Profitez de cette maison de plage pour les familles à moins d'un quart de mile du centre-ville d'Ogunquit et 0,7 miles à pied de la plage. Cette maison récemment rénovée dispose de trois chambres, dont une avec un lit king, une avec un lit queen et une chambre avec lits superposés. Il dispose d'une toute nouvelle cuisine avec une grande table à manger familiale et un coin salon. Il y a un grand salon supplémentaire à l'étage avec des plafonds voûtés et des poutres apparentes. Hors du salon, est un porche ensoleillé de trois saisons. Les deux salles de bains ont également été récemment rénovées. L'une dispose d'une douche et l'autre d'une baignoire et d'une douche complètes. Vous pouvez également vous asseoir dehors sur le porche lors d'une chaude soirée d'été et profiter de la vie d'Ogunquit. Si vous n'êtes pas encore allé à Ogunquit, vous profiterez de larges plages de sable adossées à des dunes pittoresques. Réservez vos vacances et venez profiter.

Great Ogunquit Experience

Property is in a great location, very walkable to town and beach. Off the street which provides privacy at night. Overall it was a great experience, I would highly recommend.

This house was amazing. Lots of room to spread out, tons of parking, and a garage for storing all of our beach stuff. The only negative is that the walk back from town is uphill. Not a problem for me but a couple of my guests struggled with it.

Wonderful!!!!

We had such a lovely time!!! We had our grown children and 2 yr old grandson join us for the week of 4th of July, and it was wonderful. The house had everything we needed to cook, and was a very short walk to town, the beach, everything you need! The house has two lovely bathrooms, one with a big tub, and all the bedrooms up stairs made it great with a little one who went to bed early while the grown ups enjoyed hanging out on the front porch.

Newly remodeled - terrific location

The weather may not have been perfect, but what a terrific home. Short walk down the hill to the center of Ogunquit. Easy walk to the beach. Comfortable home to hang out on a chilly day. Can't wait to return in the summer. Many thanks to our hosts for welcoming note and bottle of wine.

Great little house

Cute little house, worked well for our family. Close to town. Very walkable, just 2 small hills to get back. Caitlin was great to work with. Our only issue was the internet was spotty at best. Kind of hard when wanting to look up restaurants and places to go. All in all a great experience.

Maison très conviviale

Nous étions 7 personnes, 4 adultes, 2 teen et 1 de 10 ans. La maison était très propre, grande pour nous tous. Nous avons eu une semaine très chaude et beaucoup de soleil. La maison était à l’ombre, donc très agréable malgré la chaleur. Il y avait beaucoup de commodités pour la plage: chaises, jouets, chariot de plage. Toutefois la côte pour revenir de la plage demande de l’énergie. Les chambres étaient très bien, mais les lits superposés étaient moins appropriés pour les adolescents, mais le plus vieux a dormi sur le divan. Nous recommandons cette maison, vous ne serez pas déçu!

Great location

Caitlin's property has a fantastic location, with a really short walk to the village .5km and beach 1km. The small hill near her house was easily manageable for a couple in our 50s and young grandkids. Overall the property was quite clean and the kitchen area newly renovated. Caitlin was very responsive with the couple of questions we had. Overall satisfied with our stay.

Great week in this gem! Host is very accommodating. Busy week so we never used the bikes available in the garage but such a nice touch to have them available. There were plenty for a large group and appeared to be in great shape.

Quiet retreat close to town.

Very quiet location within walking distance to town. However, returning home requires a very steep 1/3 mile climb, so be prepared. Linens had to be rented, which created extra work for the guests.

Wonderful stay!

Great home to walk to easily walk to downtown Ogunquit and beach. Home had a great flow for family with a lovely new kitchen and great front porch to sit and unwind. We had a great time!

Woodsy oasis, close to it all

This was our second year staying at this property and our family absolutely loved it. The layout was perfect for our little kids, and the house was an easy walk right into town (and a longer walk, or very short drive, to Main Beach). Caitlin was also a very responsive and kind host. We love how it's so close to everything but also set back in a grove of trees - very quiet and serene. Highly recommend.

Comfortable and convenient

We spent the week of Aug 22-29, 2020 with 6 adults. The accommodations were comfortable with plenty of space to congregate and cook! The location is an easy walk to downtown and all that Ogunquit has to offer. Highly recommend!

Very enjoyable stay

We had a wonderful week at this beach house that's a ten minute walk from Ogunquit beach. It's bathrooms and kitchen were up-to-date and made for a very comfortable stay. We liked that it had different areas to hang out in --upstairs and downstairs living areas, as well as a front porch, sun porch, and a hammock! It is well maintained and has adequate cooling with air conditioners and fans for those hot nights. We would definitely go back!

Everyhting perfect, as described and accurate

Ideal large and comfortable house for our group of 5 (2 adults 3 teenagers, but even rooms for another couple). Everything was perfect and as described. Location is just far enough to be in a quiet place, with all the trees surrounding the house and close enough to go downtown or the beach by walking distance. Kitchen and first floor seems completely renovated and well done. Congratz. We will come back.

Wonderful home

We had a wonderful time staying at Caitlin's home for a week my sister, me and our 4 children. WHat a joy, beautifully nestled into the woods allows for the house to stay cool ion those hot summer days. Great home, lots of space, awesome kitchen, what more could you ask for. Its a short wonderful walk to Shore road and the Beach. No car needed !

Great Place To Stay In Ogunquit

This is a great house and in great condition. We had 8 people and everyone was very comfortable. The kitchen was the focal point of the weekend. The large island was fantastic and proved to be our cocktail bar in the evening and our breakfast bar in the morning. Absolutely loved the place!

A hidden gem! Perfect!

We made an escape plan and found this newly advertised home in beautiful Ogunquit. It was recently and beautifully renovated. Talk about location, location, location, just a short walk to town center and a little further to the beach made it unnecessary to take the cars out of the driveway. We all agreed that we would return and are booking a week this summer before it gets "discovered".
