THE BEST condo at Bahia Delfin! Right on the beach!! 3 bed/3 bath

Extremely desirable location, closest to the beach, with amazing sunset views. Enjoy the cool sea breeze while sitting on either of the two patios, upstairs or downstairs. The appliances are new, along with new granite countertops. Wake up to the sound of the surf crashing on the sandy beach, watch the dolphins swim by in "Dolphin Bay", and enjoy all the relaxation and sunny weather San Carlos is known for. High speed wifi internet, flat screen TV, DVD player, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, etc. Two master suites--one upstairs with queen bed, one downstairs with two full beds. 3rd bedroom has a full bed.

This location is the absolute best in all of Bahia Delfin--closest to the beach, close to the pool but away from the fray. Nothing beats it!

Please note that Bahia Delfin management only allows 8 guests maximum for 3 bedroom condominiums. Children and infants count as one guest each.

Pets are not permitted for stays under one week (also a regulation by Bahia Delfin management).

This is a condominium, not a hotel. There will be enough toilet paper, garbage bags, laundry detergent and paper towels to get you started, but you could run out of these things. You should either bring some extras or plan to buy them at the local supermarket if you run out. Dish soap and dishwasher detergent are provided and typically do not run out.

Wonderful stay at BahĂ­a Delfin

My family visits BahĂ­a Delfin almost every year and we just love the location. From the beautiful beach to the onsite pool, we have a little bit of everything right there onsite. The condo was very clean with plenty of amenities, the location of the condo was so nice with the view of the bay and just around the corner from the pool! We would love to stay here again!

Fabulous Stay!

The condo was amazing and communication was easy and straightforward. One of the best stays at this condominium. We will absolutely book this condo again. Everything was easy and we had no problems or runaround with this booking. Even though we didn't spend a whole lot of time inside, what time we did was enjoyable and everything worked. Highly recommend!!!

Location Location Location

A lovely stay in San Carlos. This condo overlooks the bay and is steps to the beach. Watch the dolphins frolic with the paddle boarders and pelicans feasting on the catch of the day. The condo is comfortable and welcoming.

Fabulous! Gorgeous View!! Fantastic Beach!!

This is a beautifully laid out condo. Three bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with one being a master upstairs. Has all the bedding and towels you need. Great kitchen set up with plenty of room. Watch the dolphins and pelicans from you two decks, see the beautiful sunsets!! Can't wait to go back again!

Perfect

Wonderful condo. All new kitchen appliances, comfortably and tastefully furnished. Well equipped with everything one needs, with a lot of quality products. The best location on the beach, and in this complex. Owner has taken pride in the condo. Lots of windows affording cross-ventilation. Central air conditioning, with additional mini-split unit upstairs to help with cooling in second floor bedroom. Highly recommended. Owner was always quick to respond with answers to any questions. We hope to return next year.

Location was Perfect, Owner Was Not Easy to Work With

We come out to San Carlos every year, specifically to Delfin. This years condo was in a great location, right upfront close to the beach. However, we had various bugs in the kitchen, bathrooms and walls that we had to take care of ourselves since management couldnt do anything and the condo was set to be fumigated after we left. The owner was frustrated and very rude when we contacted him about the issue saying he was at work and couldnt be bothered and asked us to talk with the management there. Needless to say it was unfortunate how that situation was handled and that it wasnt ever resolved outside of us cleaning up each time we saw the bugs during our stay. Some understanding and sympathy would have been appreciated. Also the wifi wasnt working most of the time, the remotes only had one battery set between both of them, and they expected you to start a load of laundry before you left yet didnt provide soap to do so, nor dishsoap for the dishwasher, I wouldve had to supply that myself to help the maid, yet I paid a fee to have the place cleaned when the reservation was made. Not sure I would plan to stay at this condo again in the future, only from my experience dealing with the owner.

Amazing

This is my 5th stay at Bahia delfín, 4th at this condo. You can’t beat the location and property. Grounds are well maintained and secure. The condo is beach front and well appointed. You just can’t beat a view of dolphins with your cup of coffee in the morning, as well as a “no adjustment time” dip in the ocean. Matthew is super prompt and helpful. Very accommodating.

Magical

San Carlos is a magical place for us. We have been several times in the past and have actually stayed in this unit at Delfin previously. As advertised, it is one of the best! The breeze, the views and easy beach access makes it ideal. The unit is well equipped and we felt at home.

Excellent condo

Beautiful views, just steps from the sand. We stay at Bahia Delfin at least once a year. This condo was perfect for us. I recommend this unit for large groups up to 8 people..you won't be disappointed

Beautiful property, close to the beach. Quiet. There is a lack of communication when you are booking property at Bahia Delfin. Example: You only get one car per rental unit, even if you have 8 or 10 guests. We had guests fly in with their own rental car and they had to park outside of the property. We had a big group renting multiple condos and we were not allowed to even visit another condo or go inside. Security showed up on the first day to tell us you are not allowed to even visit another condo to have a cup of coffee together. I can see not having a guest stay over but you are not allowed to visit one another? The condo came with one roll of toliet paper per bathroom and we had to go buy everything else: laundry soap to start the wash as requested, dishsoap, garbage bags, etc. The bedrooms and bathrooms were nice, however, nowhere does it say that the master upstairs is an open loft with no privacy. The bedding and towels all had a funky smell like they had been left in a washer too long. We ended up washing everything when we got there. We would rent this property again, however, we would have to plan differently knowing what we know now.
