirty and in terrible condition . Our requests for new kitchen items were filled immediately. The dishwasher falls out when there are plates in it. Really needs some attention!

Great location

The location of this property was perfect. Easy walks to shopping and restaurants, so no need to get the car out. Loved being on the 2nd floor close to stairs so no waiting on the busy elevators. Layout of the condo was great and had a nice big table for fun card games.

From the moment we entered the unit, we encountered numerous maintenance and cleanliness issues that made the stay extremely unpleasant. The washing machine contained visible mold and mildew and was unusable. The closet door was broken off its track, and the master bathroom shower sprayed upward toward the ceiling and showed signs of black mold. The kitchen sink lacked a proper drain cover, leaving an open hole into the garbage disposal, which posed a safety concern. The bathtub in the master bathroom would not seal, making it impossible to hold water, and the shower in the second master bathroom did not function properly, only dripping instead of spraying. The front entrance door would not properly deadbolt, and the master bathroom door handle would not lock. The mattress in the second master bedroom was heavily stained and unsanitary, and the dishwasher soap compartment was broken. There was also excessive dust behind the TV in the second master bedroom and black mold around the bathtub in the front bathroom. The floors throughout the unit were extremely dirty, covered in sand, and turned our feet black when walking barefoot. The couch cushions were torn away from the couch. To top it all off we were stuck outside our room for approximately 2 1/2 hours cold , wet, and hungry because the door lock malfunctioned and stopped working we had to wait for a locksmith to come and get the door open. The 1st day I spent cleaning just to be able to stay there.

Spring break of 2023

The condo was very clean and had a great location! We were very close to fun local spots and right on the beach. The condo had good appliance’s that made our stay relaxed! I would definitely recommend this destination for any large family or group looking to visit this location.

Spacious condo and great location.

Condo was nice, rooms and bathrooms were pretty spacious. It could use a deep cleaning and there were multiple cupboards that need fixed but overall it was good. Location was great and was within walking distance to many stores and the beach was gorgeous!

Our condo was filthy. We spent our first hours there cleaning and washing sheets. The view is obstructed by palm trees. The pool is clean but ice cold. I have attached photos for you to see. No one should have to stay in a condo this disgusting and pay what we paid. We have submitted a request for a refund to their website. I would appreciate any help you could provide. We had 2 people end up very sick from the filth and mold. We left early due to this condo being so bad.

The Majestic 202

We really enjoyed our time at the Majestic! Have stayed at many different condos in PCB, but we collectively agree that our stay this year was the best! Condo was great! Spacious with room for everyone! The property itself was immaculate & obviously very well maintained. Pools were clean with plenty of lounge chairs.

The majestic is a nice property. I do believe the condo we stayed in needs a deep clean that im sure cannot be done in the busy season but needs to be addressed. Also it needs maintenance bad. Al ot of wear and tear.

Beautiful

The property was beautiful. The price was amazing. The only thing I would complain about is the beds that the ocean view room bed and the back room 2 queen beds need updated, and the back room I would personally add more warming decorations. I would still stay here again though as the location of the condo was amazing and well worth it. The owners were very helpful and willing to help us with the things we asked.

Best condo in the building

Everything was great.

My family of 8 stayed here. Everyone from grandparents to infants had something to keep them entertained. The response time from any property management for any problems we encountered was fantastic. We stayed from Saturday to Saturday. It was overall a great time. Cant beat the view of the beach.
