Beautiful and well appointed house!

We stayed over Memorial Day Weekend and thoroughly enjoyed this clean and well appointed house. Nice and quiet neighborhood with beautiful mountain views. Would definitely recommend this house to others and book it again for future Palm Springs stays.

VRBO of our dreams!

Our family stayed here for 10 days/ 9 nights! It was clean, stocked with everything you could think of! Nice sized pool! Beautiful backyard! We will be back to stay again next year for sure! We had a blast!

Palm Spring in Style

Beautiful property with elegant modern decor. Extremely well appointed and stocked with everything we could imaginably need. We enjoyed afternoons in the pool after morning hikes to Joshua Tree and San Jacinto. Close to everything yet quiet with beautiful views. Thank you for a great stay. Highly recommended. Plus Tom is a great host .

Family Get Together

We meet up with family and the house was the perfect size and it had a huge shower in one of the master bedrooms that worked out great for my brother in law who is in a wheelchair and with the open concept floor plan made it easy for everyone to talk and enjoy each other

Great long weekend

We went to Palm Springs for a long weekend and had a great stay at this property. Everything was as advertised. It was about 1000 degrees outside, but the home stayed cool and was very comfortable. We loved the pool with the "baja shelf" and umbrella where we could bring the chairs in and soak our feet in the shade. We also loved the decor and furnishings. We would definitely stay here again!

The Perfect Palm Springs Home

Beautiful home, with good energy. The home was perfectly decorated. The mid modern style of the home was just so on point with Palm Springs . The pool was gorgeous! The backyard area felt like we had our own little private resort. We truly enjoyed our stay here! Tom was wonderful answering all our questions and getting back to us right away. Olivia

Stylish and spacious

My friend and I enjoyed this large, well-appointed home for a weekend. We loved the spacious layout of the house, as well as the nice pool and hot tub. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, with easy access to stores and restaurants. We had some issues with the keyless entry, but Tom was responsive and quickly resolved the problem. We wished the living room sofa and beds were more comfortable, but overall we enjoyed our stay.

Terrific stay

The house was lovely, quiet and cozy. it was filled with everything we needed. Great pool. The interior was bright and cheery and the beds were very comfortable. The check in was more technical than I was familiar with but Tom went out of his way to make it work for me so I left it as 5 stars. He was very responsive and made sure we enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was quiet and residential. I enjoyed walking there, even to the grocery store, which was a short walk away. I would very much like to stay here again.

Palm Springs Gem

First off, the pictures do not do this property justice. The home is beautiful, super clean and well appointed (the most appointed that I have stayed). Check in was super easy via august app. The host (Tom) provided detailed instructions. Once in the property there is a house rules and a detailed how to ringlet. What more can I saw. This property and host are top notch. I highly recommend this Palm Springs gem.

Perfection!

As good as the imagery is online, it's even better IRL! This property exceeded our expectations in EVERY way. Gorgeous and high tech finishes (lights in the shower niches - YES!) throughout and even more spacious in person than the pictures can portray. Dreamy kitchen, incredible outdoor/pool area. We sat out in the mornings and listened to the birds. The neighborhood is lovely. I would return to this propery and recommend it for anyone. The host was one of the best we've ever had with proactive and quick communications - so easy. We just wish we could have stayed longer. Don't miss this gem!

House Goals

If I had a modern Palm Springs house, I would want it to be like this one. It's impeccably designed, thoughtfully outfitted, and overall a great place to stay. The private backyard pool is great for a refreshing swim after heating up in the hot tub. We didn't use the grill or outdoor table, but both are in great shape. The kitchen is fantastic and has everything you need, a few things you didn't think of, and all-clad cookware. The bedrooms and baths are stylish and functional, with comfortable beds and an incredible wet-room styled master bath. Getting to the house is simple, and there's a grocery store right at the end of the street. There's tons of street parking and room for 2+ cars in the driveway. Overall I'd highly recommend this place. It's a great set up for two couples (3 if you like a queen bed) or a family.

Absolutely perfect!!

Trip was to celebrate my birthday with my sister. This house is gorgeous - exactly like the pictures. Every little detail was in keeping with the MCM style of the house. Kitchen very well stocked. Blender was great for frozen drinks by the pool. Pool was fabulous. It used to be a diving pool so the water was cool and refreshing even when it was 100+ degrees. Beautiful view of the mountains from the backyard. Not far from anything. Owner very quick to respond when we had questions. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend anyone consider this for their own getaway.

August stay

This home is as good as the long list of 5’s it has in its history. Very stylish, well equipped with pretty much anything you’d need, and the backyard pool area is terrific. Not to mention the location is perfect, being central to everything, quiet and safe, and a beautiful view of the mountains. And if anyone was wondering
 sure, Palm Springs may be a little warm in the summer, but cooler spots for hikes are only a short distance away, and the pool water was actually cool and refreshing. We’d definitely stay again in the future.

Beautiful place

Beautiful, stylish and well appointed property in a nice neighborhood in a great location just a few minutes from downtown. Really enjoyed our stay here and will repeat. Only drawbacks I can mention are that quite a bit is asked of renters in terms of cleaning up after ourselves, when there is a significant cleaning fee. Made me wonder why I'm paying a cleaning fee when I'm taking trash and recycling out, running dishwasher, etc. But this was only a minor gripe. I wouldn't want that to deter anyone from staying here. It is a fabulous property and I give it 5 stars without reservation.

Wonderful Vacation Home

We thoroughly enjoyed our summer vacation at this home! The bedrooms, bathrooms and especially the kitchen, provided everything we needed for our stay :). We primarily used the pool and it was very relaxing given there were plenty of umbrellas to put around the pool so we could enjoy it in the over 100 degree heat. We look forward to staying at this home again in the future!
