Belle unitĂ© 2Br / 2Ba rez de chaussĂ©e sur le parcours de golf, 4-6 personnes. UnitĂ© situĂ©e au rez-de-chaussĂ©e face au premier tee du complexe de golf de 27 trous Brunswick Plantation Golf Resort. Espace de vie lumineux et spacieux avec beaucoup de soleil Ă  travers les portes coulissantes en verre du salon mis Ă  jour et les grandes fenĂȘtres de la salle Ă  manger. La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king size, d'une tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat et d'une baignoire. La deuxiĂšme chambre dispose de 2 lits doubles, d’une tĂ©lĂ©vision, d’une kitchenette et d’une salle de bain privĂ©e avec baignoire. La cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e comprend un bar, une cafetiĂšre, un lave-vaisselle et une machine Ă  glaçons. Laveuse et sĂ©cheuse sont inclus pour votre commoditĂ©. Perfect for Golfers

-first time user (app took some getting used to)- property was clean, as advertised, good value for dollar- if your golfing this is the place to me- unit was comfortable even in the heat- plenty of space to enjoy family time or alone time in same unit.- directions inside unit were clear concise and easy to understand

Fantastic location and all that goes with it!

This condo was just spotless, perfectly equipped, and our communication with the owner was so easy and helpful. We walked to the golf clubhouse, it is just minutes from great seafood, and the check in/check out procedures were clear and VERY easy. I hope we have the opportunity to stay there again!

Very nice, great location for all we were looking for. Our only mistake was to specifically ask for 4 beds, we had to use the couch for one of our group.and operation of TV was impossible..

You can tell the owners thought of renters in the way they furnished the unit. We stayed for a month and had all the the items we needed. Not always the case with other rentals.

Great Location for older individuals

We stayed at this location with another couple. We were all able to have our private space, first floor, no climbing stairs. While we did not do any cooking, we very well could have cooked and served with ease. Will stay here again.

Not a bad place

The apartment is very nice, in a big neighborhood, it has modern furniture and located on the first floor, the outside seating area was nice and also the games for the kids. The owner was responsive and helped right away when we came in and the sink was clogged from the cleaners. The cons: the description says “minutes from the beach” that is highly inaccurate, the closest beach is 20+ min away. I thought it was close like 5-10 min so that was very misleading. Also I asked if there were beach umbrellas for us to use since my parents are elderly and don’t like Sun, he said yes he has 2. They were both broken and useless to us at the beach. And on the day we checked out there was a cockroach on the headboard of the bedroom, I wish there was a place to upload a picture. I can’t imagine if that would have happened in the middle of the night. I don’t think I would book this property again. But if you play golf or want to go to the pool this place is great!

Quick weekend

We rented this condo for a baseball tournament and it was perfect! Perfect location and was just as described! So much more comfortable than a hotel room! Thank you for sharing your spectacular property! If we are ever playing in the area again we will definitely try and stay there again!!

Perfect stay!

My family had a wonderful stay at the condo! It's located in a beautiful golf course community (we're not big golfers) but we loved the relaxing environment and enjoyed the pools and gym access. The condo was a 15 min drive to the beach and the owner provided beach chairs and umbrellas which were a nice touch! The condo was beautifully decorated and the beds were very comfortable! There were a few rainy days so we took advantage of the well stocked board games! We would absolutely Stat here again!

The best stay!

Wow is all I can say. This modern yet very comfortable condo is exactly like the pictures. Super clean! The beds were extremely plush and comfortable. The bathrooms and kitchen very modern. Walk in shower and jacuzzi tub in lockout. The check in process was easy, I received a very detailed email from the owners. There were umbrellas, beach chairs and everything you’d need in the kitchen! They even had laundry detergent, fabric softener. Etc tho we didn’t use. Table and chairs outside along with two Adirondack chairs on patio. Can’t recommend this condo enough!
