Communauté Summer Place située à 1/2 mile du centre de l'île et de toutes les activités. (Restaurants, Mini Golf, Pier, Ice Creamery, shopping, Marina et etc.)

Le parcours de golf Ocean Ridge Plantation est à seulement dix minutes.

La piscine communautaire est située à l'entrée de Summer Place, juste en face d'un accès public à la plage. À quelques pas de la plage de la maison.

Il s'agit d'une maison de plage très ouverte et aérée, décorée dans les couleurs de l'océan avec un grand porche couvert 1/2. La cuisine et la tanière ont été récemment rénovées avec des planchers de bois franc, des comptoirs en granit, de nouveaux appareils et de nouveaux meubles. Le coin salon est ouvert à l'étage avec un haut plafond et une télévision à écran plat de 46 pouces. WIFI inclus. Il y a quatre chambres (dont 3 avec télévision) et trois salles de bain complètes et une douche extérieure. Location de linge disponible via le service de nettoyage. Détendez-vous et écoutez l'océan depuis le pont pendant que vous regardez les enfants jouer.

Great small vacation

Property is beautiful and so close to the beach. My wife and I enjoyed the Sunset Beach race while my in-laws enjoyed the beach and everything this property has to offer. We will definitely be visiting again!

Nice stay, just the right size and didn’t have to bring chairs and such for the beach. Pool was right around the corner and beach right across the street, or like we had a golf cart the access for cart parking was only about 3 blocks down

Such ease renting the property, communicating with property owners, and arrival process. Quick easy walk to the beach and so many fun beach supplies for us to use! Kid friendly and super clean! This was our second time staying here and will definitely be booking it again!

Beautiful Home

We throughly enjoyed our stay in Kim & Chris's home. Kim is an excellent host, she answered all my questions (I asked a lot) very quickly. The house was very clean upon arrival. You can tell a lot of thought was put into furnishing the house, well stocked kitchen, nice bedding and looks to be recently updated as well. A really nice touch was that they provided beach chairs and boogie boards so we didn't have to bring our own!! We will be renting this home again next year.
