Belle nouvelle maison de ville, The Commons at Seashell. C'est un endroit idéal pour louer une ou plusieurs unités pour des réunions de famille, des retraites et des rassemblements d'amis. Il y a une grande piscine commune, des hamacs pour se détendre, des tables de pique-nique pour des repas en plein air à l'ombre d'une cabane au centre des unités. Chaque unité dispose d'une douche extérieure pour rincer le sable de la plage. Il s’agit d’une promenade facile ou d’une promenade en voiturette de golf menant à la plage. Cette nouvelle unité est joliment décorée et dispose de 3 chambres et 2 1/2 salles de bains (BR1 - Queen, BR2 - 2 lits jumeaux, BR3 - Queen) avec un canapé-lit Queen en bas. Il y a des télévisions à écran plat Smart dans chaque chambre et un téléviseur à écran plat Smart de 55 pouces en bas. Les sols sont en béton teinté au rez-de-chaussée et en pin à l’étage pour faciliter le nettoyage. Les murs sont en béton de 10 "d'épaisseur pour garder les choses calmes et confortables.

Definitely recommend staying at the commons!

We had a great time ..this was our 2nd year in a row to stay there & it was just as fun as the first time.. great restaurants, stores & places to rent a golf cart all near by & the beach is just around the corner..definitely want to go back next summer!

Great Location

Can’t beat the location. Great whether you have a golf cart or not. Small community with its own pool in the middle of the complex.

The property is well appointed and nicely thought out. Great location near beach and downtown shops/restaurants. Property management is attentive, appreciate they will text with you for any needs/questions, many times that’s just easier. Had a great stay in Port A!

Family get away

We had a great stay with family and friends. The location worked perfect for us, as our friends stayed in a house nearby. We also rented a cart from this leasing agent. Top notch and we will definitely be back.

Middle of the action

This was our first time to not stay on the beach in Port A, but in town. It was a great space. Clean, roomy, and convenient to the beach, restaurants, and shops. It’s definitely in the middle of the Port A action. The complex has a small pool that was usually full of people, so we only used it once. Definitely recommend renting a golf cart to get around town and to the beach.

Get away

Overall nice place. Well kept. Only problem is at nith the kitchen gets infested with little reaches for some reason. This place does need to be sprayed with some bug killer.

Immaculate and comfortable

Husband and I decided to do a last-minute trip with our 3 kids. I’ve been coming to Port Aransas my whole life. This was, hands down, the nicest and cleanest rental I’ve ever stayed in. Ample room, everything was nice and new and clean, all the pots and pans you could ask for. The pool was awesome, chilly but would warm right up with a couple hours of afternoon sun. We had a wonderful time and would definitely book it again. Thanks!

Only issue is the squeaky beds, the cheap box springs squeak as soon as you sit on the bed or move and it was annoying. Otherwise, great, clean comfortable place.

Awesome Stay

We go to Port A every year and have stayed at several places in town. This place made the top 3. From booking..to communication..to cleanliness..to the location..I was very impressed. Would highly recommend this condo and hope we can stay there again soon!!

Charming beach getaway!

We loved the property from the minute we stepped inside! The decor was perfect for the beach. It looked newly renovated. The beds were comfy. It was very spacious. It was a quick golf cart ride to the beach, dining and fun shops! Can’t wait to return!
