We are very excited to share our gorgeous beach-front condo with you and your family/friends as we have never rented it before. We hope you enjoy and are one of the first to leave us a review. The rare penthouse beach-front condo is on the 14th floor and comes with a 3 master suite floor plan and 3 full baths with over 40 feet of windows overlooking the Gulf!

The master bedroom suite comes with a king bed, a flat screen TV and a private balcony with large glass doors to give you an unobstructed view of one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. The master bathroom comes with a double vanity and has a large tub and shower combo.

The 2nd master bedroom suite comes with 2 queen beds, a flat screen TV and a private balcony access with large glass windows to give you that unobstructed Gulf view. The 2nd master bathroom has a double vanity and a tub/shower combo as well.

The 3rd master suite has been decorated with a queen size bed, a flat screen TV with Fire-stick access to Netflix, a bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

The lovely kitchen is fully stocked and ready to rock with stainless-steel fridge and microwave with a black dishwasher and oven. And, for the coffee lovers we have a Keurig and regular-drip coffee maker readily available. The kitchen bar comes with 2 stools with backs and armrests.

The comfortable living room has a large sofa, 2 comfortable chairs and large flat screen TV. The dinning area has a large dinning table with 6 super comfortable high-backed chairs. Combined with the bar stools that is seating for 8 diners.

Throughout our beach front condo, we have lovely pieces of art, which combined with the amazing beach and Gulf views, will further relax our guests and make your beach stay one to remember.

Long Beach Resort features the widest condo floor plans on the beach, beautiful landscaped tropical grounds, a 7500 square foot lagoon pool with waterfalls and palm tree islands, two heated Polynesian pools, three whirlpool spas, poolside bar and grill, 1300 feet of powder white beach frontage 24 hour gated security. On site availability of beach chair & umbrella rentals, jet-ski, parasailing, banana boat rides and more.

Poorly Equipped of any home I’ve rented. So we had to buy several things. But overall we made do and enjoyed the 5 days 4 nights and the location immensely. However… they do not allow golf carts on the property and we had ours with us because my husband is partially disabled. They would not yield! Not good !

Thank you for the feedback! We supply a starter pack for all guests that includes 2 dishwasher tablets, 2 trash bags per trash can, 1 laundry detergent, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, bars of soap, small shampoo and conditioners. Everything else must be provided by the guest. This information, and more, can be found under the general rules section of our confirmation. We also supply 4 towels, 4 washcloths, 2 hand towels, and a bathmat in each bathroom, with a washer and dryer in the condo to freshen these up whenever you need. We wish you luck in the future.

Pool was great, great location, roomy. Great communication from host. Only things I didn't like is a realtor and couple came to view the condo while we were there staying. I think to be respectful they should have arranged that between guests staying. Also, we would have liked additional cooking utensils and more towels should have been included. Overall, good times were had.

The place itself was nice and clean! Comfortable beds, plenty of space for our family, and a nice kitchen. The downsides of the condo itself is that the living room TV barely worked (not user error) and the kitchen had little to nothing for you except dishes. I can tell that this is a very nice property from our stay but barely got to use any of the amenities. The main pool was closed and the bar and grill the entire time. While they did let us know this was a possibility I messaged before we made our final payment to this company to make sure the construction would be done before our stay and they said it would. Two days before they messaged that the construction wouldn’t bother us but that the “west pool” was still closed. When I messaged them about the pool they didn’t respond to me for 3 days. We had no idea what pool that was. It feels like they didn’t give us an actual idea of what we would be dealing with. The condo itself was very nice and we would book again but the communication was terrible.

Great Week

We had an excellent week. The resort and room were both fantastic. Great location and the beach was not crowded at all. Never had to wait on an elevator. Room was as advertised, everything was great. Communication with host was excellent. The Keurig was broken first morning and by lunchtime we had a new one delivered to the room. Overall an awesome week.

The property and condo were beautiful and as listed. From future rentals with vrbo, the kitchen could have had some essential items. There was no sponge, dish soap, spatula, salt and pepper. Usually you will find left over olive oil, vinegar, alls in all the trip was great! These missing items like sponges and spatula, dish soap, salt and pepper, should really be in the condo

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The staff was remarkable they listened to every concern. They were helpful in getting things set right. But this place is bare minimum the person who owns the property only has what is required and that's it. Needs more dishes and utensils or at least good ones that food will not stick to. Carpets are stained. Blood stains on my comforter. Mirrow's on the walls,leaking dishwasher, wallpaper peeling in the bathrooms, mold growing on the balcony in front of the sliding glass door. Also a broken leg on the end table, small tv's in bedrooms. No lock on front door to keep children from opening the potholder's, had to use bathroom towels to get anything out of the oven or to even pick up the pots because they have metal handles which hold heat. You have to pay for more than 1 vehicle for a 3 bedroom 3 bath condo $25 for each which seems very unreasonable but okay. Also beach chairs are not included.They had to have maintenance over the day we arrived because the people before complained about the property.

Very happy to hear our staff was remarkable and we set right the issues you reported. We did find a nickel sized stain on the comforter which the cleaner did not see prior to your stay. Parking information and charges are in the paperwork and $25 per extra pass is very reasonable. I am happy to report, we found no mold and the other issues which guest only told us about after departing have been addressed. This condo has a wonderful floor plan with gulf and beach view from each bedroom. We stock the kitchen with the same inventory we stock every condo that sleeps 8. This condo was priced according to the market. We wish you better luck in future travels.

Very walkable to restaurants, shops, coffee shops, souvenir shops, easy access to pools a and beach. Super easy check in/ out, easy parking, large balcony and fabulous views from every room. Cons: 1 bedroom is queen/ full which is very firm and not the very comfortable for 2 adults, kitchen is missing a few key items if you want to do a lot of cooking, could use more lounge furniture on deck and living area to accommodate 6-8 adults. AC struggles at bit in the mid afternoon heat of the summer. Overall a bit dated but does not detract from the stay.
