Experience our second-floor villa overlooking the fairway of the 1st hole at Brunswick Plantation Golf Resort in Calabash, NC. This bright condo is nestled in a serene location, offering a balcony with tranquil fairway views -- a perfect spot to sit back and relax. Steps away, enjoy access to the island pool (Apr.-Oct.) and year round fitness center. This beautiful 24/7 gated golf resort features 27 holes of golf, walking trails, and 19th Hole Restaurant and Bar. Located 9 miles from Sunset Beach and near Ocean Isle, North Myrtle Beach, and Calabash's renowned seafood, this location also boasts easy access to 48 Myrtle Beach area golf courses within 20 miles. Inside, two spacious bedroom suites provide 2 queen beds each and private baths. A full kitchen, living room, dining area, and laundry room connect the suites, while a second suite offers a private entrance, with kitchenette, and the option to segregate from the main suite for privacy, making it an ideal accommodation for two families. Amenities include Internet / Wi-Fi; 3 flat screen Roku TVs with DirecTV Stream; Keurig Kcup machine; drip coffee maker; toaster, microwave, range, refrigerator w / icemaker; equipped kitchen; in-unit washer / dryer; iron and ironing board, bed linens and towels (beach and pool towels are not provided). STARTER AMOUNTS of K-cups, dishwasher soap, laundry pods, paper towels, and toiletries are provided. Note: We do not have carbon monoxide sensors in our home because we have no source of CO, whether from heating, cooking or hot water. We take your safety seriously. Note: There is an unfenced lake within 100 yards of the building.

Great Getaway

We have been staying at Brunswick Plantation for years and I must say this property was absolutely perfect. Highly recommended and the hosts are amazing, they respond immediately and are very accommodating.

Quiet golfing community

We have been coming to the area for the last 35 years for golf. This year we were playing one of our rounds at Brunswick Plantation, so decided to look up locations in same community. Came across this gem, which was reasonably priced. Condo was in great shape. Well maintained and clean. Just two of us staying there but could accommodate up to 6 more if needed. Restaurants and shopping were within minutes from our location. If playing in same area next year will definitely reach out to our hosts for availability.

I would highly recommend this property. It has everything you could possibly need for the perfect vacation. It was just spotless! The kitchen is as well stocked as mine at home, and I love to cook. I had everything I needed. The pool was beautiful and nice and cold. Almost every day I took a walk around the property going in different directions and it was just lovely. The location is right on 17 but off far enough back that you would never know you were on the main road. It was nice and quiet, a second story location with a private balcony. We spent every morning and evening out there. Our host was on top of the slightest detail - if we reached out to them for anything it was taken care of immediately. Easy 10 minute ride to the beach - Sunset - maybe 15 to Ocean Isle Beach and many restaurants. We look forward to returning again some day.
